The miso soup was a tad muted in flavor and lukewarm but the ginger dressing on the salad was crisp and marvelous! The veggies were cut in the perfect size and cooked to perfection as were the noodles and rice. The meats could have used a bit more seasoning but were grilled to perfection. I look forward to dining again at Ukai and next time will just ask for heavy seasoning on the meat!

Take a look at the most recent health inspections and there are some huge red flags; ones that come at no surprise given the way I have felt for the last 18 hours.
