San Diego super dry was truly amazing! This is the first yelp review I've ever left, but they went so above and beyond I felt I needed to. I had a unique situation, because I live out of state (it's a rental property) and the flood happened at the worst possible time. Right as I was about to leave the country for 2 weeks, and right before 1 tenant was moving out and another was moving in. So as you can imagine, I was Very stressed. They eased my stress by 100 times though. Every time I talked to them, they brought my stress level down. They pretty much took over and made it so I didn't have to do much at all. They worked with my insurance to get everything covered, dried the place out very quickly, and then got their partner company (Lyons construction) right in to start the reconstruction, so that the kitchen would be functional-able by the time my new tenants moved in. Ritchie the owner, Brandon Coyne the field manager, and then Pe'er with Lyons, were all amazing. Knew there stuff and knew how to take over so I could concentrate on work and enjoy my vacation. Highly recommend super dry! One last thing I forgot and wanted to add. They also are incredible at getting back to you. Almost always answered my calls, and if they couldn't, they'd get right back to me. Same with texts, they'd get right back to me too. He not only was kind enough to walk me through all the process and steps, he came out to stop this madness only an hour after I left a message on a Sunday during Labor Day weekend. We had a major water leak which caused black mold. Super dry came out and we gave them the job. The job foreman was Mike. After the demolition they came out and spent 5 minutes putting a big loud fan up and I assume sprayed the area! Did not put up plastic to seal off the area which should of been done. It took numerous calls to get them to set up the mold testing which then was an additional cost. Mike then told me he was the owner of this company when I asked to speak to the owner he told me, "I own the company!" Which I found out was a lie! Then the mold test came back that mold was still there! All behind our drywall was covered with mold! He came back out after many requests and tore out more drywall but did no more chemical removing or sealing with plastic so the spores could travel all through our home! He was supposed to pay for a second mold test but never did and never had them come back to retest! Very dishonest and shady if you want things done right!! read more

Great Team Mike O. came out assess the water damage, and was quick, thorough, efficient, and informative. Then Josh came out. He was a very hard worker, and took the time to explain what was happening and why. Such a great experience with Mike O and Geo from SuperDry Inland Empire. Our upstairs guest bathroom flooded two rooms and into our garage down stairs, what a mess that was!
