There were only 2 technicians working at that time and one was doing a pedicure. As an update, my cuticles healed after about a week. Showers and washing my hands was painful. Please ensure that clients are treated with the utmost sensitivity surrounding cuticles. I know mistakes happen, but in this case there was a complete disregard after cutting up my hands where blood was visible specifically because she was improperly holding the filing drill and had it on a high speed setting.

I went in to get a powder set with French and at first everything was pleasant, they ended up charging me 128$ for a very simple set, but I smiled and went on my way because I thought it was cute. Within two days, two of my nails were chipped. And I don't just mean the French, I mean the actual powder had chipped off my nail and exposed my natural nail. I ask if they could fix it, and I first they said yes and made an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment the next day I spoke to Emma and she refused to fix it. She said I would have to pay extra and kept insisting that I had hit my hands on something. I had not hit my hands on anything, I am not working currently and have been doing nothing with my hands. she refused to fix them and also refuse to give me any money back.
