Putting on the glasses not just gave me a calm shade but it extended my vision from my balcony. I almost screamed out loud of happiness. It was awesome. BEside that ... Butte View got the best Doctor and staff. They are sooo attentive and accommodating. Dr. Tran is the best.. She is very thorough in her examination with her caring demeanor Yuba folks, you are lucky to have her.. I have to do couple hours drive to see her when I need to. Thanks Butte View for my beautiful new vision and my new sun glasses. I love them. They are so gentle on my eyes.

However within the past year or two the man at the front office (Stan?) has been rude to me, but I let that slide because Dr. Tran is amazing. Fast forward to recently I wanted him to bill my Insurance for full amount, but he would only bill what they said I had left (12$). Now I'm in a position I can't get my FSA money without them billing. I even called my insurance to see if it's Ok if they bill them after the fact and they said yes, but still Stan will not bill them. I highly recommend Dr.Tran. Just be aware of the the guy in the front office.

The staff there were awful, and I got no help, and no further response... I came back last year to repeat the exam, ordered specific frames and lenses. The glasses came, but the frame was wrong and the prescription was way off... The ladies in the front office treated me like I had a disease, and were no help whatsoever. They will not help you, and, they don't appear to care at all... Dr Bradley is a nice guy, and competent, but, his staff are all one star out of five. They have a bad attitude, and are not service-oriented. If these were my employees, I would fire every one of them. I won't be returning to this office, which is sad, but poor service in a competitive industry, will lead to disaster... Dr Bradley's employees look like they want to run off all the patients, and they look like they dislike every person in the community! Wow, not great Doc...

After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only patient who has experienced what I would describe as rude and unprofessional interactions. I have been seeing Dr. Thacker since 2021, and I want to acknowledge that he has always been thorough, respectful, and professional during my appointments. I sincerely hope he has the opportunity to read and consider this feedback. My primary concern is with the handling of my eyeglass frames. On two separate occasions, the lab has damaged my frames while replacing lenses. The first incident occurred several years ago, and the office took responsibility and covered the damage. Unfortunately, it happened again. Most recently, I had an appointment on May 20 and left my frames to have new prescription lenses installed. I later received a call from the front desk informing me that my frames had been broken and that the office would not cover the damage because they were my own frames. While I understand there may be policies regarding customer-owned frames, the damage occurred due to an error on the office's side, not mine. Furthermore, I was never informed at the time of drop-off that I would be responsible if the frames were damaged. Had this been clearly communicated, I could have made a more informed decision and prepared accordingly. To try to resolve the matter, I called the office again on June 8 at approximately 9:55 a.m. and asked to speak with Dr. Thacker. I was told, in what I felt was a dismissive and rude manner, that I could not speak with him directly. I then requested that he return my call when available. During that conversation, I was told that I had already signed paperwork and that the policy had been explained to me when I dropped off my frames. However, I do not recall being informed that the office would not take responsibility if my frames were damaged due to handling during the lens replacement process. This experience, combined with the ongoing customer service issues, has left me disappointed and unable to continue as a patient. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere, along with my family members' business. I also intend to share my experience through reviews so that other patients can make informed decisions based on the level of service they may receive.

With no appointments available at Royo Eye Care, the marvelous, compassionate, and wizardly Lizbeth E. at Feather River Eye Care went to work and got me in to see Dr. Sohal at FREC that fully booked day! I was so thankful and relieved to see Lizbeth E. and be treated by Dr. Sohal that I wanted to dance in the street (but I don't dance well at all). I recommend Lizbeth E. and Dr. Sohal higher than high. I know that working together, they helped save my vision.
