We called at 10:30pm. After driving 10.5 hours from NY, we broke down 10 minutes from home. The customer service rep told us it would be 15-30 minute wait. After 1 hour, we called back to ask for an ETA. The same customer service rep said "I'm not the driver, I can't tell you exactly when he will be there. It shouldn't be too much longer". It's now 12:30. After 2 hours, we tried again and they won't answer our calls. Absolutely ridiculous. They might be cheap but they are unreliable to say the least. read more

Bad experience - Drive stated cheapest to two car to yard (was not told what yard) that insurance would cover it..... We had Liability Insurance DOES NOT cover that tow. I don't understand the 3 star rating on this. I've not seen anyone go above and beyond like this company in a very long time. They were fixing a lil' door damage that was done to my car. Receptionist gives no info they don't have a main office had to wait 10 minutes before a tow truck driver could come and open the gate. These guys have been nothing but accommodating and genuinely concerned with making sure I'm happy with the service I receive. I didn't happen to call them in the first place...the police did that after I spun out into a creek, but after this, I will continue to use them as my towing company. I would leave zero if I could. I called and the call kept dropping so I did what any normal person would do and called back. Only to be greeted with, "It's a little ridiculous to call more than once, I've been trying to deal with a stranded driver."
