I ordered a potato burrito supposedly " chilie Verde " potatoes with no cheese and it was so dry and disgusting ! Definitely didn't taste like any chili Verde. That evening I became sick. I am allergic to dairy and became ill hours after eating. I tried to go look at their nutritional information however I find out they don't have one or need one because they don't have to because the state only requires if you to obtain one with 20 stores or more. Miguels Jr - After lunch no rush! - Mexican Near Me - Norco, California

This girl LOVES hardshell shredded beef tacos. I've hit many locations and I used to love Miguels. They were my go to for Mexican food for years! Now, both Norco locations have changed something in their cooking method leaving very disappointing hard shell tacos. The Hamner location used to get them perfect a few years ago! Always crunchy! When the River Road location opened up, i started hitting it up since it was close, but they never got it right from day one. It was hit and miss. I even asked them to make it "extra crispy" just in hopes i wont get a soggy taco. Well i stopped going for about a year cause i was sick of being disappointed before I decided to give it a try again. This time i was going to go to the Hamner location cause i knew they always nailed it in the past. Disappointingly enough, this location now serves soggy wet oily tacos too. Not sure what happened, but this makes me so sad. Come on Miguel's Jr....get with it..your restaurant doesn't serve their tacos like this. Now, i've officially crossed them off my list. So I have been a loyal Miguel's customer since the early 1970s. My husband, a veteran, and I have always appreciated the veteran discount. Today we were denied the discount because we didn't have the original but a digital copy of the DD214. In 20+ years this has never happened. Who carries their original discharge papers!?! Very disappointed and definitely won't be back to this location again. I'll stick to my local store where they still treat their regulars with respect. read more

I love Miguel's Jr! I used to go to the one off of compton and Ontario in Corona, but then I moved across town. This Norco location is always prompt and the food has always come out just as I ordered it and hot! I order from here at least once a week lol. 10/10 would recommend ttying a BRC burrito with a taquito stuffed inside it. read more

I love Miguel's, I'm so surprised at the low star rating. I'll have to read the reviews to see what's up but as for me and my experience, the one on Hamner Ave has always been great. The one by the Ontario airport, now that's a different story, twice I've had runny beans and a torn tortilla where all the runny beans came out. This Norco Miguel's is great. Only once did I have a problem with a worker & my order and when she had to bring my food to me she had attitude. Then I still had to go inside to get utensils for my daughters wet burrito. Her attitude was so bad it must've been that monthly time, I would not even say that for a semi attitude. Other than that, no problem with the food. The 5 star is for the food, as for customer service that day definitely a 0 just for her. If I didn't have to watch my carbs, I'd be there more. Prices have definitely gone up. They should have a throw back Thursday and offer .99 bean & cheese. read more

Miguel's is always good, however, as of lately the prices have consistently gone up. I remember, not to long ago, when the price of a burrito was $1.79. Now it is $ 3.79. Wow, seriously. A price hike of over 100%. Seems like a totally reasonable option to keep your customers happy and wanting to come back. I know beans and rice are incredibly expensive, probably a total cost of .50 to make a burrito. So what am I paying for? A 700% markup to expand the business. I will be looking for other alternatives such as IN N Out where I can get better quality food for a cheaper price. YOU need to examine YOUR prices and think about YOUR customer or you are well in your way to lose business. read more

Getting home to realize that you were given two shredded beef burritos instead of one shredded beef burrito with no beans and one BRC with guacamole... then not knowing which one has no beans because the burritos are not properly marked. The food here is really good and we've been coming here for years. I ALWAYS get the chili relleno burrito. This time we got 5 of those, 2 bean cheese and sour cream and 3 of the El Potato with pork and light rice. The reason for only 4 stars is the burritos were loaded with rice this time and it just makes it drier which I don't like. So this time we had to open them up and remove extra rice. Honestly if that's the only complaint it's pretty great! The flavor is delicious! The staff is fast, friendly and helpful. Miguel's Jr never fails me. I suppose I am a creature of habit because I always get their shredded beef burrito. Nicely seasoned shredded beef, wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped off with cheese and enchilada sauce. You can get it original (with rice and beans) or garbage (all the fixings). There is no mistake, this place is a fast food place and it's not your "authentic" Mexican food, but it doesn't have that feel. Food is quality, portions are large and service is very good. Decent salsa bar to dress up your food to your liking. Couple different salsas, mixture of cilantro / onions, jalapenos to choose from. Miguel's always hits the spot for me and I will continue to go here when I'm in the area. read more

Definitely a better, and probably healthier, option than Alberto's (or one of the many chains with very similar names). Had a green chili pork breakfast burrito. Pork was nice and tender and did not have much or any extra fat which was excellent as so many places seem to give you huge chunks of fatty pork which is not what I want to chew on. Give me chicharrones if I'm eating the fat by itself. Certainly not a place I would go for a seated meal but it has a drive-through and is convenient. Garbage burrito is the best! Its so simple yet so delicious. I prefer the beef but it is also great with chicken. This is a small fast food type place that I have been eating at for a while. My personal favorite is the garbage burrito but they have plenty of other menu items that are worth a try. Load up your burrito with the hot sauce, its what makes this place famous. The sauce is not too spicy or hot, just right in my opinion. They also have a sit down restaurant but I think the food at Miguel Jrs is much better and much more affordable. read more

Miguel's is always a fave in the IE. This location has great customer service. Store is always clean. Service is typically fast whether inside or in drive thru. There is plenty of parking as they share a lot with Auto Zone. I love the garbage burrito and lots of that famous sauce!!!! My wife loves the relleno burrito. It's basically the reason we eat here, lol. Shredded beef crispy tacos are some of the best. (Again, don't forget to grab the hot sauce from the salsa bar). I also like that you have self serve onions, cilantro, and lemons on the salsa bar. All in all, this is one the best Miguel's in the area. read more

The Corona natives seem to love this place... It's a Mexican joint that seems to take everyone back to their high school days when they needed easy food on the cheap. I'm all for that... And I agree, the prices are really reasonable here. Among the spectrum of fast food, hole in the wall type Mexican places, I'm not sure that Miguel's stacks up. But then again, what do I know?
