I think you will be pleased with the outcome, provided that you don't expect this is Nordstrom's in terms of service. Just remember that you are there to get the work done well at a good price. Don't expect: friendly greeting, to be called when your piece is done, any kind of chit chat. You may even feel that they are being downright rude. Just ignore that --they are old school woodworkers. I'd say, support your local craftsman and go to the mall if you want someone to treat you like a customer. My work was very good and they seem like salt of the earth folks. The older fellow is actually hard of hearing.

They have lots of whimsical home decorations, kitchenware, linens, jewelry, figurines, soap, body lotion, and much more. The shop has a cozy cottage vibe. I visited there recently and thoroughly enjoyed slowly going through the shop and checking out all the charming treasures. One of the things I really liked was a Hazel Atlas children's tea set in pastel-colored milk glass from the 1940s-50s (see pic). I also saw a nice secondhand Kate Spade bag for only $42. The women working there were very friendly and chatty. I understand they get new inventory all the time, so I plan to go back soon.

I went inside and met this older gentleman (who seemed like he liked to drink a lot of alcohol for some reason) and he showed me around in the back. He said that the owner was not there very often, because he was always in different shows. When he is not there, the house was kept closed. I wanted so much to enter the house, but was pleased when I saw all the assortment they had in that very LONG back yard. The furniture and other items were quite dirty and dusty, but there were so many beautiful old things to see. Really old furniture with wonderful carvings and details, old wrought iron garden items, old paintings, etc. etc. I really liked going around the back yard and spent quite a bit of time there. I ended up choosing a gorgeous antique print in an equally beautiful antique carved frame. I was prepared to pay at least $50, because I was already totally in love with it, when the gentleman gave it to me for $10. I was not about to complain. I wish that the store can be open on more regular hours, so that I can see what's inside the house. The old gentleman told me that the owner kept the "really nice stuff" in there!

I send out a request and immediately got an answer from their staff. From that on the process was super easy!!! They guided me to take the right measurements, worked with me to find the right option and two weeks later the sofa was ready! Couldn't believe how easy the whole thing was!!! The best part though, LOVE THE NEW SOFA!!! It fits perfectly, goes great with the rest of my furniture, and it has the right amount of firmness. Great experience!!! Would go back for more if my apartment wasn't so small.
