I searched all the places around town for new Michelin tires, this place had the most competitive prices ( better than Costco, Sam's, Walmart, Tire Discounters and more). They made a reservation, did it in the time they quoted and final price was actually 5% lower than original quote...how can it be better than that. THEY BROKE MY RACK!! I only came in for a brake INSPECTION and I left with my power steering failing and my brand new rack destroyed. They never said anything. I just got my rack replaced very expensive and only got to enjoy it for a few days. Turns out they tried to fix it with zip ties and NEVER SAID ANYTHING!!! It could have caused a fire and I would have never known. Before I had left the place I asked them why my steering system is all messed up now and they tried to say it was my power steering pump but that was recently replaced as well!!!!!! They are not reliable and untrustworthy and should NOT be in business. I will NEVER be there again. Not to mention this is my first ever experience with them!!! read more

Dropped my car off for a possible timing issue on Tuesday. Didn't get any calls concerning my vehicle, drove past Midas and my car was still in the same spot. My car sat there for a whole week with no service done or any attempt to do anything to it. Nor did I receive a single phone call from them saying that they couldn't do any service on it or how long it would take. Currently talking to corporate. And the owner caught an attitude about work he didn't do to my vehicle, and made sure I seen he had a Gun on his hip. read more

I recently took my, BMW 2004 5series up to this Midas location. They replaced my control arms, Tie Rods, Balljoints, Belt train, etc..I can say right off bat that the employees are chill and nice. The process was quick and easy and let me add AFFORDABLE and I am only 20 saying this. My car is driving better, at least I think so haha and the mechanic came out and introduced himself and he was overall funny and cool. I will come back with a review on how it's doing in a couple months though.. read more

My daughter took her car in for oil change. 2 weeks later, the splash shield was dragging on the ground. She had to tape it up and went back to the shop. She was told that the now damaged splash plate was "broken when she brought the car in for an oil change". When asked why this was not mentioned when the car was originally brought it, told "there are a lot that are broken when they are brought in, we don't bother telling people". Asked why there were missing screws from the splash plate (why the plate was now dragging), "we must have missed tightening the screws and they fell out". the tech was very derogatory to my daughter. The manager was of no assistance. They denied the now broken condition of the splash plate was a result of their inability to properly reassemble the parts that removed for the oil change. read more

These guys were SO great. Our brakes were totally shot. They helped us get the best price (by offering coupon deals and sale prices) and we were totally broke so we really appreciated it. Not only were they nice, but they were efficient. They got the job done in such a reasonable amount of time that my two kids hardly had time to lost interest and get bored in the lobby. Awesome place. Brian and Mike took great care of me. I have a 2004 GMC that was riding like a pontoon boat. Needed new struts, wheel bearings and springs. Read the other reviews and decided to try this Midas out as I am tired of paying inflated dealer service prices and crappy repairs. They fixed up my vehicle and had me back on road same day without appointment. Highly recommend this shop. Mechanic Rick diagnosed my truck's problems on a test ride with me in nano seconds. Had a terrible experience at the Midas right down the street before coming here, the workers there didn't even greet me for about 10 minutes and once greeted the worker had a bad attitude and was rude. You can't trust someone who doesn't even respect you with your car. I left and went to Jiffy Lube and had a great experience.They get you in and out and are very informative, they let you know everything going on with your car. They even vaccumed out my passenger side. Don't go to Midas go to Jiffy Lube around the corner. You're welcome. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. These guys go above and beyond. I trust them when they break things down for me and have their guys show me exactly what's wrong. They go out of their way to take care of their customers. Example) I used to work a few miles away and they always offer ride and pick up if my car needs to spend the day there. Brian and Adrian have great customer service and their guys know what they are doing. I have never had any issues after getting my car fixed with them. I've since moved to the other side of town and often times contemplate driving the 45 minutes to them because it is hard to find trustworthy and caring mechanics. I see this Midas owner ensuring that his location provides good service. He really does a professional job. I have had several visits, each going well and honoring their guarantees. When one of my service appointments had a problem, this shop WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. I trust them, I trust their work, and want you to think of them differently than a shop managed by corporate offices far away. This location does far better job at everything. read more

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they forgot to put the bolts back on the cover that protects the under carriage of the vehicle! Driving on 65 at 70 miles per hour to hear a loud thunk and now I'm in the side of the road with a repair shop ordering a new under carriage so I keep my engine protected! I'm going to have them check my oil to make sure they actually changed it! Not going back there read more

I have a 2001 Honda Accord. She's 15 , going on 16 years old. I've been bringing my car here since I first got her 10 years ago. This place is great! I was a little skeptical because of all the bad reviews on Midas' oil changes in general, but the service I received was great. The men working were very nice. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because I made an appointment at 10, but my car was not seen until about 11:15 and I was in a rush. read more

Unhappy with my experience. Took my car to Midas 09/22/2018 and they told me I needed rotors and brakes all the way around. I paid 538 dollars. Then 6 weeks ago, I took my car because it was jerking when I stop. They told me I needed two new tires, over 500 dollars, because the tread was uneven and that they inspected my vehicle. They said the problem should go away. The problem did not go away. I called and they said well maybe it was a defected rotor that we put on it. I took it up there and they state, well it looks like your brakes and rotors are bad. It's going to cost you 538 dollars, so apparently we had no warranty or warranty did not matter. Its because you only got the front brakes and rotors done and it messed up the back they say (doesn't make sense, my receipt shows different, I had them done all the way around) I go up there show him my receipt, then they say well I don't know how the car is being driven. I asked him why they didn't catch it 6 weeks ago, when I brought it in for the same problem. They state I can't tell how the brakes wore down. I just took my car and left. I don't understand how I need brakes and rotors after 6 weeks later bringing it to them, less then one year and only 13,000 miles since brakes and rotors were replaced by them. No mention 6 weeks ago, not even a brake being bad. Never again would I go here, I use to think they were honest mechanics. read more
