Her friendly demeanor kept me at ease, as I was freaking out to get my passport renewed today. She did everything from take my picture, upload it into their system and even checked me out at her register, so I didn't have to wait in line up front. I would have been a mess without her help because there was an issue with the output machine which she skillfully fixed. The advertised time for a passport photo is one hour, but due to her efficiency I was in and out within 10 minutes. She is a true asset to the company!

Very Disappointing Walgreens Pharmacy Drive-Thru Experience -- Poor Customer Service!…read more I visited Walgreens today, August 12, 2026, around 6:50 PM to pick up two prescriptions, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst pharmacy customer-service experiences I've had. At the drive-thru, the first employee I spoke with was an older Asian woman. She told me Walgreens had no record of either prescription under my name. I provided my first and last name, but she said they could not find anything. I parked and contacted QuickCare to verify what happened. QuickCare confirmed that both prescriptions had been sent to Walgreens and received at 6:14 PM. I then called the Walgreens pharmacy and spoke with a male employee who took my information and confirmed that both prescriptions were in their system under my name. I was extremely confused and frustrated because the drive-thru employee had just told me they had searched the system and found nothing. I went back through the drive-thru and explained that I had just spoken with someone inside the pharmacy who confirmed that my prescriptions were there. The same employee again told me they weren't. I provided my date of birth and spelled my last name again, and suddenly she was able to locate both prescriptions. I told her directly that it was not okay to give customers incorrect information, especially when it causes them to waste time making additional phone calls and going back and forth trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled correctly the first time. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the situation, she gave me a dirty look, said "Hold on," and went to the back. She then essentially passed me off to another employee because she no longer wanted to deal with me or continue assisting me. An older Black woman came out and took over. Unfortunately, the experience continued to be frustrating. I asked the second employee whether my UMR insurance card was on file. She looked at the screen and said she didn't know and that some insurance had been charged. I asked what the last four digits were, but she did not answer my question and continued processing the transaction. I asked her again, and she continued to ignore my question. I also asked if I could use my Walgreens Rewards, and she ignored that request as well. She continued processing my transaction without acknowledging or addressing what I was asking. At that point, it felt like she simply did not want to communicate with me or acknowledge my requests. Her way of handling the interaction was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Simply saying "Have a nice day" at the end does not make up for repeatedly ignoring a customer who is asking legitimate questions and requesting assistance. Neither employee was wearing a visible name tag, so unfortunately, I cannot provide their names. What made this experience especially frustrating was the poor communication, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude from both employees. The first employee gave me incorrect information, then passed me off to another employee rather than addressing the situation herself. The second employee repeatedly ignored my questions and requests instead of taking the time to clarify my insurance information and assist me. Mistakes happen, but how you treat customers when a mistake occurs matters. I expected basic courtesy, communication, patience, and professionalism. Instead, I was given incorrect information, had to make additional phone calls, repeatedly provide the same information, and was ultimately passed off to someone else because the first employee apparently no longer wanted to assist me. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Both employees provided a horrible customer-service experience, and I left feeling completely dismissed as a customer. Walgreens needs to do better. Customers should not have to go back and forth, make additional phone calls, and repeatedly prove that their prescriptions are actually in the system. Basic communication, professionalism, and respectful customer service should be expected--especially at a pharmacy where customers are simply trying to pick up their medications. I hope Walgreens management reviews what happened and addresses these customer-service issues. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

Worst pharmacy Ever! Don't dare call them because you will be on hold from 30 min to 1 hour and…read morethey just keep picking up the phone and slamming it down without even saying please hold. Then, when you finally head to the store to pick up your prescription, they are so SLOW! The line is sooo long and takes forever. All of the pharmacy techs seem to hate their jobs and are so rude. I never see the same person twice so they obviously have a hard time keeping employees. All of my experiences here have been a nightmare and thank God I can use my insurance to move to a different pharmacy, Not Walgreens!

My prescription was sent to this Walgreens, which is not the location I usually visit or one in my neighborhood. When I arrived at the pharmacy, there was an older white couple in front of me. The pharmacist, a young Black woman, greeted them warmly, laughed with them, and seemed very friendly. When it was my turn, her demeanor noticeably changed. I greeted her by saying, "Hi, how are you?" and was met with almost complete silence. She went to retrieve my medication, returned, and briefly hesitated as if something was wrong, but there wasn't. She scanned my medication, handed it to me, and that was it. As I was leaving, I told her, "Have a great day," and she didn't respond--not even with a simple "You too." I found that to be discourteous and disappointing. I can't say for certain why I was treated differently, but the contrast between the interaction I witnessed and the one I experienced was noticeable. Respect and kindness should be shown to every customer, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, I did not feel that same level of courtesy was extended to me.
