They are a very kind and friendly small family business to deal with. They are compassionate and care about you and your vehicle. Our son had a fender bender and needed repairs/ body work. They were so patient with him, as he is only 18 and is in the midst of figuring out this whole 'adulting' thing. Please don't get me wrong, I am always supportive of small businesses. However, I also believe that first impressions are everything. I contacted Fazila a few weeks ago in regard to getting my hood repainted. She answered all my questions, and The quote that she gave me wasn't too bad compared to others that I have contacted, so I decided to set an appointment with BJP and we arranged to get it done on the Feb 24th at 9a. Fast forward to the 24th, and I arrived a tad bit before 9a, but no one was there. I even messaged her through Yelp to let her know that I arrived. While waiting, I noticed that the business hours on the window, yelp, and website were all different; one said they opened at 8a, another said 10a, and another 11a, and then she gave me a time of 9a. Not entirely sure why they are not all consistent, but it was skeptical. After waiting for a few minutes, I decided to give the number on the window a call to see if perhaps someone will pick up. The first time, it went to voicemail, but I didn't leave a message. After waiting for 10 minutes outside the shop I called again, but this time I did leave a voicemail as proof that I did call and was there waiting. After 2 minutes of leaving a message, Fazila called me back and apologized that she was running late, and that I could just leave my car there and place the keys in the mail slot. I told her that I would much rather prefer that she was here in-person; I had assumed that paperwork/documentation would have to be done prior to getting any thing done on the car, as well as a walk-through. I didn't tell her this part, but I just thought that that was what a business would have done and not just have a customer leave their car there, unless it was a car rental company. Anyway, this first impression didn't leave a good impression on me; having a customer wait when the owner said 9a as an appointment time and then telling a customer that they can leave their car there to get the work done without any type of paperwork to give the customer doesn't seem professional to me. Went in for a few things, car mirror replacement, smog check, and detailing. Told me they don't offer check and detailing but she recommended me 2 great place to get em done. The car mirror was prob the cheapest quote I got compared to 4 other places near me, and was very responsive. My car's engine hood got hit by a wood piece on the highway and needed to get a refinish. I got here and worked with Farzila and Arash. The whole project requires proper preparation (paint crack, chips, and a small dent), a PPG paint job, and wet sanding with additional polishment. The final result is quite professional with shown-room quality. Farzila is nice and would work with your budget. As usual, the quality of a paint job would vary greatly with the budget. My car has a lot of scratches. This Auto body shop didn't fix it because some piece isn't matched. But they didn't tell me when notify me to pick up the car. Because of insurance company covered this expense, they didn't tell the truth to insurance company when they can only repair a part but cannot replace it. The estimate price covers the replacement fee not repair fee. Finally, this is first time that I picked up my car with flaw. They are not 'PROFESSIONAL' during this process. They need to tell everybody truth when they cannot handle it. The flaw on my car is obvious. I would suggest go some other place if you have insurance covered your expense. Do Not use this Auto Body shop! Totally unprofessional, rude and to top it off they do horrible work! I took my daughter's car to get bumper fixed, within a week the bumper was loose! They ordered and installed the wrong mirror. They have terrible time management- 1 hour is really 3 and 2 days turned into 4! They charge more then the car dealership! The previous owner was amazing- but the new people there are awful. They refuse to give me paperwork and receipts for the job they did. When we told them that the dealership was looking at the car- they drove to dealership and asked questions about the car with out permission.
