Who does not like visiting Mickey's HOUSE????No one! It was so cozy, cute, and comfy! We did walk through all the rooms of the famous Mouse House! So colorful and kid friendly...even a really cool garden...where vegetables grown magically in seconds! Such a cute experience for all ages..

It's Mickey! The house is super cute and there are a lot of fun things to do in here for little ones. The line moves fairly slow but you are meeting Mickey. Employees do a great job keeping things organized. Right before you enter the photo taking area, you watch a brief movie. Our little one really enjoyed walking around Mickey's house. When the time came time to actually taking a picture with Mickey, that didn't go so smoothly, lol. Employees and Mickey were so patient and kind. They were very understanding.

Dear Mickey Mouse, I am so sorry I tagged your ear coming out of a hug Sunday morning. I have the worst luck with Mickey Mouse lately, but I sure do love him! The line was super short, and the gal working here was nice enough to take my picture with my phone. She didnt have a Disneyland camera, so Im thankful she was willing to help me out with pictures. I prefer the Disneyland pictures that upload to the app, they are so much more clear but my phone worked just fine as well. They dont rush you through here, which is awesome. Since it was empty, we were also able to make our way through the rest of the house at our own pace and check everything out. He was right in the front door for pictures. Ive never seen that, usually you go through the entire house to get to him. We had perfect timing!!! I love you Mickey Mouse! :)

    Star struck on his birthday!

Such a magical experience for children. You are able to walk through Mickeys "home" and then are able to meet him! My brother was definitely star struck. This was his highlight- seeing Mickey in person. You are able to walk through his home which has an array of rooms until you reach the waiting area. Inside the waiting area they show little Mickey clips to keep you entertained as you wait. My young brother was even entertained. The line can move slow but it is because meeting Mickey is a huge thing! The staff do keep things organized and try to move as quickly as possible. They allow small groups of people in at a time so it is not overcrowded in the meeting area. App wait times were not accurate (it said 5 minutes but it was more like 25-30 minutes but totally worth it!!). Would definitely recommend if you have children.

First time visiting Mickey inside his own house. House is very deep because the hallways kept turning until you finally get to the end where you enter his screening room for the photo opp! Mickey was wearing his magician red coat.

A Mickey cartoon short while you wait.

In toon town is where you can find Mickeys house right next door to some of your other favorite clubhouse pals. Decorated like the classic cartoon versions of his home it is adorable. Kids can play with the furniture and climb around, it's perfect for the little ones. Once you get through the house is where you wait to meet Mickey. If the line is a little wait, don't worry they gave cartoons playing for your enjoyment. The back area is cute, decorated like a movie set where you wait to enter his dressing room for your photo. I've been told they change the backdrop throughout the day, but I'm not sure how often. When we entered it was a steam boat silly backdrop, so cute. One thing I noticed was the staff wasn't very friendly which is very unfortunate. I was actually kind of surprised since you'd think they would be some of the more patient with young children. Oh well though, no biggie we still were having a magical day. So we take our photos with Mickey and head out to enjoy the rest of Toon town. If your child or even yourself, is as Mickey obsessed as we are it's definitely worth checking out.

Mickey's house is located in the heart of Toon Town and this is where you'll go to meet Mickey if he's not on Main Street. Also take note of the fact that characters don't want to get their fur wet so they don't come out during inclement, rainy weather. Therefore, take a stroll down to Toon Town and walk through the doors of Mickey's house to say hello to the Mouse! He'll be waiting inside for you where it's nice and dry! Estimated wait times are displayed in front of his home but that isn't always accurate. Usually, you'll walk through Mickey's home and then follow a hallway that leads to a queue in which you will wait to meet him. As you wait, you'll view classic Disney cartoons featuring Steam Boat Willie! Then, they will call in approximately 4 groups/families to meet Mickey Mouse. You'll take your photo and be on your way. Mickey's house is cleverly decorated in the interior and exterior portions. You'll notice his mailbox outside with Mickey's head prominently on display, letting you know that you've reached the right place. Mickey's vehicle is parked outside of his garage and he even has a personalized license plate which reads: Mickey1. As you walk into his home, you'll feel like you've walked right into a cartoon! Pluto has a dog bed next to the window but shhh...don't tell Mickey that Pluto chewed up his shoe! You'll notice Mickey's comfort chair and ottoman with images of his head throughout the pattern. His washing machine is a throwback to days before my time but if you look closely, you'll see Mickey's glove floating around as it is being washed. That' so cute!!!!! His organ is tucked into a corner and you can see the Mickey shaped pattern on the sheet music as it rotates inside of the organ window. Everything is so big and bright! You can even sit on his chair because you know that he's one hospitable mouse. It's nowhere near as soft as the cushion in most people's chairs or sofas though. It's really not a magical visit to Disneyland if you don't visit Mickey's house! Don't forget to go next door to visit Minnie Mouse too!

It's a great opportunity to meet Mickey. The tour of the house can be longer than expected. We found the wait time on the app is usually half of what it really is. The moments with Mickey in his studio are priceless. Happy Birthday Mickey! Your 91 today!

