Pastrami is delicious and just as good as their original location! I overheard that this location has a bit of a smaller menu than the original, but I still think there is plenty to choose from. Food came out quick. Only outdoor seating. Knocked off a star because the prices do feel a bit steep. For a small bag of chips + 7 inch pastrami deluxe, it was $20.

I heard about this place from my old job. We used to order catering from the location in Hermosa Beach a few times. Its sad to say that I forgot what I used to order, but I remember the food being so good. I'm glad they opened this new location that is closer to my new job. It's located right next to the Mobil gas station and it has a fairly small parking lot. I came here at the top of the hour for lunch and it wasn't packed so that was good. I don't remember ever trying the pasta so I ordered the Bowtie Chicken Alfredo Pasta. I got a regular bowl and a regular fountain drink. It also comes with garlic bread on the side and it was good! It tasted like there was enough flavor so that was satisfying to me. I'm glad I have had the opportunity to come back here and try this place again after not having it in a very long time. I will be back! Great experience!

I was so excited to find out you were coming closer!! I was bummed you don't serve breakfast all day but I happened to walk up and the owners son ,Mickey spoke to my husband and I and explained the grill gets really messy from the eggs. He was really nice and really seemed to love and have pride for what he does. My husband and I both ordered the beef steak and cheese and it was really good. The bread tasted fresh also which is a plus! There are some long tables on the out side /side area which is nice to have an option to seat and eat it hot! We will be back as always, keep up the good work.!

Bolognese pasta and the pepperoni pizza are great!! Ask for the sandwich bread toasted bc the bread gets soggy quick. The paulie pizza hardly had sauce so it was dry :( Super friendly service and chill spot :)

If you love Micky's Deli, you're going to love them even more because they now have a location in North Redondo Beach. The new spot is located at the southeast corner of Artesia Boulevard and Inglewood Avenue, tucked into the corner next to the Mobil gas station. Micky's Deli is serving many of the same favorites people love from the Hermosa Beach location -- including sandwiches, pizza, a variety of pastas, and fresh salads. Parking is a bit limited. Employees are super helpful and friendly. They added some newly built picnic benches outside for casual outdoor dining.

I was genuinely excited when I heard a Mickey's Italian was opening within walking distance of my house. It sits in a gas station lot, so it's easy to overlook, but the flavors definitely aren't! I grabbed a slice of pizza and the Mickey's Combo sub, and both were delicious. Fresh ingredients, great service, and that comforting vibe. This spot is absolutely going into my regular rotation.

We ordered a few sandwiches, chips, pizza, and dessert. All tasted fresh and delicious! My husband loved the pastrami and kids loved the pizza. Clean, fast and friendly service!

Got a 16" pepperoni and mushroom pizza ($20.00 plus $1.50 extra for the mushroom) and a large turkey sandwich ($15.50). Every thing was enjoyable. The pizza crust was thin and crispy. The pizza sauce had a little bit of tartness. The cheese was gooey. My only criticism would be that the sandwich bread was a little too chewy for my taste. MI shares a lot with a Mobil gas station. There is limited parking along a wall. Service was friendly. Wait time is good since they are fully staffed. There's a 3% charge for using a credit card.

The waitress taking my order had no personality and didn't check in on me after my food was brought over. I decided to bring my family for dinner, shortly after their official grand opening. I called in to ask if they had a table for four and I was assured they did have one available and would hold it for us over the next 20 minutes. We arrived within 13 minutes and were told that they didn't have anymore tables available and when I mentioned I'd called and one was promised to be held, I could see the "oh crap!" Look on the hostess' face. I was told once again that they didn't have a table available for us but we could sit outside in the cold, with no heater. Since I'd hyped the food up so much, my wife was eager to try it, so she asked that we sit outside and dine there; so I obliged. Service was once again mediocre. The food was tasting great when suddenly my wife spat something out; upon further examination it was literal broken glass! Seriously, broken glass! I immediately took the plate to the manager and he was apologetic and offered to "comp everything" or remake the dish. My wife was still hungry so she opted to have it remade. For me, the experience was ruined. I couldn't finish my meal, while my wife ate most of her remade meal. Once we got the check, my wife's meal was removed. I chose to not pursue the offer to "comp everything," further so I paid and we left. We've not been back and we've told everyone about our experience

They even offered him a gelato while he waited, which made the whole experience feel even more special. He brought home a lasagna and four slices of pizza, and I have to say it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I had never tasted an authentic Italian lasagna before. As a Brazilian, I grew up eating our version, which tends to be a reinvention of dishes from other countries. I have to admit... the original Italian version wins! And even though I only got to eat it after he drove it home, it was still absolutely perfect. Great food, wonderful customer service, and a memorable experience from start to finish. Fatto a Mano has definitely earned a spot on our list of places we'll keep coming back to.

I have the burrata caprese and I think it could use more balsamic I mean burrata is burrata so it was fantastic. The tiny tomatoes throw me off a little bit for but like in general everything was delicious.. My friend ordered the lasagna which I was a little bit envious of after I saw it. It's a huge portion and it's absolutely fantastic.. I had the night special, which is chicken piccata, which was overall very lovely buttery lemon and tangy could've used a little bit more pasta, and the broccoli was cooked really well in general lovely. We share the tiramisu for dessert and I really can't complain. I think it could've been a little bit more punchy when it came to the coffee in the rum, but it was still really good. And General service was great. They were really busy so it wasn't anything too frequently and the manager or the owner checked in on the tables and I'm happy that we went here..

