I went to this dealership for the 80,000-mile maintenance on my 2018 Mazda CX-5. I hadn't been back…read moresince my 50,000-mile service, but Maritza greeted me and said she remembered me from last time. That made me feel welcomed right away. Even if she was just being kind, I still appreciated it. It showed how much she cares about making customers feel comfortable and valued. When she reviewed my service history, she noticed that I had gone a long time without bringing the car in and had missed several important Mazda maintenance intervals. Still, she stayed completely professional and simply recommended the services I had missed without making me feel bad about it. I honestly appreciated that. She explained everything so calmly and kindly that it felt more like a helpful suggestion than a lecture. Everyone there worked diligently and professionally, but never in a cold or robotic way. They showed genuine warmth and hospitality, which made me feel at home and like I was being taken care of. I honestly can't remember the last time I felt this satisfied after visiting a dealership. The mechanics also did a great job taking care of my car. I think one of them may have been Sam. They sent me a detailed video, about 2 minutes and 45 seconds long, explaining the overall condition of the car. What I really liked was that they used plain English instead of a lot of mechanic jargon, so it was easy to understand what needed attention soon. They also fixed everything I asked about, including a rear wiper arm that kept dangling and the rear trunk interior light. After the service, the car drove so smoothly that it honestly felt close to brand new again. Lastly, when they returned my car, they had cleaned it so well that I was genuinely amazed. I hadn't even asked for the interior to be cleaned, but they did it anyway and made it look fresh again. My car is about 8 years old, and there had been some old Coca-Cola residue in the small gaps around the gear area that had left a brownish stain. I had tried scraping it off myself before without much success, so I really appreciated the extra care they put into cleaning it up. Thank you, Mazda Elk Grove. I'll definitely be coming back more often for my car's maintenance.

I have a mixed review of the place since its soo so busy here. The car buying experience was great…read moresince we were referred to go with Barry and one of his apprentices. I'm sure there are other great employees here but working with We opted to subscribe to maintenance services done here so we'd get free tires when the time comes for replacement, but I'm having second thoughts after today's experience and seeing all these negative experiences from others here. Anyway, here's our experience today. We had a 10a appt for accessory installation and our "handler" was not at all interested in our satisfaction. We just bought a brand new car and just spent close to $700 in accessory upgrades and this guy is scoffing at detailing the car, remediating a headliner stain that was there before we bought it and a chip that was found on the edge of the door during the new car inspection. I don't know if he's the best they've got but he sure acts like he is. If you get Mike Choy, try to ask for someone else cus getting work done with him was really really annoying. There's a sticker with a motto "carefree maintenance" applied to the windshield of the car, but I really really don't get the impression that's what's actually delivered. After 3hrs, the headliner spot was still noticeable but I just didn't want to deal with him anymore. I had to insist with the payment department that he walk me through the installation work of the accessories before signing off on it, and even then I had to prod for details. Mike was basically was like: "look, there's your car, bye" Sales is great, finances great, shuttle guy chuck was awesome, but I don't like the service from the accessories installation. With this outlook, I'm Not looking forward to getting regular maintenance done here.

Had a buyer my father in law that was going to buy that day. Pretty easy deal, liked the vehicle had down payment and wasn't too worried about haggle with vehicle price. Came to the first pencil the salesman had his manager deliver, with pretty good credit after doing it app had it at over 17% apr. and 800 a month when the salesman made up a silly 300/month payment on the lot. I've been in sales for over a decade and was always told to not make up numbers outside. Especially if they are over $500 apart! Well long story short, there wasn't any "let's see what we can do" it was ok well good luck! An hour later he bought the same vehicle locally for way less down payment, better price and 7% Apr. If I would have looked at the reviews prior to coming, we could have saved ourselves the waste of time.