Mickey's house is cool. Very rustic. You see a lot of his house. Living room, bedroom, laundry room, piano, Pluto's area beside the fire, garden in the backyard and etc. You watch a short old movie of him before actually seeing him. Once you see him. He seems to always be dressed as a wizard. The place is cool and a must see of course.

    i love mickey!

Do you want to meet the one and ONLY m.i.c.ke.y MOUSE? Do you want to know here he eats, sleeps, and play? Do you want to know how he washes his clothes and dishes? Where his dog Pluto sleeps? Then Mickey's house in Disneyland's Toontown is the place to go!! His house is in the same neighborhood as Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Chip and Dale! Even as an adult I get excited to go to Mickey's house! You can walk through his entire house, and even touch and sit on his cute lil furniture! It's like a real house and it's so fun for the kids! In the very back of his house you enter his barnyard where you watch all his classic movies. Then it seems like you're exiting his barn yard which makes you seem disappointed. But SURPRISE! You're actually entering his dressing room/studio where you meet the famous Mickey Mouse!! Here you can take meet and take pictures with him! On a busy day his house can be busy with a lot of visitors. He's one popular mouse! So prepare to wait in line for about an hour. But if you don't want a picture with him (which I suggest you do) then there is an exit right before the barn yard.

I highly recommend reserving your lightning lane for guardians as quickly as possible and pushing it out to later in the day or before your park hopping because the ride lines are insanely short in the early morning and lightning lane fills up so quickly for it. The Radiator springs racers are one of the longest lines in this park and rightly so. If you just do single riders it moves so much faster and I highly recommend because paying for a single use lighting lane for a specific ride is crazy to me but to each their own. ‍ For food they have amazing food festivals and a magic key terrace with some of the best Osso Bucco I've had and I'm not just saying that. Details below. -parking was easy. -room check in at the kiosk was easy. -the kiosk printed our wristbands out. -I got a text with our room number about 30 min later (I would have preferred no wait, but it was the busy check in time). -we went to dinner at BJs down the road, no wait, very good 2 family dinner. Great M-F deals. -my kids did the high ropes course and liked it. We hit the arcade for about 15 minutes, they didn't really like it (but it's under construction, they were moving machines up into the lobby). -I brought chocolate croissants and muffins, we ate bfast in the room. The rooms have large mini fridges, there's a small microwave where the ice machines are on each floor, there's a good enough weird coffee machine in each room. -we loaded our regular bags into the car, checked out of our of the room at 9:40, got into the line for the pool. -got plenty of chairs together for the adults. -my advice: you do not needs chairs for each kid, especially older kids. They stop by, sit, and bounce. Most people eat at the tables, there are signs that people can only sit at tables for 30 min, we never had a problem eating at tables (it's so much easier). Don't waste a bunch of chairs on kids who never use them.... -the bar drinks at the pool were very very good. the Bloody Mary was the best one I've ever had. Yep. We had a mango pineapple rum drink that was so good, not too sweet at all. -every staff member we encountered was on point, very helpful and kind. -I charged everything using my wristband, very easy. CONS: -I've been several times. In my option, the pizza place is the only food worth getting when you are at the pool. The Bucket food place in the pool area is just not good, it's very cafeteria and expensive. -I saw about 15 people slip and fall, mostly near the life jacket stand outside the wave pool. Like full on hard falls. An employee has a floor squeegee, but it's pretty useless. Even people walking slipped. -the headboards in the renovated rooms are pretty bad and dangerous. They have posts spaced out like 5 inches that have right-edge corners, so, sharp. And the pillows are not enough and not fluffy. When you lean back, your head slams into those pillar posts. My daughter's head went right between two posts so she hit both sides of her head on the posts. I hit my head too. Who the hell thought that was a great design? After that issue, I noticed all the hard corners on everything in the room. My kids are older now, but parents or younger kids, take note.

While it may not be somewhere we'd go or come.. for a vacation, it's definitely worth visiting for a day. The only negative experience we had involved an employee named Stephanie who was working the family raft slide. She came across as though she genuinely didn't want to be there. It didn't ruin our visit by any means, but when you're in a family-focused environment, a friendly attitude goes a long way. Also, during one of our turns on the family slide, the wait was noticeably longer than it should have been compared to all of our previous rides, which slowed things down a bit. Definitely a bit miss managed as it seems as 1-2 employees max were bouncing back and forward to push the rafts down. Something that popped into mind free of charge lol. One suggestion for the marketing team: consider giving away complimentary waterproof phone pouches. They cost only a few dollars at retail store ( Walmart ) so I'd imagine they could be purchased in bulk at a much lower cost. Guests would use them throughout the park, and many would likely take pictures and post all over there social media as I saw almost every partner with one,I know I did and will posting family pic and already have all the family said they'd want to come..giving Great Wolf Lodge free advertising and great brand exposure every time they're used elsewhere. It seems like a small investment that could create a lasting impression. Overall, a solid 4-star experience. We'd come back again.
