Obviously I don't know the exact situation, but it's never okay to speak that way to any service provider! Kudos to him for keeping his cool, calmly offering multiple solution options, and ultimately speaking up (still politely) to let the customer know that they needed to tone it down.

But for a removal I wouldn't have guessed it would be that difficult.... The lady (don't know her name but I told Edith the receptionist about the whole thing) she kept burning my nails with the drill. I pulled my hand away more than 3 times because the drill was hot and it was burning me. And in the 2nd photo my ring finger is bruised because she kept grabbing my hand back and holding my finger in place to finish with the drill. Like..... if I keep pulling away and I say "it hurts" wouldn't it be common sense to LOWER the speed of your drill or switch to MANUEL filing. Not once did she apologize and she seemed upset with me every time I pulled away like lady it freaking hurts. No sense of customer service or customer care. I love this place but this was probably the worst 40 minutes I spent there. I left feeling uneasy, upset, annoyed that my nails are ugly and uneven and with a bruise on my finger. Never going to anyone else but Moon.
