Milano's is legit. I am a huge fan of this place. They have the best garlic sauce around bar none. I highly recommend the linguine and clams, or the scallops with the garlic sauce. The portions are daunting and super generous. The prices are more than fair. I would recommend any of their pasta dishes and the Pizzas are GREAT too. My personal favorite is the baby clam pizza. They have some great appetizers (love the calamari and the garlic bread) as well. Definitely give Milano's a chance, it's a hidden gem. read more

This owner doesn't care about your business. We held our rehearsal dinner here. When my father passed away, we went here after the wake. We went here after his memorial mass. So I found this spot while I was waiting for my ride to pick me up from the Safe and Sound audio store. I walked in around 1100 and was immediately greeted and seated. It was empty at first but filled up quickly with the lunch crowd. I ordered a personal Calzone and it came out fresh and hot and was bigger than I expected which made me glad I took the waiters suggestion and didn't get the medium. It was crispy, warm and amazing. I've ordered take-out lunches from Milano's a few times for work. I'm always impressed by the quality of the food - from the pasta to the grinders. The portions are generous and the prices are decent. Everyone loves the tortellini alfredo and several of my co-workers also ordered pizza and calzones and enjoyed them immensely. It doesn't look like much from the outside and I haven't eaten in, so I can't comment on the service or interior, but this is one of the better places in the area for Italian if you're looking for take-out! read more

The food and service from the waitress were very good. But my group was a non-profit organization which does not do cash transactions for nearly all expenses. We had made a reservation (8 persons) and it was our group's first time eating at Milano's. When we presented a check (to which we added a 20% gratuity for the waitress) in payment of our bill, we were then told that they do not accept checks. We were given a hard time over this situation. When we stated that unless we were able to pay by check, we would not be booking future dinners with them, we were told that they didn't need our business. When a business deals in cash only, it makes me wonder what they report as income for tax purposes! read more

This restaurant is amazing! The most delicious Italian food! I love the ambiance and kid friendly, comfortable and clean atmosphere. My favorite is the chicken parmigiana. I used to love their pizza. Thin crust, great pizza. I ordered a Margherita pizza recently. It was NOT a Margherita pizza as I had before. Instead of slices of mozzarella topped with fresh tomatoes, it was topped with chunky tomato sauce. So pizza with sauce and cheese and more sauce on top. What? No basil either. Look up the recipe, that is NOT what a Margherita pizza is. When I called to complain, they said that is the way they always make them. Lie. I have had them there before. I also noticed the crust is thicker, just not the way Milano's used to make them. I said I wanted to speak with the manager, said he was busy, would call me back. Never called. Oh, yeah, I also ordered a Caesar salad. It had carrots in it. They argued with me that they always put carrots in a Caesar salad. Sorry, pull up a recipe. It's a shame because this is or was a family owned business and I like to give them my business, but never again. Sorry, I'll try to find a better pizza somewhere else. Large portions don't mean sh!t when the quality of the food is bad! I ordered the meat tortellini in cream sauce and it tasted terrible! It looked exactly like a hamburger helper meal, which is notorious for looking like pig slop!-It was just very unappealing and didn't taste right. Had dinner tonight. We both had salads which were fresh and delicious. The bread was delicious as well. My wife had spaghetti with red clam sauce. I had tortellini in meat sauce. Both were excellent and the portions were enough for two meals. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we'd go back. read more

Great menu and they do not skimp on the portions. I always bring home the next day's lunch. The menu is varied and there is always a few tempting daily specials. We try and sit at the bar but it can be noisy so if there's intimate conversation the dining room is a better option. We have eaten in as well as ordered out and the quality does not suffer if you eat at home. read more

