Sometimes you'll crave a random burger and chili cheese fries. That was definitely the case for me so I came to Michael's Super Burgers with that very intention. This restaurant has a drive thru which I utilized. Keep in mind you'll need to drive around to use the order speaker if you're driving off of arrow hwy. The menu was pretty extensive and included the prices. There were a few cars at the drive thru on a Tuesday evening. It took about 10 minutes to get the order. I got the bacon cheese burger and thought it was decent. The buns were toasted and the patty had a nice char taste. The bacon was crispy and added a good crunchy texture. An appropriate ratio of lettuce, tomato, and pickle were in the burger. The chili cheese fries were decent as well. Didn't have an overwhelming amount of chili as other spots. I am a huge chili cheese fries enthusiast. I have tried so many different places I've lost count. I decided to give this place a chance and I can guarantee I would never come back to Order these again. Put it this way I always finish my chili cheese fries no matter what this is the first time I didn't It was pretty much all cheese and no chili but I don't think that would've saved them. This place was pretty good; went there for breakfast. My fam. and I tried their breakfast burritos and ordered their veggie omelette with a side of french toast and short-stacked cakes including their blended mocha drink. They burritos were big. They had a balance of the ingredients (egg, hashbrown, etc.) but can use a bit more salt and flavor. I ordered a veggie one and they were nice to adjust my order with veggies instead of the red meats. The green salsa was a good and added extra flavor. Their french toast was thick and actually dipped completely in the egg! Most places like this their French toast have spots of bread and they don't use Texas toast either. Their hot cakes were JUST like Denny's diner when they first started--my mom pointed that out. She's a picky one so we were surprised she loved them. Their mocha is light and the chocolate isn't overwhelming and too sweet either! The place is vintage and really nice, but we had ordered to go. It was a 15 minute wait and the service was very friendly. It's a great casual spot for breakfast, so I can't wait to try their lunch menu. read more

I'VE been going here for years 18 to be honest .. I ordered Chili cheese Fries as always but not to along ago..I got an order of Chili Cheese fries . And they were a little cold the cheese wasn't melted. So I heat up a bit and the cheese didn't melted. So I Put in microwave for 2 minutes at first at first then for 5 minutes still didn't melted..it turned into like plastic and the Chili Disappeared. .. And No it wasn't my microwave I've been in the food industry for a very long time..Im totally not blaming them its you need to be careful where you buy your stuff. I used the drive through today and I ordered quickly, yet had a wait of 15 mins at the window because everything is made to order. I didn't mind waiting and as I looked in the window I saw 4 people working, 2 cooks , 1 serving drinks and the other was the cashier. The place is clean and friendly, I've been here a few times because I like to order different items each time. Today, even though it is lunchtime, I ordered the breakfast burrito. The hash browns are both soft and crispy , the egg fluffy and the bacon crisp. It is very tasty and satisfying. The fries are yummy - fluffy inside and crunchy outside with just the right amount of salt. This a must next time I visit, go try it for yourselves! read more

I've been here twice in 8 days. Me and one of my best friends have been looking for a place to enjoy Saturday morning breakfast while eat and save the world. Okay, maybe not save the world, but we sure sound like it sometimes. The food was very good. The ribeye steak and eggs at $16.99 is a must have. It was good enough for a repeat. But, I also wanted to try to breakfast burrito so I went with that yesterday. It was a large burrito done well. They make a good cup of coffee. I don't usually waste my money on coffee at restaurants since most make swill rather than coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great both times. We come here a few times a month in order through the drive-through. The food's just OK but this time through the drive-through was the last time we'll be going. We ordered two things that we usually get and the toast was burnt on the turkey sandwich and the chicken was burnt as well and dry. I paid $17 for the chicken Asada, which is advertised as $15.99. They usually give us a receipt, but this time they didn't give it to us. Also, the woman that was helping us was very dismissive and bit rude. I went to this place a couple days ago. In the past, I use to love the Bean and Meat Burrito pre-covid. This time I ordered what was my favorite burrito. Meat and Beans with cheese. This burrito had about a teaspoon of meat. Filled with beans, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese and sour cream. I barely tasted any meat. Some kind of meat juice. In the past, the burrito just had shredded beef, beans and cheese. Equal amount of meat to beans. I paid $10.39 for a burrito with a teaspoon of meat (beef). My name is Linda. I live in Whittier. We are a frequent customers to Michael's superburgers., I always order a pastrami or a steak sandwich. The steak sandwiches are usually pretty good., today I ordered the steak sandwich and the steak was so hard. There was not one soft spot. It was a horrible steak sandwich so I thought OK. I'll call them and let them know. I'm sure they will do something., they inform me that because so many people fraudulently call in they're no longer accepting I have to go and show them my thrown away steak sandwich! Ridiculous I let them know. I will never go back and I will tell everybody I know I always used to rave about this place will no longer will., and that's why I'm also writing a review. I moved to this area about 2 years ago. Still exploring and looking for places to eat. I came across this place when driving back home. My boyfriend and I have been here and have had a pastrami, burger, fries and breakfast platter. It does not disappoint. The burger combo is a good price and the pastrami wasn't fatty or greasy. The fries are fresh to order and not super oily. We haven't eaten in the dining area but the drive thru customer service has been great so far. Awful service from the manager (which was the cook)! I bought 6 hamburgers and 2 chili cheese fries and asked for only chilies. The girl gave me a bag and it had 8 chilies in it. I asked for more and she said I had to pay $0.85 more for extra. I told her I spent close to $65 and you can't give me extra chilies. The manager told her to give me 5 more chilies and another girl comes and puts 3 chilies in a bag and gives it to me. I ask for the manager he comes and I show him the bag of chilies that I got at first and he just walks away from the window!
