We have had several BMW's but 6 years ago decided to get something else. Well we are back & love our X3 M50 xd. Pooja was our sales person. What a delight. She was on it from the time we walked in! Went over & above to make it a great experience.

Changes at BMW required an update for this review. Over the years I have purchased 6 BMW's here and 1 at Sacramento Niello. Sales people come and go but a few faces are still the same. The most significant change customers need to be aware of is the communication system used by BMW. When sending text messages Artificial Intelligence or Management can respond if your sales representative does not respond. Although over all it's helpful as you get answers faster it can also lead to confusion. I was told via text to come the vehicle I wanted was there. My salesman was surprised when I showed up since he never saw my message likely management had told me to come in. It all worked out though. It pays to be aware of all incentives and options available on the BMW USA and Niello websites before negotiating a new car. You should also know the payoff of your current vehicle if trading as well as its trade in value. All dealerships will low ball you on a trade in if you don't know what your car is worth.

I took my car in for service maintenance and had another great experience. My service advisor, Heiu, greeted me right away and always looks out for me by recommending only what's truly needed, which has saved me money time and time again. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with snacks and free Wi-Fi, making the visit easy and stress-free. Consistently excellent service every time!

Ozzie is very kind, very helpful and patient. Choose him as your sales rep...very knowledgeable and informative about all things BMW. My husband found a car (with all the many specifications he was searching for) at this dealer with Ozzie's help and we drove out from LA to finalize the deal. Worth the long road trip (5hours on a Saturday morning) to experience a smooth, prepared ahead of time, all set for signature, genius set up and drive off deal. It was one of the quickest, easiest, friendliest car buying experiences we've had thus far. The place is clean, organized and recently remodeled. Everyone at this place is friendly, smiling and greeting as you walk thru the doors. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you Ozzie!

This dealership worked with the DCAP program and was able to do the transaction entirely online. I flew from Los Angeles in 2 hours and came to pick up the car. They had put a $500 anti theft device but when I told them I didn't want it they took it off the bill after. The customer service was great I was given a redbull while waiting. Driving my car back to LA Loved my stay thank you guys.

This is a combined review of my 2 recent interactions. 1. June. I came earlier in the year to have work done and in the process, the shop lost my front license plate :( I signed a DMV plate form and sent it back to my service advisor. Every time I checked in w/him via text, I was told that the plates take time and that he checked w/ the DMV clerk there and that they were working on it. I checked in every now and then via text and was met w/the same response. It seemed just way too long so after 4 months of waiting, I contacted the DMV clerk myself and she let me know that there was NO record of me waiting for plates. SMH. I fwd'd her my completed form email that I sent to my advisor months back (in pdf) and I was told that the form wasn't valid b/c it needed a wet signature or docusign. SMH. I had a lot of questions there. Finance sent me the form via docusign within a hour, and the clerk shipped out my plates overnight and had my plates in hand the next day. wow!! :) I was appreciative of the clerk's speediness, and then realized I had no screws for the front since the shop had lost my plate and the screws. I spoke w/the manager Jerry to share my frustration w/this process. He was understanding and actually sent someone out to my home that is 1+ hour away from Elk Grove to install the new plates. Andres came out and did a great job! 2. August. I came for my oil change and it was nice to see they are back in the building b/c since last Summer they were in the trailers while work was being done. I missed my complimentary car wash! I was there for almost 3 hours though for an oil change b/c my appt overlapped into their 1 hr lunch time, where the technicians take their break. I am all for this and believe everyone needs a real break to enjoy their lunch. So that added time to my wait, and then I didn't realize that the car washes are done by hand, and I imagine they had other cars to wash besides mine, so that also added time. The waiting area is nice and comfortable. They offer complimentary waters, coffee, tea, and snacks. TV, free WiFi and comfy chairs. I noticed they also vacuumed my floor mats and the floor! thank you Jerry, DMV Clerk lady, and Andres!

1 star Harassed Nonstop -- Completely Unprofessional I need to warn others about how aggressively Zach Wallace operates. I never agreed to anything, yet he called me relentlessly, day after day--sometimes multiple times in the same hour. Check the screenshot I've attached if you think I'm exaggerating. What's worse? When I finally picked up out of frustration, he admitted that his boss is "on his ass" and that's why he has to keep calling multiple times a day. That's not an excuse--that's a massive red flag about how this place does business. If your company's strategy is to harass people into submission, you're doing it wrong. This wasn't just pushy sales--it was unwanted, repeated, and unprofessional contact. I made it clear I wasn't interested, and he kept going. If this is how Zach--and apparently his boss--operate, I'd recommend you run in the opposite direction. No respect for boundaries. No professionalism. Just nonstop harassment. Screenshot attached for proof.

