Last 4 times we ordered they got it wrong but we didn't Ck this time we did and it was wrong again so they said they would remake we waited 15 minutes and decided to Ck on it and they went to the back and we could hear them saying they would start it now 20 minutes later we get the pizza open it up and it didn't have the extra cheese we paid for so I asked for my money back for no extra she just turns around and walks back to get the guy that made it and he says it has extra on it WHAT BS and to top it off not ONE time did Anyone say I'm sorry!!!!!! read more

The only reason we stopped in to this Pizza Hut is because we were staying in the hotel nearby. We ordered wings and a medium pizza and some breadsticks. Over $40 for the order. Waited about 20 minutes, and our order was ready. We got up and checked the order before taking it back to our hotel room. We asked for the ranch for the wings, "oh the wings don't come with ranch, that's an additional 60 cents per sauce." We've never ordered wings ANYWHERE where it didn't come with at least one dipping sauce. Then we also asked for Parmesan for the pizza, which was also a $1 charge. At least the Parmesan came in a cute little shaker container, so I see the reason for the dollar charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Our cashier was sweet, but I couldn't say that for all of the staff. read more

Only one star because I couldn't leave none. Ordered two pizzas and some wings and the pizzas were pitiful. Barely 2 pepperoni per slice and we paid for extra cheese but it was skimpy as well. The stuffed crust was all crust. Really displeased with the quality of the food and felt ripped off. Paid $62.00! Wrote a review on their website but doubt it will even be read. Tonight a driver was speeding past our house. A call was made to inform the manager about this. It happens all the time, cars speeding in front of my house... the manager defended the driver... We stopped for the night on our way to the Gulf Coast. We were tired and didn't want to drive to a restaurant so we opted for delivery-ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. Over the years we've always ordered the Supreme, especially the thin crust. We were stunned to get a text saying our pizza was out for delivery in less than 15 minutes after ordering it. The second surprise was to find the pizza piping hot like it just came out of the oven. The best surprise was how good our pizza was. The crust was perfect and the toppings done right. My wife and I both agreed it was the best room delivery pizza we've ever had from a major company. Far better than Dominoes. Very satisfied! read more

This is probably the worst place you could ever choose to eat. Every time we order from here, it's a horrible experience. My daughters birthday fell on a Monday, and Frenkie's was closed, so we rolled the dice on this place ....Pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:20pm, we sat waiting for 40 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. When we got home we discovered the pizza was cold and we had to microwave it. Everything about this place is worthless, from the management to the workers to the quality of food. One of the workers was telling everyone there she was sick...wonderful to get your pizza with a side of the flu. read more

As the only pizza delivery service in town, I recommend buying frozen pizzas from Walmart. I've ordered from this place dozens of times for my family, and most of the time they screw things up. I mostly order online, so it's not possible they would have misunderstood something. On the receipt it will clearly list the toppings and crust/sauce type I desire. For example, two orders ago I ordered two pizzas with extra sauce and one with the garlic parmesan sauce. The two pizzas came with very little sauce (less than normal) and the third came with no sauce at all. Yep. Directly beneath the cheese was bread. Most recently I ordered again online, three pizzas for delivery with one order of pasta/breadsticks. Two pizzas were meant to be pepperoni and one was meant to be cheese + onions. After waiting for 80 minutes I called them up to ask where my food was. The woman responded that my order was slated for carry out. I told her that was impossible because I received an e-mail confirmation for delivery, with my exact address listed. She apologized and remade the order fresh. The problem is, when the food finally got here over two hours from the original order time, it was completely and horribly wrong. Instead of two pepperoni pizzas, they were hamburger. Instead of thin crust, they were hand-tossed. The pasta came, I guess that's pretty hard to screw up. But guess what? No breadsticks. Literally the only positive thing about this Pizza Hut location is that they have always credited my phone number when they screw up orders. But even that has become not enough, and I doubt I will be ordering from this place again. Stick to frozen pizzas; at least you know what you're getting. read more

