Had 4 different pies - all were amazing. What kicks these pies to the top is the amazing crust. Definitely top end compared to the vast majority places I've been to in the South Bay. The standout was actually the house made ranch. Super thick, creamy, and kind of addictive. We ordered the D Fresh pizza and something was off. Maybe too many toppings, but it came out flat and rubbery. The crust didn't have that chew or crisp, the cheese quality felt low, and there was zero cheese pull. Just not satisfying at all. The slices and salad were served on the a cardboard plate which is neat. There's seating inside and outside for dining which is nice. The staff was very nice and the space is very open and inviting. This is a small pizzeria with an open kitchen and minimal seating inside and a small patio outside. You could see directly into the kitchen and it's immaculate. This is an order at a counter and they will bring out your food kind of place. I found the person taking my order to be really cool and accommodating. We ordered two pies, a large and a small. The small pie is more than enough for one person. The large pie could easily feed 3 to 4. They are all thin crust with a beautiful char. For the large pie, we had a half margarita and half pepperoni. It was super tasty. For the small pie I ordered the one with sausage and pickled serrano peppers. It's been weeks since I've had that pizza and I still think about it. Don't sleep on that one. Went back twice. And each time, the pizza is so freaking tasty. I always get the dfresh which is their version of a Bianca/white sauce pizza, the Serrano peppers just perfectly complementing the more creamy flavor of the pizza. Caveat: So far, I have only had Redwood Pie pizzas from DoorDash. Redwood Pie makes great pizza. Food: I have ordered the Margherita (tomato sauce, basil, and mozzarella, the Classic Pepp (red sauce, pepperoni, parmesan, and mozzarella), and White Heat (olive oil, garlic, basil, parmesan, mozzarella, and jalapenos). I really enjoyed both the Margherita and Classic Pepp. Barely any "flop" (bending or drooping down of the tip of the slice when held) even though it was delivery pizza with just the right amount of char on the bottom. The crust was good and the toppings didn't overwhelm. In turn, the White Heat was good, but had a little more flop and the cheese was just a little rubbery, but I attribute this completely to the fact that it was delivery pizza. I think it would have been great in store. Bottom Line: My go-to pizza place. I now just need to stop being lazy and get my pizza in person. read more

I love this place. I love this place so much that I make the trek down the coast regularly just to eat this delicious pizza. My favorite is the spicy sausage. They have a generous amount of Calabrian chillies and it just hits the right flavors and gives the pizza a great kick. The pizza is thin crust but the toppings don't all fall off like at other places. The pizza isn't super greasy either. You can tell it's made with quality ingredients. Every single person I've showed this spot to immediately falls in love. Service is quick, they always have your pie out of the oven in around 15 minutes. Pricing is great as well. A personal is around $18 and a large is around $23. On my most recent visit, I split the large with my friend and we were adequately full afterwards. I never hesitate to eat here when I'm in the area. If you don't live in the area, like myself, I highly recommend making the trek here to treat yourself to their amazing pies. The pizza is thin crust, no frills, basic toppings, with quality ingredients. They usually don't do split but since it wasn't busy they let us do split. I like the d-fresh (white colored one). That one with sausage and chiles is amazing. We got an overdose of pepperoni toppings (one was pepperoni and sausage, and the other is e-money) and they were a bit greasy for me. I would come back and get the no sauce pizza. They have 3 tables outside you can sit with your dog. Most people did takeout. Pizza took about 12-15 minutes to bake. No bathrooms available. read more

Got a pepperoni pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while! I loved the pepperonis and I'm usually very picky and just remove them all from my pizza. I am also not a fan of thin crust pizza but this one I liked! We came in on a Saturday night and thankfully wasn't too packed but we did have to wait about 20min for our pizza. A few days ago, I found this new pizza place on Yelp. The pizzas looked so good I knew we should come give them a try. Today, hubby & I came for the pizza. They offer a 12" & 16" pie. The menu is limited to pizzas, a salad, and beverages. The signage on the building says Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, and Ice Cream. Maybe they'll update the menu soon. We decided to get the 12" Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza. We ordered, paid, and then decided to take a seat outside on the patio. There are about 8 bar height seats available inside. When the pizza was ready, a staff member stuck his head out of the door and called our name and hubby went inside to pick it up. The pizza was super delicious! We truly enjoyed the Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza! I like the little Pepperoni slices they use. The crust is thin, crispy yet chewy. I don't usually eat much of the crust, but I ate most of it! I read on Infatuation.com that they use a Sourdough for the crust. We bring our own Hot Honey and added it to the pizza which made it all the more tasty!! We will definitely be back! We've been having excellent slices in Los Angeles and Long Beach, so it's great to see this in the south bay! The sourdough flavor is pretty light, which is wonderful. The crust was delightful and crispy, the pepperoni cuppy and delicious greasy, the jalapeno had a serious kick. The single salad on the menu at the moment is fantastic and refreshing. However, this lived up to the hype and won me over-- a chewy/crunchy, thin sourdough crust cooked just right, with top of the line pepperoni well distributed throughout the pie, mixed beautifully with the marvelous melty cheese and tomato sauce. Not too many choices, not so many ingredients so the focus is on quality. I'm a monster who's never loved pepperoni, but their Classic Pepp is one of few where I can understand the appeal. I prefer the Soppressata - love those long floppy slices of salami. The white pizzas are a mild contrast to the reds, a swipe of fresh olive oil to highlight the toppings and cheese. The Bianca is green and creamy with ricotta, and the D-Fresh is hothothot with spicy sausage, pungent garlic, and pickled serranos. THIS is what pizza should be. I raised my review one star because the owner did offer to comp us a pizza, but we would prefer not to support a place where we were cast aside. My sister and I are black, we waited in line. Tried this place based on the prodding from my buddy Chuck. Next time Chuck can try it first! In the end the pizza was ok but I drive about 7-8 miles to try it and it's a once and done. Order sausage and pepperoni and it was ok but I can't say it was something better than other places. $30 for a large and a bottle of Coke. Plus the $5 tip of course. I just shouldn't tip until after when basically nothing is being done and zero thanks for the tip. Pretty sure the owner was working the shop when we were there and it wasn't busy at all. When the pie was done he called my name so I could walk ten feet to pick it up. Would have been nice to have it brought to the table given the tip for nothing. The pizza is not good enough to be devoid of service with a smile or decent attitude. A large is also not that big either. Paisanos is just down the street. Get a pie not a slice though. read more

The pizza here is excellent, however, the Margherita here was inferior to Pizzeria Bianco and Danny Boy's. The prices are fair, and the portions are great. My brother and I got 2 large pizza's and one was a Margherita and the other was a pepperoni pizza. For me the pepperoni pizza was far superior to the Margherita.
