Used to be my go to...not anymore...Unfortunately the quality at this shop has dropped off a cliff. Went in for service and asked them to do an inspection. Oil change was fine. Got home and realized I had a headlight out. No biggie they missed it. Just one thing. Then the front drivers side brake started making a noise. The tire rotation and brake inspection they did or the brake job itself apparently caused the retaining clips to fall out of my front drivers side brakes. Which I discovered at a different shop when they showed me the photo's and explained the issue. Beware the quality has nosedived at this shop. read more

WARNING THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Took my car to get serviced. when I got the car back, they let me know they repaired the issue, but went on to tell to bring it back if the issue returns. I drove it to work the next day and while I was on the highway my vehicle stopped working. I took it to a dealership and had them inspect the work "Mike More Miles" did and the work they claimed to fix was not done. Not only that they stripped a screw and left a bunch of wires open. Now they are denying it, and even blaming the dealership and claiming they are lying. read more

I have been taking two of my vehicles here for years now and they have always done good work. The same applies today...almost. They dented the front fender then said it was like that. That is a lie. I was inspecting the tire under that fender before we took the car in and the fender was normal. On top of that, the mechanic left grease on the console and the seat. My daughter details cars for a living and takes good enough care of her car that we know where the grease came from. So, when you lie to me, throw your arms in the air, and create a 'my word against yours' issue, we are done. When you make a mistake, be a man and be accountable for yourself. read more

I had a dust cover dragging on the ground under my car and I needed an oil change so I figured I'd just go to somewhere close to work - Mike! I came in about 4:30 pm with no appointment and it was busy so Joe said he could get me in before they close at 6 which I was fine with. Fixed my dust cover and only charged about $10 for shop parts. I moved from Aurora to Oswego 14 years ago and now have many other car mechanics to choose from that are closer but will drive past all 7 of them to make it to Mike More Miles in Aurora. My car (White Dodge Avenger) was making a weird noise, come to find out someone I let drive, hit something so hard that it knocking a part out of place leaving me with a very expensive bill( well what could've been expensive, I was blessed beyond measure as always, Glory to God) Never let anyone drive your car especially who can't get it fixed. I walked into Mikes (which I had saw their coupon in the mailings that comes to the house months before I saw the deal and saw all it offered I was amazed. Glad I listened to my Spirit ) where 2 young men greeted me, yawl I was truly led to some great guys. Anyway fast forward, I walk back in me with my daughter to get my car and Joe fixed my car completely and turned He looked at me and said "you owe me nothing" He truly blessed me and I know God sent me there because He always working Miracles and using his chosen people to bless others. This was a great experience and it was on time There are good people out here who truly love what they do and that's helping people in a nutshell in some form. My daughter went today because her battery light came on at a light. They told her they were surprised she made it in with the car being in such bad shape. They (Chris & Joe) told her she needed a new alternator and battery because the alternator drained the battery. I was on the phone with her the entire time. They told her it would cost apx $732 to replace. I told my daughter to leave and go to another place. We had them look at the car and the second garage said the alternator and battery were both fine! Turns out my daughter needed her battery post cleaned.....they cleaned the list and replaced the hardware....$30. I called Mikes back and he had NO explanation for this. He scared the crap out of my daughter with his hysterics (I'm surprised you made it, here's the number to a tow truck for when you get stranded, if you were my daughter I wouldn't let you drive it) etc...They even offered us a "payment plan" if we let them to the work that wasn't even necessary. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and I feel like they saw a YOUNG woman come in concerned about her car and decided that she knew nothing and intended on taking advantage of her. We were referred by a family member and I have already called them so that Mikes will no longer be on their list! RUN FAST! read more
