Less than 48 hours ago I wandered…read morethis very large store in search of one small item, and ultimately an employee to help with locating said item to only find myself at the front of the store. Finally spying what seemed to be the ONLY employee in the store I am cutoff in a foot race with a new shopper who had just walked in the door and had "one simple question". The lone cashier speaks into the mysterious shoulder-com and calls over a coworker to assist this new shopper. Then she attempts to tell me where the item is but ultimately decides to have the coworker come back and help me when he's done with the other, because now she has "customers" to check out. Fast forward 48 hours to return for more of the SAME ITEM, which is now moved somewhere else. There are people at the cutting table with lines 3-4 people deep (as is usual and customary as I have experienced YEARS of idle shopping while waiting for my number to be called) I rudely interrupt with my simple question and the staff member tells me that they've been moved to the other corner, but wait they might be up front near the kids stuff... STOP MOVING THE STORE AROUND. LEAVE THINGS IN THE SAME AREA AND STAFF YOUR STORE WITH MEMBERS ON THE FLOOR TO ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR SHOPPING. Forcing customers to wander around lost for hours is unfair to them. I am finally permanently done giving this store any of my money. I left my items on the cutting table and left the store. I will not return.

Only two issues please wrap candles better or train, and please RQST your employees to not wear AirPods on the floor while customers are shopping not only did myself and another customer ask a young woman for directions in the store but the other customer had to literally touch YOUR STAFF to get her attention because she had noise cancellation AirPods in and couldn't hear. This begs to be a safety risk for customers and your staff as no customer should need to touch one of your employees to actually be helped (yes being mindful of ADA) as this employee had no hearing problem and her response was WHAT and took both headphones out to answer.

This particular Stacy's Hallmark Shop is my go-to location for greeting cards and often other fun items which make great gifts. Unfortunately my wife and her family aren't into greeting cards, but I still make trips every month or two to this Hallmark shop. I typically have Crown Rewards coupons before I even step foot in the store. I enjoy getting a free Just Because card each month and then I think of which occasions I need a card for. A birthday. A wedding. A new baby. A thank you. A congratulations. A holiday. An anything. When you first enter the store, there are gifts immediately to your left and right. The register is in the middle of the store, and the cards on the back half of the store. Clearance items are immediately to your right against the wall. Fancy cards are in the middle aisle across from the Just Because cards. The staff are also helpful when you ask them a question. If you need a mailbox, there is one just outside the front doors. Also, when you make a purchase, you are always asked if you want gold seals for free on your way out. They also sometimes have physical coupons they give you for your next order even if you don't have a Crown Rewards account. Today, I received a "Big Heart, Sweet Perks" coupon of $5 off a $20 purchase starting in a week for the rest of February and March. The coupon can also be used online. If you join Crown Rewards, you can earn points on every order, get rewards to save on orders, get free shipping on $30+ and my favorite part of Crown Rewards: occasional reward or bonus dollars, buy one get one free cards, and free monthly cards. I have learned that sometimes the bonuses and rewards do not work well in-store (especially at this particular Hallmark shop) though they often work well together online. I enjoy using the app, which I only learned about recently. Instead of printing up the coupons or showing each one individually from an e-mail, you can access them all in one place on the app, and some coupons even take place automatically without you even realizing (often the bonus points).

Wanting to see some of the jewelry up close, I chose to visit the store location at the Scottsdale Quarter. I had looked online and had an idea of what to get my wife. When stopping by the Kendra Scott location, I looked around until an associate asked if she could help me. I described what my wife likes in jewelry, and the associate showed me several options. I made a note of these and was told to look at home to see what my wife has already and to look online to see what I'd like to get. Then, I can give the store a call to see if they have the item(s) in stock. If so, I can go back and purchase the item(s) that they will place on hold for me. It turned out that the items I was interested in were not in stock, though I ordered them online with free shipping. There was a service organization in the store talking about what they do and offering a 20% discount on any products. There was also a treat being offered for free to customers. The associates were very helpful and nice, and they were also happy to look up items in stock for me on the phone. You can go to the Kendra Scott website by visiting https://www.kendrascott.com. You can log in and see recent orders but note that they are no longer listed after 12 months. You can access the Holiday Shop, sale items, and many other categories of items to order online for in-store pickup or shipping. Note that the Scottsdale Quarter location doesn't participate in the Order Online & Pick Up In-Store option (even though it is listed on their website until you try to do so). The Scottsdale Quarter offers complimentary engraving, complimentary Greek engraving, engagement ring collection, and in-person consultation with a diamond expert. They are open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except for Sunday from 12 Noon to 8 PM. They have extended holiday hours, and they are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you sign up to be a Kendra Scott Insider, you will receive an e-mail on the first day of your birthday month offering you 50% off one fashion jewelry item and 25% off one fine, demi-fine, or home item. I learned that this coupon code could be applied in-store or online, and I'm not sure it actually ever expires as I just used my birthday coupon almost five months after my birthday. There are other discounts like a free item or items when spending so much or 2 items for $80 or a Buy One Get One Free. Some of these coupons can stack while others cannot. Also, look on your credit card for promotion deals by scoring a credit back if you spend a certain amount. While Kendra Scott has been around since 2002, I'm guessing this store will be around for a lot longer thanks to their variety of products and great promotions.

My brother was a famous artist, and he was encouraged from that age forward, and it really helped his understanding of art and creation of it. So we want to encourage that with her. The staff was one gentleman that ran the store when we came in and he directed us to the color, pencils and a nice notebook to do her drawings. Thank you so much. You should've heard her excitement when she saw what we got her ... it was payday. The store was spacious and wonderfully full shelves that we could find and choose whatever we wanted for our artistic needs. The staff, the gentleman that helped us was for a pleasant and helpful and informative. He assisted my wife several times and myself I was pretty good on my own, but he did give me some assistance in one area. The quality of the merchandise they have there is very very good. All your budding artists need to drop down there and see what you can find.

Hello Yelp friends!…read more We went to Lakeshore this time, in Arizona, to help our daughter get supplies for her summer camp. They had all the paint and paper she needed. She needed the big gallon jugs. She also opted for the huge roll of white paper and saved a bunch of money. The girls working were not only super friendly, but they were so knowledgeable and helpful. I shop at Lakeshore in Nevada a few times a year. When they have sales, specials, coupons, and when I'm prepping my room for the new school year. I love the variety and quality of the items they carry. I was excited for the deals we got with the 50% off coupon code online on the website. It is a buy one, get one 50% off. It's only downfall is the parking, alas it is on campus and shared space with lots of high traffics restaurants and groceries, but if you don't find a spot right away, usually a lap or two will do it.
