The music was like they were playing my playlist. And the drinks were great. It was a busy day as it was lunchtime before a Tinley Park concert, but we weren't in a rush. I did participate in the gaming and won on Frankenstein. So that was exciting! The fish tacos were really good. I really like the coleslaw mix in the taco. Thank you for the great experience and good food!! This was definitely perfect before our concert. We will be back again.

Another line for entry. Also moved relatively quickly. Took maybe 5-10 minutes for entry. We had actual seats. They could use a bit more signage for direction on where to go, but all in all, it wasn't bad. Show rocked. Exit wasn't terrible. Did take about 20-30 minutes to get out, but they had lots of cones and directional signage to get out and where you need to be. I was there again last night for Zombie/Manson, Hu, and Orgy. Parking opens at 3:30. We were there by 3:20...they let us right in. No issue. Doors opened at 4:30. Line was INCREDIBLY long...but started moving immediately at 4:30. We had lawn seats for this one. I gotta say, the lawn is at a dangerous incline if you plan on jumping around or head banging...also, if you're drunk you will inevitably lose your balance and fall. Saw that multiple times last night. Exiting this show took a bit longer. 30-40 minutes probably. But, there were more people at this show than at the first one I mentioned. As far as bathrooms...the men's room never had a line at any of the rest rooms I saw. The ladies room line...ridiculous. But, the line does move and most of the ladies seem to understand get in, do your business, get out of the way in order to help things along. Food & drink is STUPIDLY EXPENSIVE. $20 for a 24 oz can of alcoholic beverage. $15 for a 16 oz (?) soda cup w free refills all night. OR $11 for the same cup- no refills. $9 for a brat that was the size of an Oscar Meyer hot dog. $20 for a cheese pizza that is small, not super flavorful, and the crust was chewy and bland. I'd say if you're going to visit here for a show, eat a decent meal beforehand and bring some snacks in w you, which they do allow. They also allow you to bring in plastic reusable bottles and sealed plastic beverages. Make sure your bag meets specs and you shouldn't have an issue.

Parking was by far the worst part of the entire night. We paid extra for "EZ Out Premier Parking" and it was anything but easy. At one point I watched a staff member repeatedly poking their coworker with their light up directional wand for a good while instead of actually directing any traffic. Took us over 40 minutes just to get out of the lot. Getting into the venue wasn't much better. Minimal signage, no direction from security, just a total free for all trying to figure out where to go. Bathroom lines were also rough. Majority female crowd that night, so zero line for the men's room and 30+ minutes for women's. At one point I'd already been in line 10 minutes when staff redirected us to another bathroom that ended up being even worse. Zero communication between the people working there. There seemed to be plenty of staff on site, they just didn't seem to know how to communicate with each other or actually direct people. Do better, Credit One. The artist deserves a venue that actually matches the effort of the show.

Now that the whole complex is a vibe, this downtown location has become a focal point, and a pretty important puzzle piece in the overall success of Harmony Square. The good news is that they're still doing the right things to ensure the continued success of their brand. I have to believe that this location would be considered their "flagship" store. The two story spot is well staffed with likable servers and hosts, the food is just good enough to keep the people coming back - without doing anything special that would estrange some of their target audience. Most importantly, this location guarantees them a captive audience. We've been here a handful of times since my initial review, so I figured I'd update my review... the restaurant itself hasn't changed, which is great news. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on their rooftop with one of our daughters, and the experience was fantastic. The service was great. The Chicken Pesto Flatbread we shared for lunch was tasty, and we were able to watch the Cub game on one of the many TV's on the rooftop. The only reason this spot didn't get my coveted 5 star rating is the food. It's good. Some of it is pretty good... some of it is very mediocre, but none of it stands out as being really f*cking good. That being written, it's still a very solid option when you're visiting Harmony Square!
