I came here in May and the male tech did my nails. They were awful! The tip wasn't even fully attached to my own nail and he tried to convince me that it was a new technique. When I asked what happens when water gets between the tip and nail and I end up with fungus he told me fungus was easy to treat. At this point I wanted the nails off. He attempted to "fill" the gaps with acrylic and the result was horrible. It took him 3 hrs to soak them off. I have been to this salon a few times every time for a gel manicure and pedicure. I really think this salon varies by who your tech is. My first visit I had a wonderful mani pedi by male tech named Tre or Tri- can't quite remember. But he did a fabulous job and my manicure lasted for a long time and it looked great. Came back a second time and had my nails done by a woman, who wasn't bad, but my manicure wasn't as great as the first time. However, I just went in last week for my third time and had a terrible experience. Had a different male tech do my nails and they started chipping 3 days later. He was extremely rough and I was bleeding a few times. He completely messed up on my pedicure while I was there and had to quickly redo it- which wasn't necessary for the rush because I was the ONLY one in the salon with no one waiting. Definitely not worth the $60- it has been 9 days and all of my nails look terrible and most of them are chipped. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning after my last experience, which is a bummer because the first time was so great. read more

What a lovely experience! First time trying this salon because my usual place is closed Sundays and today was my only chance to get a pedicure before vacay. I was a walk in, and they were able to take me straight away. Lots of colors, and newer bottles, not crusty dregs like you sometimes find. Didn't have to ask for hot water which was a change from my usual place. Very clean salon, bright and airy blue and white. Newer massage chairs. The whole place just looks very put together. My pedicurist was very courteous but not very talkative, which was totally ok by me. She did an excellent job trimming my cuticles, and painting was also well done. Owner/manager offered a bottle of cold water, nice customer service! And price was very reasonable, $26 pedi incl scrub, hot towel, lotion + $5 callous removal. I was hoping for the best given all the good reviews but I was completely disappointed. I was told it would be a couple minutes for a walk-in pedicure and I was given a seat and soaked my feet. I ended up soaking my feet for almost 40 minutes without anyone coming by and all the nail technicians were busy. I was told again it would be just another couple of minutes but ended up leaving after another five went by. read more

Best pedicure I've ever received! Yes, it's a bit pricey, I chose the $45 dollar pedicure but oh my is it worth it! The facility is very clean and relaxing. The personnel are friendly and very thorough, for probably the first time ever I didn't feel like my pedicure was rushed or like I was inconveniencing the person doing it! What a great salon! The service I got today was a pedicure. The salon is simple but very clean (and that's really important). The pedicure chairs were nice, they were the kind with massage. I was given a bottle of water when I sat down - and the girl doing my nails was very nice. This was my first pedicure of the season, so my nails were in rough shape. She did an amazing job - she spent a full hour making sure to be very thorough with my cuticles. Everyone in here is just so nice! I did not expect such a great pedicure at such a low price! I've found my new go to pedicure spot for the summer! read more

Unfortunately I've had two disappointing experiences in the past year. Twice I've made appointments only to arrive and - "no record of my appointment". Yesterday I call, make an appointment for two pedicures hours later, arrive and the same manager that told me they didn't have my appointment tells me "we can do one of you now and the other will have to wait 45 mins". Umm time to set-up a better method of scheduling appointments. I will no longer be returning. read more

I cannot recommend her highly enough. When she was not in town or I wanted to go on her day off, I tried other manicurists. No one else did a five star job. Very disappointed. I called to schedule an appointment and ask about pricing for a full set, I made sure to ask numerous times for clarification. Each time I asked, I was told $30. When my nails were finished, they took my card and charged $45. I was confused and stated that when I called to schedule, I was told $30. I would not have paid so much for acrylics. They argued with me, and were not accommodating. Save your money and go to a salon that respects their customers. I will make sure my friends and family do no waste money here. read more

Love this salon. It is very clean. The nail techs are verify informative and let you know if your nails are too dry, splitting, etc. They teach you how to care for your nails. The salon is very attractive and relaxing. read more

AMAZING!!! Lu was a gift from God today. My feet were a mess, and Lu didn't make me feel bad at all. He paid complete attention to me, and even taught me some at home remedies to help my feet. I took my friend here as a birthday treat. It was the most wonderful experience either of us have had getting pedicures. The prices are fantastic and they include services that most places don't even offer. The entire store was incredibly clean and they scrub the tubs after every pedi (not just let the water run). The staff was super friendly and very easy to talk to. They made sure to make it fun and sang Happy Birthday to my friend. We never once felt rushed or like we were taking up their time. Which is a very nice change. We live close to an hour away and we have already scheduled our next outing for mani/pedi's. read more

WOW! Once again I received an amazing mani from Lou. I'm not very consistant about getting fills on my acrylics because the nails hold up so long without loosening or breaking after Lou has worked on them. They even held up after two house moves in the last month where I as brutal with using my hands. I love the atmosphere at Milano..very peaceful and quiet. I've had the deluxe pedi by Lou and felt like a queen walking on air afterwards. This salon is definitely my "go to place". read more
