The pizza is definitely the best in Hillsboro but I had their all meat sandwich and it was incredible, even better than the pizza in my opinion. Me and my wife loved the food. I normally order pizza from Milano's which is a 5 star pizza but tonight I wanted a salad and got the chef salad. When they cut the lettuce, they included the white bitter core in the salad which no one eats. I picked out a lot of core and finally started to eat my salad and it tasted like pure salt and I did not salt the salad at all. All I can taste is salt! I will never visit Milanos again. I called in an order and the individual misunderstood what I asked for anyways I thought they would apologize and fix it. I was WRONG the cook told me that next time I should be more specific! I had requested they cut the crust to where we could pull apart and dip them, this is what they did not understand, apparently. We ordered two large pizzas and a 2lt and paid 34$ which would be fine if the pizzas we recieved had not been the size of a childs personal pan pizza. After explaining that I wanted my pizzas fixed that I was not ok paying that amount for two tiny pizzas the cook said I can't do anything about the price, which then I had to explain to him that the price was fine for a large but not for the tiny pizzas they gave me. Cook refused to take back pizzas and remake them and told cashier give her a refund. Awful service!! I had never had a problem before, but the rudeness from this employee is enough for me to never go back to this business. read more

Great pizza!! Much better than Pizza Hut and they deliver also. Pizza Hut takes an average of 45 mins to an hour to deliver!! That's ridiculous in a small town. We have not had Milano's delivery service yet. We have ate there at least 3 times and was pleased with the food and service each time. Food was excellent and service was great. My gyro was a lamb and tzatziki sauce burrito. There was no lettuce, tomato, or onion on it and it was wrapped up like a burrito. I also could not understand the heavily accented Mexican woman on the phone. I guess I should have guessed I would get a burrito gyro. Why is it so hard to hire people who speak clear English? I ordered delivery from here. They said 45-60 minutes. They showed up on time even a little bit early. The pizza was hot, cheese sticks were hot, and drink was still cold and not shook up. Shout out for AWESOME Service. My Daughters Youth group was stranded on their way home Saturday outside of Hillsboro on the side of the HWY as their bus had broke down and they were waiting for it to be fixed. Out Pastor called and explained the situation as their 20 youth and adults that were hungry and had not ate lunch yet, and no way to get them to a place to eat while they waited for the bus to be fixed. Milano's understood the situation, and were willing to deliver out on the side of the HWY to keep them from going hungry! Cool little shop in the middle of downtown Hillboro! The interior is nearly remodeled and clean and everyone was friendly. The pizza itself was delicious - like other reviews have said, the crust is soft, it reminds me of Double Daves - and you can taste how fresh the toppings are. We were at an RV Park that suggested this place for delivery after a long day driving. Ordered a pizza at 6pm and it was finally delivered at 7:45 - cold to the touch. My husband and I have both regularly ordered a gyros with extra sauce on the side which comes with a fun size bag of plain lays chips. We've had them delivered before and until yesterday there hasn't been a problem. Yesterday however I called and placed an order for two gyros and I specifically said don't put the sauce on it this time because we plan to eat it later and don't want to reheat the sauce. So each gyro should have had two portion cups of sauce. I kept having to repeat my address because she kept saying ELM to the point where I spelled the street name for her and mentioned a close by landmark. Fast forward about 40 minutes later the driver called and couldn't find my house and even accused me of giving the wrong address. I tried repeatedly to talk him through getting here but he couldn't seem to follow directions out of a paper bag and kept driving by my street. I called to complain and was hung up on. Finally he got here and gave me the food and proceeded to try and blame me for not being able to find my house or follow clear directions verbally. Then to top it off, inspection of the food was just the last straw. There were only two portion cups of sauce instead of the four I asked for. When I called them back to tell them the order was wrong they were rude and very argumentative, refusing to let me speak to a manager so I took the food back up there and demanded a refund. While in the store the same girl that took my order over the phone tried to lie about what I said when I ordered the extra sauce. She tried to say that when they put the sauce on the gyro they don't put that much and that is why we only got one cup each. However, every single time we order we order extra sauce on the side and recieve a full portion cup on the side. Furthermore, instead of recieving the small bag of chips they pour loose chips into the container and less than what would have been in the fun size bag. Also, last time we ordered our bill was 12.97. This time it was 15.13 for less food and crappy service. I don't think so, we won't order from them again. read more

Im giving this place 3 stars because it is the only place that will deliver to my house. If you order from here i recommend thier Supreme pizza or a sandwhich. My favorite to order is the gyro. The salads have pizza toppings on them, sometimes the meat looks questionable on the salads. They use store bought processed chicken meat ( the instant fijita kind). The pizza crust is thin amd tastey. If they would change the ingredients to fresh product (instead of the store bought junk) id give them 5 stars. read more

When he arrives, he says he forgot a pen, I said I will go get one, I come back a minute later, hes spitting again.