Initially I dealt with John Thorpe followed by Larry for her purchase and Nai for the financial details. All were friendly, provided excellent customer service and "mom" got her car. The entire deal went smoothly. The only issue we had was at the signing. Again the financial person was friendly, helpful and we got the car. However it is bothersome when the extras are pushed, especially on my bonus mom who is 80. Although we got the used car she wanted, better than one we'd looked at the previous day, the pushing to buy all these add ons is tough to deal with. I know this is common at all dealerships. We finally agreed to one service contract and negotiated the price down significantly. With all that said I still give Toyota a 5 star rating due to John Thorpe and Larry. Thank you. Forgot to get photos of the Amethyst colored Honda CR-V suv which she purchased.

He told me that these things should not be bought as preventative fixes - they should be replaced as they go out, not prior. I told him that my engine was shaking and he said it would do that if only three out of four cylinders were working. Thanks, Dan, for your help! Lastly, someone nice did the hard labor and replaced my car's old Cylinder 1 with the new one from EG Toyota and my engine immediately started running smoothly and firing on all cylinders! I am so thankful that my 09 can run for longer, safely, and properly.

Subaru Elk Grove contacted me after seeing my vehicle listed online for $11,000. I told them directly I would take $9,000, so they knew my number before asking me to come in. After I drove out from Vallejo, they inspected the vehicle, said there were no issues, then offered $4,000 using KBB to try to get the absolute lowest price possible. What made it worse is that they then showed recent sales data indicating they would likely retail the same vehicle for around $13,000. So they used KBB when buying to lowball me, and market data when selling to justify a much higher number. That is the tactic. All of that information could have been discussed over the phone before having me make the drive. Instead, they waited until I was there, wasted my time, and showed complete disrespect for the fact that I had to give up half my Saturday for an offer they clearly knew was never going to be close. Let's get started first experience with them I remember was when I was looking to sell my old Ford Mustang they made me an offer higher then carmax by $2K but we get there they get started on the paper work and after 2 hours they claimed they did an inspection on the car and said there where small rock chips and dents on panels and adjusted the offer to now be 1500 dollars less then Carmax & paperwork was already started so couldn't back out. Not to mention they took close to 3 weeks to get us payed after us constantly calling them due to zero updates or communication from there end! Now for the bad stuff on why you should avoid even taking your ride in for service. I decided to take my at the time newly purchased Viper SRT-10 in to get my driver side window installed they said they could do it so I took it in and after a few days I get a call back to come pick it up, guess what they didn't install it! Just got a bill for a oil change & inspection that had a whole list of bs recommended fluid changes and other crap oh not to mention they used the cheapest oil filters they could buy like 5 dollar bargain bin fram oil filters on a VIPER! 250+ dollar oil change and they can't even install the correct Viper only filter or atleast bare minimum the Mopar ones, nope! "Gotta go cheaper!" Smh So to put it into perspective please if you have any kind of interest in your vehicle and care for it do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I had a much MUCH better experience over at the Roseville dealership. As for EGDCJR do better! I've had multiple cars from all kinds of brands Audi, Porsche, Ford, Chevy, Lexus, hell even heavy equipment servicing for the family vineyard tractors was much better etc and all of those dealership experiences combined do not compare to how bad the service was with y'all.

Even if she was just being kind, I still appreciated it. It showed how much she cares about making customers feel comfortable and valued. When she reviewed my service history, she noticed that I had gone a long time without bringing the car in and had missed several important Mazda maintenance intervals. Still, she stayed completely professional and simply recommended the services I had missed without making me feel bad about it. I honestly appreciated that. She explained everything so calmly and kindly that it felt more like a helpful suggestion than a lecture. Everyone there worked diligently and professionally, but never in a cold or robotic way. They showed genuine warmth and hospitality, which made me feel at home and like I was being taken care of. I honestly can't remember the last time I felt this satisfied after visiting a dealership. The mechanics also did a great job taking care of my car. I think one of them may have been Sam. They sent me a detailed video, about 2 minutes and 45 seconds long, explaining the overall condition of the car. What I really liked was that they used plain English instead of a lot of mechanic jargon, so it was easy to understand what needed attention soon. They also fixed everything I asked about, including a rear wiper arm that kept dangling and the rear trunk interior light. After the service, the car drove so smoothly that it honestly felt close to brand new again. Lastly, when they returned my car, they had cleaned it so well that I was genuinely amazed. I hadn't even asked for the interior to be cleaned, but they did it anyway and made it look fresh again. My car is about 8 years old, and there had been some old Coca-Cola residue in the small gaps around the gear area that had left a brownish stain. I had tried scraping it off myself before without much success, so I really appreciated the extra care they put into cleaning it up. Thank you, Mazda Elk Grove. I'll definitely be coming back more often for my car's maintenance.

