Not only did they complete the service that I needed done in a timely manner, but they also made me aware of another service that would soon need to be done without trying to force that service on me. August 2/2025, (Saturday) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, Madias, 188 Goodman RD, Southaven, rating -0 if that is a possibility, due to seemly deceitful service that I received on July 31, 2025 and August 1, 2025, as the results of the tire serviceman's action, (which seems on the fraudulent side, and claiming for excuse, (KAM) "I thought you wanted that tie. (His manger, Michael said in a conversation to me 8/02/2025, "Kam said he thought you wanted the cheapest tire" as I RECALL from his conversation, Saturday, during my phone call back to the store around 4:36 P.M. for my car keys, lugs and my car jack, and wandered if the correct tires had been order. I told him that was not the truth. I never mentioned anything about a cheaper tire. I Wanted and requested my brand already on my car, and nothing about a cheaper tire. These items (lugs, key, and tire jack) were no longer in my car (Not put back) Friday, 8/1/2025 before given a bill to pay. I stepped outside of the Madias store to CHECK the tires that the serviceman, Kam had placed on my car. I checked for my requested tires, the same brand of tires purchased with my car, when I PURCHASED MY 2023 Honda Passport in March 2023, AND STILL ON MY CAR TODAY, THE BRAND,"CONTINENTAL", STILL ON MY 2023 PASSPORT HONDA. I REQUESTED TWO of the same as on my car. T THE TIRE SERVICEMAN, "Ram", (seemed a nice man, who seemed creditable, and trustworthy at first.), SUGGESTED that I purchase 4 tires, (THE SALEMAN IN HIM, I thought). I stuck with my plan, to purchase 2 tires from Madias, (CONTINENTAL). 7/31/2023 11Madias tire tech Kam search (long time, on the computer, called around for tires, placed an order for a different brand of tire than I REQUESTESD, (I DID NOT KNOW THIS WOULD BE A DIFFERENT BRAND THAN THE ONE ON MY CAR,) Kam stated it would be in today, 8/1/2025. 7/31/2023, another tire serviceman said to me, the warehouse does not have your tire in. I told Kam what the serviceman said. Kam said that tire serviceman did not know what he was talking about. The tire serviceman named a store that did have it in and said you can go there and get your tires. I told Kam again what the serviceman said. Kam said again, the serviceman did not know what he was talking about, he is new. This Madias and not______________. I HAD trusted Kam to be telling me the truth. I know now he was not telling me the truth. He was only trying to get a sale, not caring about his deceitful service, when he lies that he thought I wanted that tire, only when he is now caught in the act of be fraudulent, when I checked the tires that he placed on my 2023 Honda, the brand, "Master-track", a budget-friendly option that offers good overall performance, although thorough research and consultation with a tire professional is highly recommended. Regardless, of durability and lower cost, this brand of tire was never requested by me and NEVER KNEW KAM ORDERED AND PLACED it ON MY CAR, UNTIL I CHECKED before paying and leaving the store. I told Kam, I guess it is good Bank of America has frozen my account because I would have paid without checking, and driven away from MADIAS with the wrong tires, & never requested tires. 8/1/2025, that truthful tire serviceman said the warrant had not been registered on the tires when Kam picked it up this morning.( Someone had called Madias, and the truthful serviceman had answered the phone call. I told Kam what was said again by this serviceman. Kam said the warranty had been placed on it yesterday when he ordered it, again saying that tire serviceman did not know what he was talking about. I now believe He was trying to sell me tires without registering the warranty. One other tire serviceman checked my tires that Kam put on at my request as he was passing by my car... checking with me as requested and verified this is not the "continental", SAME as on my car. I TOLD HIM I WANTED MY original TIRES PUT BACK ON MY CAR. HE went back into the store and told KAM loudly my desire. I did not want it to be a lost sale for Kam, and said, when you find my requested tire, as on my car, I will pay, adding, "It is good my bank has frozen my account because someone tried to get 100 dollars at SAMS store from my bank account at Bank of America. I SHOWED HIM MY BANK STATEMENT, SHOWING THE FUNDS WERE IN THE BACK, far more to pay for the tires. I also said, "I NEED TO GO. I Have an appointment at 2:00 O'CLOCK but moved to 3 because it has taken too long here in the store today. I requested my keys. Kam would not give me my keys. He said I owed for alignment, and he was not giving me my key. I said, my account is frozen and would pay when account is unfrozen or call my American Express card. I do not recommend this location for car repairs. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and diagnostic test of my heater unit, it was not working. The diagnostic test was run and I agreed to the charge of $810 for repairs. When I later questioned why I was charged $99.99 for the diagnostic test as well as the $810 repair charge, Dillan stated that I should trust that a $49 discount was applied to the labor. My receipt clearly displays labor charges were $239. They were unable to show any documentation of where the $49 was discounted per Dillan. After my call was not returned I revisited the store and was given another printout which showed an higher amount for a Nissan Xterra, my Armada was repaired. Dillan stated only he can communicate with the owner, it's his job after he asked for contact information for me to speak with the owner about the overcharge and refund of the $99.99 charged to my card. Per Dillan I should trust that what he states is true because I trusted them to complete the repairs on my vehicle. I informed him that the only thing I trust is what I see on paper and that is I was overcharged $99.99 for a diagnostic test after I agreed to pay for the repairs for my heating unit per the receipt.
