Let's talk about how much I LOVE LOVE LOVED the cleaning I just received! 1. She was very response to my yelp message, was able to come the same day! 2. She brought all her own products; broom, mop, vacuum, everything 3. Super nice and I felt very comfortable with her in my home 4. These FLOORS! I have hardwood throughout and they look fabulous 5. I didn't know that Yelp doesn't allow replies to comments from the business so I am adding more photos here. The owner said there were stains and they couldn't remove them from my toilet. I am posting a pic of my toilet after I used my scrub brush and toilet cleaner (which was used by the cleaner and she broke the top) located right next to the toilet and it's perfectly clean. Again, nice women and a nice extremely basic cleaning although I signed up for and paid for a 'deep' cleaning. read more

Leda has been cleaning regularly for me for eight years. She is dependable, honest, and thorough. She takes her job seriously and does it very well. We no longer have Fridays in our house; we have Leda-days--and they are the best! She has adapted well to the Covid Era. She and her helper wear masks and gloves and socially distance from us if we happen to be in the house. I trust her so much, she has a key -- something that not even family members have. Best cleaning service I have received. These wonderful ladies arrived right on time with a positive attitude and a friendly disposition. They wasted no time getting to work. All the issues I had with previous cleaning services were taken care of without me having to even mention them. The ladies paid close attention to detail and every room looked wonderful. My young daughter was so excited to see that her stuffed animals had been sweetly taken care of by being arranged on her bed and nicely tucked-in. It's the small things that make such a difference. Oh my goodness! I have only positive things to say about Michelle Cleaning Service. I had an initial house cleaning earlier this week. When I got home, I was amazed at how the house looked. The two-person crew did a thorough and deep clean of the whole house, including little touches (like alternating vacuum lines on the upholstery, hotel-folded toilet paper, spotless window blinds, etc.) that made me feel special. The crew was in the house for more than 5 hours and removed all evidence that 2 adults and 2 big dogs live here. And the prices are quite reasonable and affordable. I gave them a call and they were able to accommodate me within a couple of days. They arrived with everything they needed to clean the house and were extremely professional in all aspects. I used this company a few months ago and was happy. When I contacted them about another property they were very unreasonably pricing and non-responsive. The new property is a 3rd of the size of the first property and they wanted to charge me the same regardless. They will give you a good deal for the first visit and then start up-charged for follow up work. Very disappointed. read more

I contacted the company multiple times about the missing items and received no response. I would not recommend this company if you want the items in your home to stay in your home.
