After going quite reliably for several months, I made reservations for a friend to come along and the issues started. They don't have enough staff here and I think have a lot of turnover as previously mentioned, I've never had the same person in my visits. Well, they didn't have someone for my friend despite us having an appointment. They started me and didn't start my friend until 45 minutes later. When they did, it was very rushed and we had booked a nice relaxing treatment. The whole situation was stressful and weird and it was my friend's first time EVER getting a pedicure. He now hates them and refuses to go try getting one again, lol. My friend wasn't apologized to or anything else for the mistake and unfortunately the poor handling of this situation was enough to cause me to switch salons. I was already on the edge as there are always parking issues here (the valet fills very fast and then it's impossible to find parking because many popular businesses share the lot) and the quality was very hit or miss with GelX because of the techs constantly being different. I found somewhere more reliable, with better work, better prices and reliable parking so I won't be going here again.

When the technician asked if I liked my nails, I was honest and said that I didn't. In total, I paid $250 for my Gel-X nails, a pedicure, and my daughter's pedicure. Given the quality of the work and the lack of customer service, I do not feel the service was worth the cost. Unfortunately, I would not return to this salon or recommend it to others for nail enhancements.
