I would particularly recommend this shop to a Kenyon parent who is trying to keep a student's car running from afar. You can trust these guys.

The owner was suppossed to meet my husband to get him set up with a U-Haul this morning at 9:00am…read more My husband showed up just before 9:00am and waited until 9:45am. He called the towing dispatch to see if they could get ahold of the ownder to find out where he was or what was going on. The dispatcher sent him text messages and called him and said she could tell that he read the messages but he never responded and never called my husband back. I called the towing dispatch again around 11:00am and the lady said she would have thought that the owner would have contacted my husband, so she sent him another message. As if moving were not stressful enough, we have to add this to the frustration. We had people lined up to help us load the trailer and still had to pay them because they showed up even though we had no trailer to load. This is total crap!! U-haul cancelled our reservaation and gave us a $50 credit. Whoopie!!! That does not even cover what we had to pay the people to help us load the trailer. Now our moving is postponed and the people we had lined up to help us are not available. Thanks for making an already stressful event even more stressful!!! This is a total lack of customer service and a total blow to our moving plans. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Had a bent right, rear axle on my Tahoe and the whole rear-end was under warranty from Las Vegas…read more Jim tried to work with the parts company out of Vegas, but they were being difficult. They wanted him to remove the whole rear-end and pay for a new one to have them send another one to Ohio. Jim saved me a ton on labor by arguing that they only needed an axle replaced. He really tried to straighten it out when it really wasn't his problem. My Tahoe was at his shop for over a month (no charge) before we gave up on that company to remedy their faulty part and he had it fixed in a day. I came back up from NC, picked it up, and I'm back on the road with the vehicle driving smoothly again. Great work, and the best customer service I've dealt with at a mechanic shop...EVER. He was always available when I called and he always kept me in the loop. Very professional. 6 stars.

I took my SUV to a different mechanic who quoted me a RIDICULOUS price for broken AC. I don't know jack about cars but I knew this RIDICULOUS quote had to be wrong. Highway robbery. I've suffered 2 summers with no air because I refused to pay the cost of a black market kidney for some AC. The busted air compressor eventually caused a belt to burn out and my engine almost caught on fire two days ago. Leo fixed me all up for 1/5 of that other dude's price. We took it to them around 11am, and called them about 3:15pm to see if the car was done beacuse my husband had to work and wanted to drive it finally. We just spent almost 6 months rebuilding this thing. So anyway, he called and they said "your muffler couldn't clear our jacks". Why not call us sooner so we could try to find somewhere else to take it? It's annoying but ok yes things get busy, so we understand. We had to wait until my husband got home around 10pm to go pick it up. He pulled out, and I was behind him. I noticed something was hanging where it shouldn't be, so I flashed my lights to get his attention. He got out and climbed on the cold ground to take a look, and he found out that they ripped part of his muffler!! He called them this morning to see if they would fix it, being as it was perfectly intact when he took it to them, and the gentleman he talked to swore up and down they didn't do it. When dillon told him it's only like $10 worth of bolts that need replaced, the guy flipped his shit that my husband was calling them over $10, he just kept yelling so my husband hung up on him. Um I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how much it cost, the point is you mess something up you need to fix it and not be a douchebag. The picture of it hanging isn't great because his car is so low now it's hard to get under lol, but either way that piece hanging by the blue part should not be hanging. And they dented it closer to where it exits the car trying to clear it. They will never get our business again if that's how they treat customers after THEY mess something up.
