Jenni was amazing at helping me figure out what I wanted based on my lifestyle, budget, and the event I needed it for. She was incredibly meticulous and careful with my gel mani, including with the edges. No part of my nail was left unpainted, no part of my skin was accidentally painted, and the texture and shine were perfect. For my gel pedi, Peter was super thorough and kind! My nails held up perfectly for five weeks with absolutely zero chips or dents! Had I not been worried about just the look of the nail growth, I probably could have left them for another few weeks, even! I went back today for a new gel manicure, and Jenni's removal process was completely painless and gentle. Unlike some other salons, it was clear that Jenni placed a lot of thought and care into protecting my natural nail bed when removing the gel. Even though the salon was busy, she was present with me and I felt she was not rushing. Sitting there, I overheard her with other clients and was impressed by how much she remembers about everyone's lives, time commitments, and preferences.
