Tyson quoted me with a much more reasonable price and had my truck worked on immediately and was done within 3 hours.

I have a Dodge Durango SRT so I've always have taken every vehicle I've ever owned to the…read moremanufacturer dealership. Lithia Dodge out n out lied to me for over 2 years on a part. It wasn't covered by warranty but containued to tell the the part wason back order. Totally lied to me vs telling me it wasn't covered???? What's up with that. So decided to try a locally Owned business When I walked in I was greeted by Gina, NO WAITING just a great greeting n knew I found a great place to have the "BEAST" Serviced and takin care of. Had oil change n tire rotation and a inspection of the vehicle. Seems like a honest facility. Called when it was done vs me calling. These people did a great job and was finshed when promised and Gina called me!!!!

Horribly overpriced and predatory practices. Avoid Prarie Road Automotive in Eugene, OR. They…read moreovercharge and you have to put up a stink to get them to budge even a little. I took my car there for a new AC compressor where the belt would have to be taken off, I brought them a new belt (they would have to put on a belt, new or old anyway) they charged me $239.81 to put on the new belt instead of the old one and I supplied the new OEM belt. They also broke my radiator and charged me to replace it. The office lady said the tech found a crack but in the tech's report he said he accidentally broke it. I looked over the radiator thoroughly for pink crust before bringing it to them. There was none. They charged over $300 to put in a thermostat alone (which I provided) The thermostat was not bad I just thought since they would have the radiator drained and the lower hose off anyway, take 1.5 minutes and replace the thermostat. They charged as if I had come in with a bad thermostat and needed all that work done to replace it from go. I reiterated 3x to the lady there will be a lot of overlapping labor and she assured me they would make the proper adjustments. Not so. I did get a refund for the belt after I raised a stink. Stay away. It was $2500 in labor only for a compressor and radiator which they broke. The car was $4,000. Nightmare experience with them. I'm disabled physically and mentally and I saved up for this work and had to take a loan to cover the bill. predatory practices. Their $350 inspection was just a tech's note that said the (existing-not new) spark plugs were gapped correctly but showed some wear and if I notice a lack of performance or sluggishness to consider replacing them. That was it. That was was my pre-trip inspection before my road trip. At Oilstop they take a sample of every fluid in you car and show it to you on a white plate just for an oil change. At Joe's garage, they include pictures they took of your engine and the concerns they have. I doubt Prarie Road Automotive even looked at a spark plug, I guarantee they didn't look at all 6. They don't even guarantee their workmanship if you bring in your own OEM parts so as not to incur further abuse by them. Prarie Road Automotive was a nightmare to deal with. They left a jug of coolant in the back with the cap only half screwed on. It fell over inside the cardboard box it was in and leaked a huge puddle inside my Lexus RX 350. They quoted almost $4,000 for 8-10 hrs of labor other mechanics quoted. Stay away.
