Vision Collision is awesome. My family has been bringing our cars to them for years. They are always professional and quick. The work is top notch and complete. They have always kept us up-to-date in a timely fashion. Ny brother and I opened up an auto detail shop over a decade ago. When dealing with the shear volume of cars that we service we are bound to do minor damage to a car every year or so. First of all I'm Suing them. They took my car said it would be done in 2 weeks, and two weeks turned into 2 months. I called and ask them when I could pick up my car and they tell me that they wouldn't be fixing my car and had told my insurance and that I owe them a storage fee of 15k. I said this is the first time I have heard of this And I have spoken to you everyday. I have call records and emails Then Justin started calling me names on the phone and said he would just take my car. I said I am coming to pick it up he said you can't pick it up and I said I am coming with the cops. When the cops and I showed up I was told that my car was towed because it was Abandoned. Weird stuff and I don't get why they didn't say anything and then tried to steal money from me and then I had to pay 2k to get my car from the tow yard. See y'all in court!!!! read more

I can basically copy Lynne G.'s review and it would be completely accurate. I needed body work after being rear-ended (at a stoplight! But I digress...). I called the dealership from which I bought my car to ask if they had any recommendations, and they sent me to Vision Collision. I called to check in on whether I'd need an appointment, and Craig was helpful from the start. When I went in the next morning for an estimate, he already had a file set up for me with the information my insurance company had sent over the previous evening. Each step of the way, Craig was very communicative--and by email! Very different from what I'm accustomed to from auto work shops. And to top it off, the shop is CLEAN. After a run-in with a forest creature, we needed our front bumper replaced. We brought it to Vision Collision, and they did an assessment on the spot and got us a quote later that day. Some of the parts were tough to source, but they found every last one, and once we dropped the car off, it was only a couple of days before they handed it back, good as new! Renton of Subaru recommended this place and another auto body shop. We initially took our car for an estimate at the other auto body shop and found the place to be more commercial and just another routine customer. We finally then brought our car to Vision and met with Justin. My husband and I loved the local shop atmosphere. I dropped off my car and he dealt with the insurance company and rental. Justin was great and very personable! He even offered a ride to the rental company that was just down the street. Not only did they come in as one of the lowest quotes, but they were referred by another local collision shop that felt Vision Collision would do a better job with my particular body damage. We have a friend that has taken his car here twice. They did great work so it only made sense for us to take our car here when some fool decided to create a 3 car fender bender. One of the challenges was finding the part for my car. The part is no longer manufactured or available from the dealer/warehouse. Not only did they fix the imperfections created by the accident, they were able to find the part for my car. I'm making it sound easy when I know it wasn't. I agree with the other reviews, they have great customer service. They do great work, and they vacuumed out my car. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do, we'll be sure to take our car to Vision Collision. read more

Took my wife's work vehicle in for a minor repair, both the insurance company and vision collision estimated 3 days. Vision collision was able to get us in right away which was the reason we picked them. After dropping off the car and following up with them on day 2. My wife was told it would be 3-5 additional days. Long story short. She finally got the vehicle back on work day 7 we ended having to cover the rental car for 2 extra days. When my wife got home I went out to inspect the job and I must say I was impressed. Until I noticed the passenger side inside door handle wasn't hook up, the seal around the door had been pinched and overspray on the windshield. I reached out to them to let them know about the issues. I was told they would be able to take care of it in the near future and would let me know when I could bring it in. I never heard anything back even though they were minor issues that I was able to take care of. The fact the job took longer than expected, I had to pay out of pocket for a rent car longer than needed and the job wasn't finished correctly is why next time I will go somewhere else. read more

