    Midas installed Radiator hose. Pretty flat and that's no pressure on it.

    My A/C was in need of repair and I went to Midas because they offer a Flex pay program and is the only reason they get 2 stars. It is a nice program if you don't want to dish out $1500 to $2000 for repairs on a car you paid $2000 for. At first it went well then not so much. Took them over a week to do my AC and put a new strut on. I would go there every few days to check out the progress and I noticed at one visit my radiator hose looked flat. Think of how a plastic straw looks and now picture it after you put a 5lb weight on it. It looked like a pancake radiator hose (see pictures.) On pickup day I go to leave and about 5 min later my car starts shaking horribly. Honestly felt like it was going to shake itself apart. I turned around and brought it back. They took it for a spin and said it feels sluggish but other than that normal. Well with a quick google research I found that my car has an anti theft system installed that when triggered will shut down key electrical systems to cause exactly what was happening. I did what the instructions said and fixed it myself but with no help from Midas. They thought I was crazy, until I fixed it. I understand it gets busy, and they won't know every issue or problem and how to solve it instantly, I do on the other hand believe and know that their QA/QC procedures are lacking and if proper ones were implemented, would easily have solved it and honestly would solve even the most peculiar and difficult of problems. I'm sure Midas has a fancy go-to system where they can plug in issues and the computer spits back solutions but often those are outdated and the guides difficult to understand. It's always good to have a in house guide for the mechanics. Maybe they had an off day or maybe their mechanic was not in a good mood and was over-worked. (Very common) Regardless it falls on the management to solve problems and not sweep them under the rug hoping it won't be an issue later which it most always will. Hence my review. HEY MIDAS, HIRE ME AND IN 90 days time I would have that shop running like a well oiled machine. Then copy and paste my methods at other locations making small adjustments to fit that shops culture and setup.

    Another example great example of their incompetence. Less than two weeks now my headlights that I went to fix the same day for my tires are magically not working again. Check the photo out Next week I will upload the video on how they tempered with my power steering pump to get extra money smh.....

    Getting new Catalyst converter, less than half the price of the dealer. Along with transmission and engine fluid change

    I was there to change 4 tires and doing the alignment. They said to me that everything was done and…read moreI paid. After that I went for a ride and realised that the alignment wasn't done at all because of the steering wheel. I went back and they admitted that they didn't do the alignment. I had to wait for so long and still didn't get my money back. They told me to come again tomorrow to get the refund. It's not worthy to go there. Not recommended at all.
