Don't get me wrong most of the time I come in on Sundays or early in the afternoon so as to miss the rush. But I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Value for your money depends on your situation. I tend to come when it is cold since I hate to change my own fluids in the cold. I also prefer not to change antifreeze since it is hard to dispose of. I have never had an issue with over 20 different vehicles I have brought in for service over the years. I do recommend this location. I haven't been to the others in the area and I can say staff tends to change a lot but still good overall service.

They had to remove the oil pan to get the dipstick out and because we have a new car- it's sealed. So they had to unseal- then reseal with RVT. The DM would never call us- the manager of the store- Taylor- kept saying he was busy, he can't give the number and that 'Jesse' (the DM) never calls them either when they have issues and often ignores their stores concerns. Their frustration with their DM isn't our problem and they need to contact above 'Jesse' if he is ignoring them. We will be taking our car to the dealership and then seeking remedy for the time and negligence as well as finding out what certifications they have that can be put into question.

We always get the standard oil change for high mileage vehicles and they always have a list of other services that they can do depending on what's needed at the current mileage. We've had the fuel injection service and the radiator flush and also had the cabin air filter replaced. There's a huge glass window so you can see it getting done while you sit in the nice, clean waiting room.