We had one of the worst car buying experiences we've ever had at Elk Grove Mazda in May…read more From the beginning, we were bounced between two different salespeople, which made the process feel disorganized. Unfortunately, our experience with Christian Gonzalez was what ultimately drove us away. He was condescending and patronizing, even drawing silly diagrams to explain the car buying process as if we were children. We've purchased a home before, we can surely understand how buying a car works. We asked to look at the cars on the lot, but he refused, claiming they don't keep new cars there. Which I knew wasn't true because my parents purchased a new Mazda from there two years ago. Whether it was a misunderstanding or simply an unwillingness to help, it left a very poor impression. Luckily, we knew what car we liked & when we tried to negotiate, something that is completely normal when buying a car, he immediately seemed offended. There's nothing wrong with having a budget and trying to stick to it as much as possible. But how about being an actual car salesman and taking us to the lot & show us the different tiers or similar models? After all, we were ready to buy that day. The final straw came when he suggested we go somewhere else and look at used cars, strongly implying that we couldn't afford a new one. We may have looked tired because we'd spent the entire day in the heat visiting dealerships however, judging customers based on their appearance is unprofessional and a terrible way to treat potential buyers. My husband and I got up and walked out because of how disrespectful the interaction had become. He couldn't even be bothered to look up from his computer or apologize. The next day, we went to Roseville Mazda and bought a brand new car. Elk Grove Mazda lost a sale because they judged us instead of treating us with respect. Worst dealership experience of our entire car search.

Unfortunately, the car had sold the day before, but John (salesperson) was super helpful. He took my husband's info, followed up, and sent over a few comparable listings. One of them caught my eye right away because I loved the interior color. We came in to check it out, and although it was John's day off, Chris stepped in to help us. I forewarned him that my husbands more into the car than I am, I'm not set on it. I looked at both the Q5 and SQ5 but realized they were a bit too small now that we have a newborn and need space for an additional car seat. Chris showed us the Q7 we originally came in to look at, test drove it, but I wasn't quite ready to make a decision yet. We spent the whole day shopping around, and when we came back around 6pm, Chris welcomed us back with so much patience. He showed us the car again, offered another test drive, and never once made me feel pressured. I ended up going with the Q7...and I'm SO happy I did! I went to look at the bmw X3 and other mini SUV's and I kept thinking of this one. I really want to highlight how amazing both John and Chris were. John stayed involved behind the scenes, helping my husband over the phone to make sure everything ran smoothly. Chris gave me the full car buying experience (which I told him I usually leave to my husband!), explained everything clearly, including the engine for life policy, and truly made me feel comfortable every step of the way. What stood out the most was his honesty because he even said he didn't want to sell me a car I wasn't sure about. That meant a lot. I needed that time to step away and compare options, and when I came back, I knew it was the right choice. To top it all off, Chris had the car fully detailed, stayed past closing, and even put a bow on it for photos. Such a thoughtful touch! Overall, this was such a smooth and positive experience. I had been in constant contact with…read moreGian and his manager Diego, who both assured us that the black 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line we were coming to see was in excellent condition and had been "detailed" before our arrival. Both of those claims turned out to be completely false. When we got there, the car had obvious damage and poor repair attempts that were never disclosed on Carfax or their listing. The front chrome grille was warped/peeling off, and underneath it we discovered the previous owner had clearly hit something - part of the bumper was chipped off, sanded down, and painted a dull matte black that didn't even match the rest of the car. The area wasn't flush and looked like a cheap cover-up. The rear left side had multiple circular scratches, and the antenna was completely popped off, exposing the inside of the roof to rain. The antenna itself had a large white scratch which clearly was it by something hard enough to pop it off and dent the roof of the car. During the test drive, the alarm kept going off on the screen which now makes sense given the antenna damage. We asked several times throughout the process if there were any cosmetic or structural issues to be aware of, and both Gian and Diego repeatedly said the car was in great shape except for a "slightly warped" chrome grille. None of the other major issues were mentioned. To make matters worse, the car hadn't even been cleaned - it was dirty outside, covered in bugs, and the interior had crumbs, dirt, and fingerprints all over the screen (they mentioned this would be detailed inside and out prior to our arrival). Now we understand why they advertise this car as the "best priced" in the market - it's because it's damaged and covered up to appear like a "great value" on Carfax by marking them as having no damage. I never thought a dealership could be this unprofessional and dishonest. We wasted four hours of driving round-trip for a car that was completely misrepresented. If you're considering the 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line in black, beware - this vehicle is not worth anywhere near $32K out the door. This experience was deceptive from start to finish.

Juan offered to look at the issues I was told by the dealership I had. Some of the items the dealer said I needed Juan was upfront and said it wasn't necessary or could wait. He agreed with a few issues (brake pads was #1) and two other items he will address next week. Once I left the business, I felt a sigh of relief. I didn't feel played or taken advantage of. Juan never rushed me and explained things in a way I understood. I appreciate him and his staff. I just got my brake pads done today and next week, he will complete the other items. If you need automotive work done, you owe it to yourself to go to G&J Auto repair.

My experience has mostly been with Sabastian, but the entire team is amazing. I've been to several auto shops before finding this place, and I am so glad I did. As someone with little knowledge and experience with cars, Sabastian went above and beyond to help me understand the issues before any repairs began. His quote was fair--I would say below market rate--and reasonable. After the repairs, he showed me exactly what was done under the hood and where the new part was placed. I've never met a more honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy professional in the industry--I've been to many! This is now my new go-to auto shop. This place is top-tier, and I highly recommend giving them a call if you need auto service. You'll be a repeat customer!
