When I reached out, a technician came out and claimed the issue was rust on the new rotors. I asked how they could rust so quickly, and he dismissed my concerns, saying that any exposure to water could cause rust. What really frustrated me was his condescending attitude. Instead of taking the time to investigate further (he didn't even remove the tire), he insisted he knew best because he had years of experience in the industry. He told me "most people understand the concept of metal to metal and water on metal creating rust. Then commenced to open and close his van door over and over to illustrate the concept like I was dumb. I explained that I'd owned the car for five years and had never encountered squeaking, even with rusted rotors, which led me to believe there might be an issue with the products they used. All this without him even removing tires to investigate for other issues. Instead of addressing my concerns, he simply argued with me and stated, "I am just going to put on my headphones," indicating he was going to ignore me. Then he said I will replace them but what will you expect us to do when this happens two weeks later again? The customer service was very disappointing, and I feel like my concerns were completely ignored. I will not be returning to this shop. Also to make sure there were no other potential issues I did my own research and found out there could be other potential causes of the grinding and squeaking 3 weeks later, none of which the technician diagnosed. I was checked in almost immediately when I pulled up, and introduced to my rep Aaron, who was really cool by the way :) He got my information and directed me to the customer lobby (also provided me with the Wifi) . I sat down to do some work in one of the separated booths that they provided. Kinda close (but also, I think I'm used to the other Acura dealership I used to go to in Chamblee where there was an actual room for computer stations) and there was a man talking on his phone loudly in a room full of 30 people (no fault to the dealership of their own) LOL. The most awesome thing about this spot and their service, I got out in under 2 hours for my oil change. I probably left around 11:30 AM. It was affordable (I usually budget for $65 for an oil change, my car has over 100k miles), my rep communicated with me about what my car needs, and it wasn't far from my house. Today was my third appointment for the same unresolved brake issue. I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 a.m. appointment only to be advised there were no loaner cars available, which I need for work. As a result, I left without being serviced. I am now forced to schedule a fourth appointment for the exact same problem. I have already paid $600 out-of-pocket, waited more than five hours during my first visit, and the brakes still have not been repaired. This is excessive, time-consuming, and unacceptable. At this point, I expect a full refund of my $600, for Nalley Acura to cover any further repairs in full, and for a loaner to be provided without excuse. While Chris Davis did cover the cost of filters missed in the initial inspection, that does not change the fact that after three appointments the issue remains unresolved. I now ask Nalley Corporate to get directly involved, as requiring four visits for brakes is completely unacceptable for a luxury dealership. i do hope that this will be the last of unpleasant experiences with Nalley Acura and that this issue will soon be fixed.

Good mechanics typically know good mechanics and know bad referrals could reflect back on them as well as good referrals. We remain grateful for the referral. In the two instances we've gone to CB, he's been responsive, kept us informed, been honest about options, potential outcomes, and guided us to best solution for the situations at hand. It's clear they care about the work they do and appreciate their customers. Most recently, we had an issue on the eve of a holiday. We called, explained the noises and what we thought were going on. They fit us in, had it diagnosed and gave us an estimate and said they could get it fixed by end of day, which they did. They gave us a heads-up of things to be on the lookout for (some we were already aware of), but no pressure or scare tactics. The bill for parts and labor was in line with our expectations. As an added bonus, we get three free months of Sirius XM thanks to an affiliate program.
