    ZERO Stars!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to them for a new muffler on July 20, 2021. I had an 8:00 AM appointment. The TWO managers ignored me for 3 minutes at the counter while they read on the computer. Finally they put my car on the lift and cut off the muffler. Then it sits untouched for 90 minutes! I asked the manager and he says they ran out of welding gas. This means TWO tanks empty and nobody ordered any. Over 70 minutes later the manager arrives with a tank. It took over 3 hours to get 15 minutes of work done. When I left, my tailpipe was rattling but I didn't have time to go back that day. Later, I called and made a new appointment. They looked at it and took it for a drive without saying a word. I reminded him that I had a shifting issue and the guy driving needs to know that. The Mgr. refused to call him on the phone. I saw him almost get hit twice while driving my Jeep! The manager REFUSED to give me the number for Midas Inc. The mechanic returns and tells me nothing is wrong with it and then tells me to F**k OFF while flipping the bird at me. When I filmed him doing this a second time, he HIT ME! The manager was not concerned at all. He floored both when he left, and when leaving the nearby light to return. He moved my seat and screwed with my radio. When I got in, the whole car stank of gasoline and oil type smells that were not there before. As a result of this review, the mechanic who flipped me off, cussed at me, and smacked me has now posted a fake review in order to attempt to insult me and defend his behavior.

We came back after exactly an hour and the car still hadn't been moved. We ended up having to wait another 35 minutes before we got the car back. They told me they would do an alignment check as well which was never done. I had a similar experience with this shop when I purchased the tires 6 months ago. I was happy with the price I got the tires for, but the service was slow. Last time, they took over 90 minutes longer than the promised time. I get it. Sometimes things get busy...but I have given them two chances now and both times I was disappointed. Don't plan on getting anything done quick here. If you are dropping off, then it may be fine. But if you are needing something done and don't have the ability to drop-off, plan for a good chunk of your day to be consumed and don't trust the given timelines. Hopefully they can improve the accuracy of their time estimates or better prioritize their customers to ensure better customer service.

    If you value your vehicle, do not take it to this business…read more I bought a deal they had on Groupon for an oil change. I had to call four separate times just to schedule a basic oil change. Each time, I was given a different excuse as to why they could not perform the service. Eventually, I was told to call back on Thursday to schedule for Friday -- which I did exactly as instructed. When I called back, they again asked for my vehicle's make and year. At that point, I was told the promotional deal only applied to vehicles 2015 and newer. This restriction was never mentioned during any of my previous calls, nor is it stated anywhere in the advertised description. To introduce new conditions at the last minute is dishonest and completely unacceptable -- especially for something as routine as an oil change. Despite the red flags, I proceeded with the service. When I returned home, I checked the oil level because by that point I had zero confidence in the quality of their work. The oil level was nearly a full inch above the maximum fill line. Overfilling engine oil is not a minor mistake -- it can cause serious damage to an engine. This level of negligence is alarming. The owner was busy talking on his phone throughout the service, and it is clear he either failed to properly check the oil level afterward or could not be bothered to correct it. Either explanation is unacceptable. Had I not double-checked their work, my engine could have suffered significant damage. That is not just poor service -- it is reckless. I strongly urge others to think carefully before trusting this business with their vehicle.

I had a nail in my tire and I arrived at 5:45 pm and by 6:00 pm I was able to drive safe to my house. I had stopped during my lunch hour and asked DJ the manager, if I could come back after work. They close at 6:00 pm, but he said that they would wait for me. I had called other places, but they refused to help me because of the time. Not DJ, he even called me and let me know that he had reserved the tire for me and that Abdul would wait for me to install the tire. If I had gone home with that tire, I would have had a flat in the morning and it would have been hard to get it fix and be at work at 7:30am. They were my angels. I came in the next morning for the appointment where I was greeted by Trevor. He informed me that I did not have an appointment. I showed him my call history and told him that I called the day before and made an appointment. He said that it wasn't their phone number, so I showed him on google where it is the phone number connected to his location. He seemed inconvenienced to accommodate me, but agreed to fit me in. About an hour later, I received a phone call where Trevor told me that I needed a brake fluid flush, a coolant flush, and a spark plug tuneup. I told him that I just had my brakes replaced and just got a new engine with new spark plugs. He continued to advise me that I needed these services and specifically told me that my brake fluid failed a test of some kind. I called the people who replaced my brakes, and they assured me that I did not need a brake fluid flush. I confirmed that my dealership did a coolant flush and replaced the spark plugs. I tried to call back but was left on hold, so I hung up and returned to the dealership. I told Trevor that I had confirmed that my car doesn't actually need any of the services he said I needed, and he rather snarkily responded "it was a simple recommendation based on the mileage." My impression of this interaction was that this Firestone location was actively trying to sell me unnecessary services either 1) knowing that I didn't need them or 2) without confirming that I did need them. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location.