I'm guessing since they're coming to a permanent closure, it only makes sense that the quality of the experience (food and service) had began to going down. We were seated immediately, so we were off to a good start. It took a bit of time for Daniel (yep! We got the same server from the last time) to come around and get our orders. It wasn't too bad since the wait gave us the opp to decide on apps and mains, so we got to put all our orders in at once. CALAMARI: Battered thin and crispy. Dash of lemon juice made it better. Quality? Yes. Quantity? Not so much. I thought it was pricey for the amount we got. PEPPERCORN POLPETTINE: Meatballs in cream sauce. Even with the whole peppercorns, the sauce was good. The meatballs, however, didn't taste or look homemade at all. (I recently made frozen meatball soup at home and the meatball's flavor was pretty much similar.) So.. meh... BRUSCHETTA ALLA CHECCA: This was the best app out of the three. Crostini was perfect and the toppings were all perfectly balanced. SPAGHETTI AI NERO DI SEPPIA: Looked great, but lacked flavor. Asked for fresh grated cheese and added black pepper which helped a little, but still missing something... Hubbers got the linguine pesca mare which he loved (he emptied his plate!) So I guess that says a lot. And I'm really glad he liked it, being his birthday and all. He also chose crème brûlée to finish off his birthday treat. (No, they didn't comp it - which is fine, and I don't expect them - or any business - to, even more since they are shutting down. I understand they need all the profit they can get.) Overall a little less stellar than the first visit. I'll admit I was a teenee bit disappointed since we had an amazing experience the first time. All the same, I'm still glad of the experience and wish them well on their future endeavors!

My husband had the Rob Gentile, an elevated Old Fashioned, and was thoroughly impressed. Service was great, and the food was top-notch. Let's dive in! Meatballs with beef, pork, ricotta, potato purée, tomato sauce, Grana Padano, and arugula--WOW. Cheesy, saucy perfection. Beef Tartare with tonnato, shallot, marjoram, crispy potato, and toast. Delicious and a generous portion. I ordered Coop's Pork Shank with Lambrusco-mustard glaze, aromatic jus, and potato purée. Tender, flavorful, and that broth was incredible. It paired perfectly with the broccolini... ...which we didn't order. We spotted the table next to us enjoying it with burrata and immediately added it to our "next time" list. My son ordered the Chicken Parm with capellini. He loved the huge chicken parm portion, which successfully fed his bottomless teenage appetite, but declared the pasta "too eggy." Teenagers are basically unpaid Michelin critics. My husband ordered the Scarpinocc with braised beef cheek, brown butter, sage, and saba. He loved it, but our resident food critic chimed in with, "I don't really taste the beef." Dessert was the cinnamon bread pudding with ice cream and caramel drizzle--absolutely worth saving room for. They do not give you free refills on drinks, which is ridiculous at this price point--refills should absolutely be included. To make matters worse, you do not get free bread for the table either. Operating a restaurant is not an easy task, and as such we are understanding when something goes wrong. We are not as understanding when there are multiple issues. First off, the service was almost insulting. We had early reservations, so I don't think they were overly busy yet, but you wouldn't know that by our server. For all we know he could have been the Italian owner of the restaurant, and if that was the case, that made it even worse. Barely a greeting, no explanation of the specials, just a cheap plastic sleeve one would buy at Staples office supply thrown onto our table. He found our questions about the menu bothersome, and when I asked him about one item, he wrote it down as if I'd ordered it. Luckily we caught his error when I told him what I wanted for dinner and he said, "So you don't want the lasagna?" Um, no, I was just asking a question about the lasagna. We both ordered our meals along with the Heirloom Burrata appetizer. We asked if there was any bread with the appetizer, and he said no, so we asked for a bowl of bread to have with the burrata. It didn't show up, and we had to remind him. It finally arrived with our pasta. Oh well. My wife had ravioli stuffed with crab and lobster. She barely touched it and couldn't have been more disappointed. I told her to send it back, but she doesn't like confrontation. I had the cannelloni, and I have to steal a line I heard from another table: "This tastes like the stuffed shells I buy from Costco." It really did. I guess the pasta is homemade, but you sure couldn't tell from this dish. They came and picked up the dish without commenting on how little my wife had eaten. They asked if we wanted dessert, and, clearly expecting a no, plopped the bill down in front of me. We paid, yes we tipped, and immediately walked a few doors down to get my wife something to eat for dinner. We will never go back.

I ordered the truffle mushroom pizza and it was absolutely phenomenal. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside while still light and airy inside. The truffle flavor was rich without being overpowering, and the mushrooms were fresh and perfectly cooked. Every bite tasted balanced and authentic, like the kind of pizza you hope to find in a small Italian spot that truly cares about the craft. Then came the Nutella calzone, and that alone is worth the visit. Warm, perfectly baked dough with Nutella inside that melts just right. Sweet, indulgent, and honestly one of the best dessert calzones I have ever had. Also the best and most polite service, wonderful people. I have had a lot of pizza around Los Angeles, and this is easily one of the best I have tried. If you are in Redondo Beach and appreciate real quality pizza, this place is a must. Great flavors, great execution, and a spot I will definitely keep coming back to. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