My husband just returned with a pick-up order of pizza and Buffalo wings that we ordered off their website's menu. Their website's menu did not offer an option of "boneless" Buffalo wings. What he brought home was soggy, breaded chicken pieces soaked in Buffalo sauce (I'm guessing it was Buffalo sauce but who knows because we didn't eat them). When I called to ask about the mistake, I was told that they now only offered "boneless" chicken wings. When I told them that I had ordered off the menu from their website and that I did not order the soggy appetizer that I received, I was basically told that I was out of luck because that's what they serve now. Wow! What terrible customer service. My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now, and have brought friends and family. I am now going to let everyone I know who have eaten or may be considering eating at your restaurant about this and recommend that they stay away as we certainly will. There are far too many good Italian restaurants in this area to waste your time here. I hope this review was worth the $11, Milano's. read more

Do NOT book a large party with this family pizzeria. I have been ordering take out from this pizza restaurant for years. My mother recently booked my baby shower here. We were told we would have the entire bar side for our 34 guests. They told us this one month before the shower. When my family showed up the day of the shower to set up the sons of the owners were rude and disrespectful to my friends and family and we're not accommodating to the set up of the tables. We discussed what would work best for the arrangement of the tables and chairs for the space provided. We even drew out the arrangement one month prior to the shower when we spoke to the oldest son. It is not surprising that he lost this, because of their lack of organization. They do not record their parties and events on a calendar or any type of organized system. They have random sticky notes scotch taped on a cabinet all out of order. After booking the event we went in to speak to the oldest son and he couldn't locate the baby shower information on the sticky note... Really? That should have been the first sign of their lack of management. After, the rudeness my family dealt with while they set up my baby shower. They did not give us the space provided. They sat a table of 10 strangers directly next to our baby shower. They crammed the remainder of tables together for our baby shower. People could not move in between tables and walk across to the other side. The waitresses could barely serve food. Our guests had empty drinks the entire time because the wait staff had such difficulty serving us.My mother who is handicapped with a walker had extreme difficulty getting to the bathroom. She was completely upset and frustrated the entire time. With the tables that we lost we were not able to play the shower games that we prepared and brought. The older son knew about these games and the tables that were needed. I had to stand at 8 months pregnant to open all of my gifts because people could not see anything being so crammed together. I stayed positive and tried to make the best of the situation. After all this my family expected to have some type of discount toward the bill. They gave us a platter of cookies to say sorry... I couldn't believe it! We had to ask for the manager several times after receiving the bill. The older son finally came out from the back to speak with us. This was the exact person we spoke directly with one month ago about all of the details about the shower. We even wrote down the table set up for him. At that time he was nice and agreed to everything. The end of the shower was a completely different story. He denied our previous conversation and said that he never agreed to give us the entire space of the room. He also denied discussing the table arrangement and said there must have been a miscommunication. He lied to our faces. I could not believe the lack of professionalism. It was a clear case of bad business. It was clear they wanted to make there money and get us out. After all said and done 2 plates were taken off of the check. It was like a slap in the face. My baby shower was completely ruined by such bad business management and lack of professionalism. This son was nothing but rude to our family. I know that all of our guests will not be returning to such a business. This family should know that if you run a business like this, it only affects your future business. I am a teacher who often would go to lunch there with colleagues. With the word of mouth of my guests it will hurt future business. I know that my family is disgusted with how things were handled and the price they had to pay. We will not be going there again. I would not book any large party or event there at all. read more

The only thing that seems fresh is their pizzas. Pasta is always heavy and over cooked. I'm thinking it is prepared way too far in advance since they have it ready to go for take out in less than 15 minutes. I think they must microwave it too and then they just drench it in whichever sauce you ordered. I do have much better luck with their pizzas, but I'd rather Antonios. read more

Everything I've ordered from Milano's has been phenomenal!! I've tried the veal cavallo, eggplant parm dinner, caprese salad, fried mozzarella, zuppa de mussels, veggie grinder, french fries, house salad and seafood florentine and I've never been disappointed. The regular and even kids portions are enormous, definitely worth every penny. The fresh warm bread is delicious and great to dip in the white sauce of the zuppa de mussels. Great food, I order from here once and a while food is always hot. I would say it is pricey. I'm usually in a food coma by the time I'm done finnishing my meal though ha. I tend to lean towards the chicken Parm, it's a breaded chicken breast with great flavor. I usually deal with takeout I have never dined in at this place so I couldn't comment on that.
