Drew along with the rest…read moreof the crew aren't very knowledgeable about anything but the very basics. my car has hub rings and when i picked my car up they put the hub rings in my hand and said my car didn't need them. i left the place with my car barley drivable over 40 mph. when i called they refused to listen to my concern so i called corporate. corporate did nothing for me either so after 2 more weeks of not being able to drive my car i spent another 200$ at rpm and they put he hub rings on for me with out any issue and my car is now fine. go anywhere but this firestone you will regret it. They might have broken something. As soon as I drive off to the highway, the car began to shake and some warnings appeared. I parked the car and call the store. The manager said they had nothing to do with it. And he also said he could take a scan for $150. I responded I would call the police. Then the manager said take the car in and he would check on it. I returned to the store. The manager came with a scanner to connect it to the car. 10 to 15 minutes later, he said it was fixed. I still felt the car was driving funny, but at least there was no warning signals. I drove home. Today on Sunday, I planned to drive somewhere. While I was still driving out of my neighborhood, my car began to shake. This time 2 warning signals appeared. One was to warn me about the stability system and the other was about the pre-collision system. I suspect the mechanic broke something in the brake system, while he was doing allignment. What could possibly go wrong!? He must be very unexperienced to mess up my car with such a small job. I called the store again and another manager of the store told me to bring the car back next Tuesday. Because he said today they didn't have mechanics to do it and he wouldn't be there tomorrow. I don't know if I could trust them with my car. Shall I take my car to the dealership?

He first swapped out the stem valve but that didn't work so he cut out the old stem and installed a new one and reinstalled theTPMS sensor and reset the tire. Whole thing took less than 5 mins. Raj refused to charge me. Raj is a good dude who did a good deed for a guy he never met before. Raj created goodwill and a return customer. Raj is a real credit to Pep Boys.

I needed some custom work on my Jeep, and, Hurreys was recommended by the Jeep club…read more I then found out WHY they are so recommended... the work was flawless! Not only did they install a snorkel, they smoke tested it and made sure it was sealed. Not only did they weld sliders and a bumper, but the welds were works of art...and a lot of thought went into the depth and angles to get over rocks, the smoothingnof transitions and fit/finish, etc. They even cleaned up the frame rust and sealed it "because it bothered them to leave it like that", as in, for free, because it meant the end result was better. They installed a full set of skidplates, and also checked the articulation, extended breathers and other lines, repaired cracked fittings and other things "while they were under there" They installed both forward and rear spotting cameras, replaced the heater core, etc. A LOT of work... with updates as they went. Dan is a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Hurreys enough, they are AMAZING!
