The falafel was crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, not oily and not dry. The sauces were all so very well balanced. The Zataar on the fries was so fragrant, salty and flavorful and the fries were fresh out of the fryer, warm and crispy. The halal chicken had this smokey almost birria flavor. Very earthy and natural. Like nothing I have ever tasted. The drinks and dessert are all amazing. My mint lemonade had fresh mint and hint of floral orange blossom. So refreshing. The karak chai had cardamom, saffron, ginger and cloves. It was like going on a flavor rollercoaster in a good way. The husband and wife team could not be nicer to you. All smiles all the time.
