Had this catering recently at a birthday party. The rice was flavorless, beans were cold, the unseasoned meat had entirely too much fat and the tortillas were stale. The onions used for the tacos weren't even cut decently it was huge chunks. They had promised there would be mulitas and quesadillas, but there were none. The server seems irritated when I asked for a quesadilla for my child and said it wasn't ordered. At the end of the party they packed up the left over food and took it with them. I thought it was weird since most catering services leave the left over food that was paid for. Would not recommend this service. read more

Miggy's Tacos came highly recommended by my DAD! So I hired his services for my daughters graduation party. He always texted me back promptly. He arrived right at the time he said he would. He came 2 1/2 hours before the party to start cooking everything fresh. His setup is clean and nice. I like how he has the rice and beans on warmers instead of them just in a tray getting cold. Miguel served for 2 hours and left all the leftovers for my guests to enjoy after he left. You do need to provide your own plates, napkins and utensils but its a small price to pay for great tacos and great service. I received many compliments from all my guests. Giving Miggy's Tacos a one star since he didn't even cater for us. I was notified after my party that it wasn't his catering business that was at my event. Which upset me because the people that substitute for him didn't do anything that Miggy said would happen. The meat was suppose to be cooked onsite and it wasn't and they were over an hour late. so I don't know where to start , evidently this catering company subcontracted a 626 tacos to come service a birthday party and I was not pleased to say the least, 626 tacos claims that when they got there that people looked as if they were from the walking dead with regards to how " starving " they looked and that poeple were ordering 10 tacos at a time . now I won't say the tacos were terrible but they left only an hour and 45 mins from when they started cooking and we were under the impression that they were gonna cater for 3 hours which would have meant they would have stayed till 7 pm . please miggys do not subcontract next time and show up yourself. read more
