OMG! What an absolute pleasure working with Mike's Auto Body Shop on Sonoma Blvd in Vallejo. I had contacted and visited several shops for a relatively minor repair and they all wanted to schedule me out at least a week just for an estimate. I was coming home from work and decided to pull right in to Mike's and lo and behold Aly greeted me and asked how he could help and to bear with him because he was working alone that day. He not only wrote up a proposal for me, ON THE SPOT, but ordered the parts right then. Just a few days later, the parts were in and Mariah said I could bring the car in whenever it was convenient for me! Imagine, what the customer needed, not the service provider. I took the car in the next day. I was all set to uber home, when Mariah offered me a courtesy ride. Maurice was a gracious and interesting driver and I was home within minutes. They called me a couple of hours later and Mariah arranged to have me picked up to bring me back to the shop. Aly and Mariah once again provided incredible service. I was struck by a drunk driver in my 2011 328i. Since I have been shopping for what I considered to be a good representation of an E90 for a while and am quite attached to it now I was concerned it may not ever be the same. Mike's made sure I was not disappointed. Turns out I had nothing at all to worry about because Mike's got it back to me and made sure it was just right. Let me tell you guys about my AMAZING experience with this shop. Nino is so nice , with great customer service. He took really good care of me. It was my first time coming to this shop and I was so nervous coming here but the moment I talk too him he made me feel so comfortable and my car was in good hands . He gave me a accurate estimate on when my car was going too be ready , he also would update me on my car . I would most definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I'm already telling the world about this place lol and they go above and beyond with there customers they even brought my car too my house which is in San Pablo 25 min away . I can't believe no one has yelped this location or it's wonderful location manager, Cory. It seems like he has been with Mike's for a long time; Cory takes great care in the details with customers. He remembers your name, listens in to desk service from his office and jumps in to ensure you are happy. If he had not been training a new person this morning when I picked up my car, I would have tried to convince him to come work for me! This location had a very young man at the desk when I dropped my car off to be repaired.....he was happy, thoughtfull and knew exactly how to treat people. He called me after I missed my appointment to remind me to come in again and took care of getting me checked in/told me exactly what would happen. Cory did my vehicle inspection, explained how the repair would be performed, how long it would take and the cost involved. He had already gotten my insurance paperwork and was ready to get going at my convenience. I picked up a clean and perfectly repaired car from Cory today...took 3 minutes. Mike's has a gem in Cory. Nino fully explained to me both the repair and insurance processes and made feel comfortable with my decision to have Mike's A/B repair my vehicle. I commend Nino for his honesty, professionalism and attention to detail. He bent over backwards dealing with a difficult and non-responsive insurance carrier to make sure that my car was repaired to industry standards and delivered to me on time. This was my first time having to take my car into the shop due to an accident through an Insurance claim, and they made me feel very up to date and secure with my car at their shop. Every time there was a change in price/next step ect. They kept me updated not only over the phone but also through Via Text messages with progress updates. Had an incident that happened yesterday morning and went in to Mike's and got an estimate. From the lady at the reception desk, Ali and Nino I was greeted and attended to in a timely manner. Ali did the estimate and was awesome. He told me everything that I needed to know about the services and was told that the car would be done in about 3-4 days. I get a call from Nino the following day and was told that my car was done. What?! My car was all done and ready for pick up way ahead of schedule. This place amazes me with their excellency in customer service. They went over and beyond my expectations and very professional every time. This is my second time getting my car serviced by this company and I'm always happy with the results. My car was also very clean when they handed the keys and car over. I walked in with tears and a broken suburban.. on a Friday!!! The sweet girl up front helped me. She explained the process and was very helpful .. when I went back a second time Gary helped me. He knows his stuff and he was very helpful with advice on my next steps. Third time was to release the truck and get it off the lot.. Its amazing how easy going, friendly, and helpful the employees are. Thank you for making this part of the process easy . Perfect customer service! I just picked up my car today and I am so happy about it. Mike's Auto Shop completed fixing my car last May 19th but it took a month for me to get it because of the at-fault driver who crashed my car- his car insurance is really terrible. Anyways, Gary and his team are awesome. The day when I arrived at the auto shop (even I didn't make an appointment), Valerie (receptionist) and Gary were so accommodating and very friendly.
