Dr Sadati and I agreed to a Preservation Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and Fat Grafting to my face. The pre operative preparation was more than I expected....meds to decrease bruising and inflammation the week before, IV hydration and blue light for infection control day of surgery, MAC anesthesia (not general), and 5 days of O2 therapy to enhance post op healing. I have worked in a number of plastic surgery centers and never saw such comprehensive care for patients. The staff was wonderful and all were very focused on my individual needs and questions. I was recommended by a previous physician to see Doctor Park, he was very nice until he received my money. After Doctor Park received my payment he became a complete jerk! I was getting my blood work done for my surgery and my physician said I needed to bring up my iron levels up which Doctor Park did not agree with. Doctor Park is not for patient care at all! Doctor Park was upset that I reschedule my surgery from Jan to Feb and I honestly feel that he does not have a good patient bedside for anyone! Doctor Park has made this whole experience horrible. The comments he makes and the way he treats his patients he should not be practicing. After I had my surgery I have been depressed with the words and excuses he is telling me why he messed up. He told me my left side was messed up due to my scoliosis. I went out and immediately saw an orthopedist who had x-rays done and ruled out I did not have scoliosis. Now I have to go through another surgery for a revision of my left side. Very angry and upset. One of his responses he actually said to me was "your hooha looks great" to make matters worse. I noticed that even though my implants were behind the muscle wall, they were beginning to droop on one side where I could actually pinch skin to skin.. I made an appointment with Dr. Dubrow's office.. Within a few weeks, I was able to get an appointment and go in to have my implants removed. Currently with the implants I was a G. Due to having an lumpectomy, I was under the impression that I did not have much of my own breast tissue left and this is why the doctor recommended implants to begin with. But at this point I had had my implants replaced multiple times and continued to have trouble. When I spoke to Dr. Dubrow and his amazing assistant Jackie and explained the trouble that I was having and that I wanted the implants removed. Unfortunately, my husband was not able to attend the consultation due to how fast I was able to get my consultation so we did it over FaceTime. My husband was still hoping for a larger outcome. My expectations were anything healthy. Even if that included a size A cup. After surgery, Jackie had shared my postop surgery report with me. As I expected the chemo and radiation had damaged the tissue in my right breast to the point he had to remove a lot of tissue in order to lift my breasts evenly.