In my experience, the service at individual Pizza Huts is often hit-or-miss. I don't live in Hillsboro, so I can't speak to how this Pizza Hut is on a regular basis, but on this occasion (12/21/15), the service was excellent. We were visiting town for a family event, and a few of us had decided to visit the Pizza Hut for dinner. We came in with a party of 10 - unaware that the rest of the family had decided to join us - and our group soon swelled to a party of 20. As you can imagine, this complicated the food and drink orders and put a strain on seating and waitstaff, but it was all taken in stride. With all that, the staff acted as if they were happy to have us. There were some problems - the container of syrup for root beer had ruptured before our arrival, so root beer was unavailable - but they were very apologetic, and I suppose anything mass-produced will eventually produce a product with a problem, so I don't fault the restaurant staff. There was one mix-up - having ordered different sizes of different flavors, a pizza we wanted as a large was served as a medium. They left the medium, cooked another large (the party had begun to swell by this time), but only charged us for the medium. Other than one size mix-up, everything came out cooked just right. read more

After driving on the road for over 8 hours I ordered a carry out pizza. First I was informed the pizza I wanted was not available in the size I wanted...I'm sorry do you not just put toppings on top, why should the pizza be limited to a size. Then after coming back 15 minutes later when I was informed my pizza would be available, I arrived to find out ingredients on the pizza were not available so I had to change my order again and wait for my pizza a second time. I do not live in this area, but for those that do, expect poor customer service from cashiers and management. There was one nice man building pizza boxes who did have a heart though. Update: They also then forgot my cheese bread and had to wait a total of 20 additional minutes. But after the hassle the did give me a refund. That manager had her stuff together. Pizza Hut is my absolute favorite pizza place. It all depends on the location. This is by far the worst location I've ever eaten from! A few days ago, I had 2 pizzas delivered. I literally live behind this location. The pizzas were cold when I got them. Are them anyways. I just ordered around 40 mins ago and they forgot half of my order. I couldn't tell them to go back and get the rest of it (because they were already almost closed-totally okay) but then that meant the people who ordered wings didn't get to eat. What shame! It's not the delivery guys fault. It is by far the food makers and food preparers for the delivery. Never eat from these people! read more

So me and a friend are down here for work and we got a hotel and decided on pizza tn. He made the order online and said we'll split it, so he had to go do something rq but I didn't know he payed through the app the total was 32.50 and when I gave the lady the money(40) she just took it and left so we called the Pizza Hut but they were no help so we went up to the restaurant and they told us that the card payment got canceled so I said do I get my change back? And the guy said change was 7.50 and only gave me 7 because the manager said round down, so you mean to tell me I get my money stolen for there fuck up never will I ever be eating at this establishment again and I suggest you don't either VERY POOR customer service I'm actually considering telling my lawyer to see what I could do abt this read more

I did not know at the time I placed my order, but my hotel is right behind pizza hut. I didn't get my pizza until after an hour, and it wasn't hot it was Luke warm, like it was toted around in a delivery car for 30 mins before I got it. And worst of all, I got horrible diarrhea afterwards. read more

I've been trying to go to this restaurant for 20 plus years. They never have good service. Ever. Every time it's been a year or so and I'm in Hillsboro wanting pizza, I think, okay, I'll just get pizza hut. Wrong. Tiday, at 4:30 in the afternoon, I was told there us an hour wait for takeout. They had a really large order. Too bad about us little people. Big order gets priority. If I hadn't had such negative experiences before, maybe I wiykdnt5mind. Last year I tried, and they got my order wrong, then they lost it. And another time a few years earlier, I was the only customer. The kitchen wasn't busy, no takeout rushes. They never waited on me. A waitress was chatting with another waitress and a young man. Poorly managed. Poorly run. Owners should take note. Ridiculous to not be able to order pizza because off a large order. Tell the large order that large orders may take a little longer. Most people understand that. Just bad experience. I doubt I'll try again. My bad for thinking they'd change. read more

First they are the only place I know that delivers in Hillsboro so that alone is a plus. Their in store service is hit and miss so I can't rate that as I have only been told by my boyfriend and friends. Delivery was great.
