    Can't say enough good things about Midway Collision. My sons truck was hit on the side, Midway made it perfect. After a week of having the truck back from Midway, my son jackknifed the trailer and damaged the side that was repaired by Midway. He was pretty upset, the side panel was pushed in and the tailgate wouldn't open. We brought the truck back to Midway and Kyle pushed the bumper and side panel out and even touched up a small scratch in the paint, and didn't charge us for this fix. Thank-you, Kyle. We will definitely keep you in mind for any future work or any recommendations we can share.

This is the third time I have used USA collision because they always do a fabulous job, their prices are very reasonable (way less than Raintree) and their customer service is excellent. Mechanically, the car has always been excellent, but cosmetically it had really started to show its age. The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. It's not easy to trust someone with a car you care about, especially one in such good mechanical condition, but USA Collision earned that trust. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I'm very glad we found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality body and paint work.

I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

It's clear that as of late any type of customer service, since Covid has been piss poor; especially when it comes to auto repair. I mean let's be honest, most auto repair places overcharge on parts and labor, often adding unnecessary fees and unneeded work. This is often the case even when you take your vehicle to the dealership where it came from. Dealership prices are an insult aka "A slap to the face" when it comes to auto repair. Well I found a solution... It's called Caliber Collision. Here at Caliber Collision, I recently literally walked in just to see what kind of work was offered and to see if I could get a quote. Everything was smooth and refreshing, from the time I walked into the door speaking with the nice Receptionist (Audrey) to my actual representative (Tim H.). Tim and his team were patient, kind, knowledgeable, willing to help, extremely honest, and thorough. Tim and his team communicated well with me throughout the repair and made everything so simple an easy; even filing an insurance claim. I've been so impressed with Tim H. and Caliber Collision that I've sent other friends and family to him as well. Each one has made time to thank me for sending them to Caliber Collision.
