Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

RD Hydrojet washed away all my worries, literally! Another company misdiagnosed a situation that was about to cost me $5,500 plus the need to hire out additional help to fix my demolished driveway and lay new concrete after their job of clearing the lines was done. A blockage that would cause my plumbing to back up if I didn't fix it ASAP (their words). I of course didn't want our new home to be damaged, so I agreed to having them come out the following morning. That evening I started researching and came across RD Hydrojets website on Google and felt strongly about getting a second opinion, but it was almost 10pm! I noticed his Yelp had a request service tab so I went for it. By the Grace of God he responded that night! He offered to do a free estimate the following morning and I immediately canceled my scheduled appointment with the other company. Ryan and Ronnie arrived and I seriously felt all the worry leave me. Ryan opened up the sewer line and dropped his camera inside and saw a tiny piece of plastic that was most likely from when the new flooring was installed or the toilets. (The same plastic piece the other company told me about that was full on blocking my flow and would eventually cause a backup of sewer water to come into my home). Ryan asked my husband to turn on the water in our downstairs shower and with his camera, we all watched this little piece of plastic that was supposedly stuck, run right along with the flow of the water and WASH AWAY!! 5 Stars + 5 Stars = 10 Stars On Monday I called RD Hydrojet (based on Yelp reviews) for non-emergency work to hydrojet the patio drain pipe on my late mother's house in Murrieta. We agreed on a time for Wednesday. He showed up on time after texting he was enroute. We discussed the problem, the options and price and agreed on a way ahead. Ryan was open and informative the whole time. The hydrojet removed a 30-inch-long root and dirt blockage and Ryan pumped some air through the drain to knock out lingering obstructions. We flushed the drain, Ryan cleaned up, we settled up (as quoted) and Ryan was on his way. Three days later on Saturday (the day of my mother's memorial service) I woke up to a broken water main at my home in Temecula. I turn off the main near the sidewalk, leaving the house without water. I called Ryan at 7:00 am (I woke him up), explained the problem and situation. He said he could be there between 10:00 and 12:00. After our phone call he texted me: "Got it. Thank you sir. Got this, don't worry" And of course he was right. He arrived about 10:30 after texting he was enroute. We were lucky with the location of the break. Ryan found the break quickly and repaired it with higher quality parts than what had failed. Water was restored to the house in a few hours. Extremely satisfied with his work. Extremely impressed by his character and work ethic. I had a routine issue and an emergency issue within one week. He solved them both in a highly professional manner.
