Took my motorcycle here everything seemed fine got a oil change and new tire it took 3 days to get motorcycle back. I was ready to pay the owner told me his card machine was not working so pay him later tried to pay multiple times he said pay him by cash app he never sent the cash it's been months trying to pay this guy which is very unprofessional and weird! Finally today paid came out to $530 seems ridiculously expensive just for two things and patching up a hole in tire. Avoid going here at all costs! Cheaper other places! I brought my 07 Zx6r here practically wrecked and John (owner) hooked it up with excellent service when it came to restoring my bike so I could take it back on the street. I went to Midnight Mechanix yesterday to have my front tire changed. They were on the installer "recommended" list by the Motorcycle Superstore. I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment at 6 PM to have them mount & balance my new tire while I waited. It is amazing to find a competent mechanic that will work late to accomodate to his customers. I arrived a few minutes late because of rush hour traffic - but they still got me out the door in about 45 minurtes. I talked to John quite a bit and am impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. This amazing little shop is so clean and organized that it looks like Jay Leno's garage. Now that they are opening their own parts store - I will call them first to get a price when I need tires agian. I asked for a paint job and got more. The estimate for the job was spot on. John was honest, knowledgeable and up front about the entire process. If I need work I'll be going back. Look I'm going to be honest, don't expect one day service. The shop is busy, and with good reason. It was the minor touches that make the major differences, they replaced bolts that looked shabby, painted the the grill on the radiator and took time to talk. BTW, he gave me a veterans discount. Gotta say these guys are great. Initially talked to Ruben to let him know that I ordered a tire online and that I had it shipped to them. No problem with that. Then, brought the bike in to have the rear tire replaced. This time I met John. John was friendly and a down to earth guy, he mounted and balanced my tire and took the extra step to make sure the rear brake and everything else was in working order before cutting me loose. All this while I waited.. which wasn't long. To top it off.. he charged me a decent price for the job. I know some places will charge extra if you bought the tire someplace else... not these guys!