I selected this body shop because I get my car serviced at Burien Nissan, and this is where they get their vehicles worked on. The first time I called I spoke to Kaeson, who was very nice and helpful and had me email my estimate to him. However, I did not receive a follow-up call or email about getting scheduled for several weeks so I called again. The person I spoke to informed me that Kaeson and no longer worked there and had me send my estimate to a different email address. I scheduled to take my car in while I was out of town on vacation so that I would not have to pay for a rental car. I had also had an alignment done recently that may have been related to my vehicle being hit, so I called and talked to the same guy and told him I would leave the paperwork for it on my front seat so they could determine if it was related for the insurance company. My boyfriend dropped the vehicle off on Sunday as scheduled before we went to the airport. I didn't get any calls or emails from Vision Collision while I was gone and assumed everything had gone as planned. When we got back, I called to confirm that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and was told that they hadn't touched it at all because they didn't know what was supposed to be done. I had talked to an email with the same person several times, and they said that it was fine to drop it off on Sunday and they would start work on Monday and they had received my estimate via email. When I went in to talk to him and pick up my vehicle, he was very rude common never apologized and tried to say that it was somehow our fault even though they made no effort to contact me if they were unsure. I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else to get repaired and now have to pay for a rental car out of pocket because of their terrible customer service. read more

Highly recommended! This seemingly little hole-in-the-wall place delivers top-notch work with V.I.P. customer care! We recently endured "one of those" months, where everything seemed to go wrong. We smashed in the front of our car and V.C. fixed it good as new in 3-days! A couple weeks later, our truck was run into and once again, V.C. got us right in and handled all the red tape with the insurance & rental car companies. We were treated like family and our truck looks better than before it was smashed into! Theft!!!! Theft!!!! Theft!!!!! Theft!!! Theft! This was a recommended shop from a couple auto shops around. Took my car there after it was hit by another driver. After I first contacted Vision Collision it took them 2 weeks to get the paper work back to the insurance after they told me it would take a couple days. And the fault wasn't of the insurance but of Vision Collision dragging their feet. I drop my car off and a week goes by, I get a call from Vision Collision saying they had ordered the wrong parts and it was going to take longer. (You wouldn't expect this from a so called established company). Another week goes by putting me at 2 weeks of the car in the shop. About a few days later I'm called in to come pick up my ride. I check out the car everything seems fine. I start driving down the road and I notice something's wrong.. things are missing. I pull over check my trunk and my subs, amp shoes, tools, etc., are all missing; I turn back around and head back to the shop. I confront the owner Justin Knowles and he explicitly says "yeah we've been having problems lately with theft, I just had to let an employee go for stealing". Then why is it that there's no forced entry in my car? Justin starts telling me that he'll take care of everything and to go write out the list of things missing and there prices, come back and talk, we'll settle things. I sent him the list the next day, waited a day called the cops to report the theft so I have a record of this happening. Another 2 days go by with no contact from Justin; I'm stopping by the shop while it's still open and every time Justin is nowhere to be found. I finally send him an email and state specifically that I have reported the theft to the cops. About a day later I get an email from Justin saying that he will not be responsible for the crime and that apparently when his guy was putting the parts in the trunk he sat there and watched him. If you want to take your vehicle to this shop with multiple reports of thefts then by all means. You'll be doing someone a favor! read more

This made me feel extremely confident, but when I met Craig (estimator) and began to work with vision to fix my bumper, I became extremely impressed. Craig gave me a very fair estimate and told me he could have the work done in only 1 day. This was impressive. He then went above and beyond by offering to run me up the hill to/from work that day so I could avoid renting a car. Unfortunately my wife and I were involved in accidents just a few weeks apart and were referred to Vision Collision by a local Subaru dealership. They did an awesome job working with our insurance company on our behalf and the work they did looks great! There was however one minor issue. I picked my vehicle up at night so I didn't really get a chance to get a good look at the repairs. The next day - in the sunlight - I immediately noticed a decent sized scratch that you could tell was new in the area where the repairs were done that wasn't there before. I was worried that when I brought my truck back they would say they didn't do it, but to my surprise Justin was AWESOME about the whole thing. He told me that he valued me as a customer and he scheduled to have the scratch fixed. This place is great! I'm hoping we never have to bring another vehicle there because of an accident, but if we do we are definitely bringing our vehicle to Vision Collision. Thanks Justin! read more