Thankfully, I have a BMW dealership in close proximity to my home, so I quickly scheduled an appointment with the service department. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I was warmly greeted by a service employee (unfortunately I did not obtain her name) who did a soft handoff to service advisor Nijah. Nijah warmly greeted me and proceeded to initiate the check-in process. Since I would need a vehicle to run errands with, Nijah kindly set me up with a courtesy vehicle (2026 X3). Roughly three hours after having my car, I received a call from Nijah informing me that the technician discovered a coolant pipe that needed to be replaced and one of the run-flat tires that had developed a bubble. Being that my car is still within the certified preowned (CPO) warranty, Nijah was going to see if the coolant pipe service would be covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, his contact did not respond in time; therefore, since it was a Friday, Nijah informed me that I could keep the courtesy car over the weekend (yay!) until he received a response. I greatly appreciated Nijah's expertise and overall professionalism. He did a great job of being transparent in his communication and not making me feel like I was pressured to make any decisions. Also, when I inquired about purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle, he was very responsive in connecting me with a member of the finance team. Although I hope and pray not to be a regular at the service department, I know that I will be in good hands if I need to get any warranty-related work done. On a side note, my wife really enjoyed riding in the X3...fingers crossed that we will be paying the sales department a visit in the near future!

Abysmal experience with this store, buyer beware. Spent a day negotiating a lease with this store…read more Was sent a figure for the lease, which was a loaner vehicle. Before agreeing to sign, I asked about registration. I was assured it was included in the numbers I was sent. Based upon this, I agreed to move forward. I submitted credit app, and was eager to sign. The following day, I was called by the 'manager' (doubt this was gsm, maybe finance, idk), and in reviewing the numbers, was told the payment was 20 something dollars a month more than the written quote I was sent previously. When asked why, the stated that the registration was due and needed to be added to the numbers. I politely declined and referred back to the salesperson who provided original numbers. He reassured me there was some sort of glitch and the payment was not that number (the number he gave at this point was actually $4/mo more than what he initially sent but after the credit pull I resigned to just sign and get it over with). With this reassurance, the manager calls back again, and once again gives the number that is $20/mo more than what I was given, at which point I was done. Not once was there a 'Hey sorry we missed this', or 'I recognize these were not the numbers you were previously given' a 'sorry' ZERO ownership. Just, "So what do you want to do?". I have leased a dozen BMWs from dealerships in both Northern and Southern California and not once has the number I ended up signing varied so significantly from the quote I got before we ran credit. Totally get that mistakes happen but this was very poorly handled. The next day I asked for the name of the individual (manager) I spoke with and did not receive any additional replies.

AVOID AVOID AVOID…read more Go to the one in Roseville for a much better experience! Especially if you own a Viper or something higher caliber. Let me run you down on my own personal experience. Let's get started first experience with them I remember was when I was looking to sell my old Ford Mustang they made me an offer higher then carmax by $2K but we get there they get started on the paper work and after 2 hours they claimed they did an inspection on the car and said there where small rock chips and dents on panels and adjusted the offer to now be 1500 dollars less then Carmax & paperwork was already started so couldn't back out. Not to mention they took close to 3 weeks to get us payed after us constantly calling them due to zero updates or communication from there end! Now for the bad stuff on why you should avoid even taking your ride in for service. I decided to take my at the time newly purchased Viper SRT-10 in to get my driver side window installed they said they could do it so I took it in and after a few days I get a call back to come pick it up, guess what they didn't install it! Just got a bill for a oil change & inspection that had a whole list of bs recommended fluid changes and other crap oh not to mention they used the cheapest oil filters they could buy like 5 dollar bargain bin fram oil filters on a VIPER! 250+ dollar oil change and they can't even install the correct Viper only filter or atleast bare minimum the Mopar ones, nope! "Gotta go cheaper!" Smh So to put it into perspective please if you have any kind of interest in your vehicle and care for it do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I had a much MUCH better experience over at the Roseville dealership. As for EGDCJR do better! I've had multiple cars from all kinds of brands Audi, Porsche, Ford, Chevy, Lexus, hell even heavy equipment servicing for the family vineyard tractors was much better etc and all of those dealership experiences combined do not compare to how bad the service was with y'all.

I gave them a call, and they were able to get me in for an appointment within just 15 minutes, which already impressed me. When I arrived with my family, we were immediately welcomed and taken care of by Robert, one of their product specialists. From the start, Robert stood out. He was upfront, transparent, and didn't try to pressure us into anything. What really made the experience special, though, was his attitude--super positive, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just making a sale. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. And the best part? He got us approved and out of there in just about 2 hours! That kind of efficiency is rare, especially when buying a car. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Integrity Auto Sales to anyone--especially if you think you might not get approved or feel unsure about the process. They really work with you and do their best to make it happen. If you go, make sure you ask for Robert... and tell them Aida sent you!
