They partner with Too Good To Go but they have a short window for pickup. The window is at the end of her closing so if your 1 minute late she's gone. Now the 2025 policy is no refund if you don't pick up. I missed my pickup and payed $13 for something I never received or given credit for. The donuts were good last year but things must be getting tight money wise because the glaze is less and not as many large donuts. Selection is slipping. read more

I ordered on DoorDash: The first thing that came to mind when I opened my bag was, "WOW! This croissant is HUMONGOUS." I actually might prefer their jalapeño ham cheese croissants over Seaside because the dough was nicely crisp, and there was a lot of filling inside. I also like how their ham is less salty than Seaside's. However, I wish the jalapeños were actually spicy. I also ordered Thai tea and a fruity pebbles donut. The Thai tea had the weirdest texture ever, and it didn't taste like Thai tea AT ALL. After reading everyone else's review, I think they gave me the Thai coffee which probably uses condensed milk. They ran out of fruity pebbles so they gave a chocolate pebbles donut. I would get the donut again. Overall, I enjoyed my food. I would definitely specify for a Thai tea next time. read more

The rumors are true they do charge an extra fee to use plastic but they have everything. From boiled eggs to fresh fruit to freshly squeezed juice to boba smoothies. The actual shop is ultra small and it's just a ma n pa operation. It is best if you arrive with cash and they do sell Cup n noodles to lotto tickets to all kinds of drinks and other. Most are just breakfast bagels to other home made sandwiches. Sometimes she is really busy and then other times she is getting ready to clean up. I have been coming to this ma n pa shop for almost 10 years and they are pretty consistent and she always accommodates especially if you other desires. She is pretty good especially w me to add jalapeno of course w an extra charge. I am so glad they survived the C19 shut down and they are up and running. They offer front face wrap around parking and they are located near the 405 fwy near the Westminster mall. ps. my times of arrival are really random and it depends the time of the year. read more

I came here on a whim because it was getting late in the morning and I was starving for some breakfast. I was greeted very kindly and had a nice short conversation with the lady behind the counter. It was so refreshing to have good service nowadays. It sure beats being served by someone who just stonewalls you with a straight face like so many other places these days. As I sat in the parking lot inhaling my breakfast, I saw a steady stream of customers come and go. I don't know why, but it warmed my heart to see people from all walks of life come through here. I'm sure everyone appreciates the warm hospitality as much as I did. Yes, this is a review of Michael's Donuts. I always love coming here! My mom comes to this little strip mall for her hearing aid checkups at Miracle-Ear next door. We like to stop here afterwards and get treats. The lady who is behind the counter is always very sweet and kind to her customers. Sometimes she sneaks in an extra donut for you if you order a lot. :) I am looking at the bagel and croissant sandwiches and REALLY want to order some! LOL! Decisions! Now think I'm gonna go zap the chocolate and almond croissants that we got in the microwave. Normally, I'm not a huge sugar-in-the-a.m brekkie kinda' person, but this morning, they look too good to resist! All of their donuts and pastries are super fresh and delicious. I usually tend to save a few for another day, but I am really in a sweet treat kind of mood and am just gonna scarf a few down, like, RIGHT NOW. XD Mmm! Stopped by on a Saturday morning around 11:00am. It was pretty empty with just one other customer being helped ahead of me. I ordered a croissant instead of a donut, which tasted great and was huge (couldn't finish the whole thing). The store has fridges along one wall filled with drinks and also sells lottery tickets and other miscellaneous snacks. Docking one star because it feels more like a 7-11 type convenience store than a nice bakery. The food was good though and the service was friendly so I would go again. read more

I ordered three dozen of the mixed donuts on DoorDash this morning for my kids valentines party & left a note under special instructions what it was for. Michaels Donuts not only put kid friendly donuts in the box but they threw in some valentines themed ones. All the kids were super excited and very much enjoyed the donuts! This is not the same donut shop as the one located next to Big 5 literally at the same intersection (just a different corner). Both donut shops are called "Michael's Donuts". The one next to Big 5 is Michaels Donuts and Coffee Shop, this one is Michael's Donuts. This one is located near the college bookstore (great place to get textbooks by the way). I actually prefer this location vs. the one on the opposite corner of the intersection because it's easier to get in and out of this lot vs the other one (where you sorta have to drive into a busy main street). The staff here are generally friendly and always smiling. I like how in addition to donuts and various pastries, you can also order breakfast sandwiches, croissants, different types of shakes and coffee/iced/blended coffees. They also sell lotto tickets and phone cards here as well. Ample parking as the strip mall is practically dead. read more

A little disappointed in my bagel and cream cheese. Now for 2.50 I would expect a little bit more cream cheese on it. The bagel itself was toasted perfectly and it was yummy (my guess store bought) I just wanted more cream cheese. They also charge to use your credit card!! Not debit but actual credit card. They have a good variety of drinks, including fountain soda. I just think that they could do better. Prices are high for what you get. read more

Poor first experience. Self serve coffee in a pot was cold and when I asked if she could spill it out so I could get fresher hot coffee, she asked if i wanted it warmed up. Croissant was just ok. I've had much better in nearby alternative shops. read more

This place just lost a customer over a dollar, literally one dollar. Dishonest business. I came in and was buying my usual eleven dollar donut box. I handed the lady behind the counter eleven one-dollar bills. She counts them in her hand, takes a quick glance at me while she's flipping through then says "this ten dollars, I need one more". This wasn't the first time there was one or two dollars "missing" at this donut shop so I got suspicious and quickly retorted "oh really? I double checked this time. Count them again." She counts them again and BEHOLD - exactly eleven dollars, just like I counted before I handed her the cash. The lady behind the counter just put them quickly in the register and handed me my box of donuts while blatantly avoiding eye contact. What a liar. Needless to say I won't be coming here for donuts. I even think they have been stealing one or two dollars from me during some of my visits but, I have no proof of that. This is a place I would not go back to. I give an extra star, because the service was fine and they seemed like nice people, but they have unfortunately the worst ham and cheese croissant I've had anywhere, ever. It was so bad after my 2nd bite I couldn't do it anymore. I brought a dozen donuts for my team at work and they said they were good, but I didn't try any myself. The ham and cheese croissant was just so bad, and I've tried maybe 50 different ones, this was by far the worst ever. Sorry guys. read more

Ordered a donut and a chocolate milk that turned out to be horribly rancid even though it was within the "best by" date. I got quite sick from it, the one big gulp I took was enough. I stopped by the store a couple of days later just to let them know what happened in case this had happened before and possibly contact their supplier. I wasn't there to accuse them of mishandling the milk themselves and I even waited until two customers left before speaking to them as to not drive away business. They didn't apologize, nor did they offer even a simple "thank you" for letting them know, to say nothing of waiting until other customers were out of earshot. Instead they only wanted to sell me more donuts and milk. I will be taking business elsewhere from now on, there is a lot of competition immediately around them. read more

Miscounted my order because she didn't want to get a box unless we ordered a certain number of donuts so I got home with one too few donuts.
