We…read morehave been here three times now and every time we start eating our food we immediately laugh and say to each other "this is so good." This last time in, we ordered the Rice bowl with falafel, the pita wrap with halal chicken, Zataar fries, mint lemonade and the karak chai. I don't know how to explain the taste of everything other than to say think of anything that you have tasted that was similar and just multiply that by 10 as far as freshness, flavor pop, texture, and cooking execution. The falafel was crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, not oily and not dry. The sauces were all so very well balanced. The Zataar on the fries was so fragrant, salty and flavorful and the fries were fresh out of the fryer, warm and crispy. The halal chicken had this smokey almost birria flavor. Very earthy and natural. Like nothing I have ever tasted. The drinks and dessert are all amazing. My mint lemonade had fresh mint and hint of floral orange blossom. So refreshing. The karak chai had cardamom, saffron, ginger and cloves. It was like going on a flavor rollercoaster in a good way. The husband and wife team could not be nicer to you. All smiles all the time. They came out multiple times to check on us and talk to us. We definitely felt welcomed like family. Such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Just can't say enough about this place and how they run their business.

I got the falafel nachos with pita. The falafel was crunchy and moist inside with amazing flavor. The green sauce, omg I could drink it! The hummus (on the nachos) is smooth like silk and creamy af. I know this is a house/restaurant, and the seating area is so cute. It felt like being at a friend's house with the service. Please come and support this amazing vegan, halal, Palestinian restaurant! PS they also have halal animal parts with the same flavors

These many people can only mean one thing, that the food is delicious! I loved their huge menu with food for anyone's tastes. As a Pescatarian it's hard to find salmon at Mediterranean food places and Green Olive had several plates to choose salmon and shrimp. I ordered their Salmon Kabob plate that came with yummy rice, a salad, hummus and a pita. It was served with a garlic white sauce and a green slightly spicy sauce. I drizzled both on the kabobs and rice and everything blended perfectly. The salmon was seasoned so well and was so tender! It was perfectly cooked because it retained the softness salmon needs. I also got a pistachio cheesecake that was so light and delicious without being overly sweet. It was a perfect ending to an amazing food plate. The ambiance had average loud noise level since it is small on the inside, however they have plenty of outdoor seating which is where we sat. Even though there are other Mediterranean places close to me, I can see myself going to this location because of their expansive menu.

They have a pleasant patio seating for you to enjoy the socal weather! The home style spicy potato's are definitely a one of kind! They had the perfect crunch with lemon flavor. After the favorable portions I had, I was satisfied and still had room for dessert which consisted of a sweet Baklava and creamy pistachio cheesecake (:

Chicken and some meat over rice with hummus. Some pita. Flavors really good. Meats seasoned perfectly. Rice cooked well. Love the pita. Garlic sauce is bomb. I will be coming back and a possible frequent flyer now. Everyone worked so hard and was hospitable. My recommendations: go with the chicken kabob plates over the shawarma -- the shawarma's are still very good but the kabob is so unique and out of this world. You'll understand what I mean when I rank them so highly. We had one plate with shawarma and fries that was 10/10. Fries were perfectly made even 10 minutes before closing. I ordered the chicken kabob plate with extra salad instead of rice or fries. The hummus is my top 5 in LA. I'm so glad I got to randomly try this after having an itch for Arabic food. Because I told one of the workers how delicious and unreal it was... they gave me a free baklava and refused to let us walk out without it.
