In addition, they provided a partial refund for the service, which I greatly appreciated. I am happy to update my rating to reflect their efforts to make things right. While my initial experience was disappointing, they responded with professionalism and a genuine willingness to address my concerns. I believe this is a step in the right direction, and I appreciate that they take customer feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve.
