He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. They later sent me a video of the finished work, and the difference was night and day. It was a significant investment, but it was absolutely necessary, and I'm glad I chose this company. They also stand behind their work with a 10-year warranty on the epoxy and a 2-year warranty if anything gets stuck, which gave me a lot of confidence. This company genuinely operates with integrity. On top of that, the entire job was completed in a very short amount of time, which made the final charge feel even more unreasonable for the work performed. Clear communication and honesty about costs are extremely important, especially for services like this. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling overcharged and misled. I would not recommend this plumber based on our experience.

When we finally got enough bids to move forward, we selected 911 Drain Lines and Plumbing. They weren't the rock bottom price -- but the price was competitive AND they were responsive. We liked the modern touches like appointment reminders. Once they got going, we appreciated that they were unobtrusive. They came, did their work and only needed to be let into the house a couple times. They took care not to destroy our house and cleaned up after themselves.
