I had an appointment and drove an hour to this dealership, only to be treated very poorly. I had barely gotten out of my car before the first question I was asked was how much I still owed on my vehicle. When I politely declined to answer, he refused to even inspect my car or make me an offer. The guy came across as rude, cocky, and more interested in my loan balance than the actual condition of my vehicle. It was a complete waste of my time and a very disappointing experience. Gave salesman 30 minutes heads up as requested via text. arrive and car is nowhere to be found. they take me to a second lot - salesman unlocks the lot and rolls up the door - sets off the alarm. wait for him to figure out how to shut it off. finally alarm is turned off. car is inside - looks nice. he offers to let me start it up - dead battery. stand around for a while as he goes to search for a battery charger. he comes back and I have to show him where the battery is - in the trunk. car fires up - sounds good. I ask for a test drive and he says "well it would be such a hassle to back it out of the showroom." he says I have to start by negotiating price. I say it has to be south of what they're asking. he offers a few 100s off. we went home. obviously in no rush to move cars off their lot. read more

I also had to replace the brake rotors, brake pads, and get the it realliged costing in total over $2400.00. Not sure what happened, but I am stuck with a Porsche Cayenne S that has no air-conditioner even after spending $5000 at a reputable mechanic to have it fixed. When I first bought the car from Jim's, they seemed good. Sam worked with me on the price, and we thought it was fair, given the low mileage (81,000) We used the 30-day warranty to bring the car in when the air-conditioning wasn't working after two weeks. They recharged it for me at no cost. However, when it went out again after another 2 weeks (that's how long the freon lasts if there is a leak) they refused to fix it since it was past the 30 days, even though it was obviously a pre-existing condition. We went ahead and paid to have it fixed from a reputable Porsche mechanic only to find out it is a much bigger problem since the NEW Porsche evaporator core is leaking again. In addition, the check engine lights are coming on saying there is a problem with the transfer case, the ignition coils need replacing and the battery is at 50%. I feel like the dealership knew all of this and scammed me. I can't unload the car for the amount that we still owe on the loan. Don't go here. It's not worth it, even if you find what you thought was your dream car. I am an elementary school music teacher who is also a mom, and now I have to spend time buying a different used car or spending $10,000 more to fix this one. read more

Again, another typical used car dealership not honoring their words. On 5/6 I went in and got my 2021 Lexus quoted. Rudy, the sale rep gave my car's info to Shawn (I assume he is the manager or owner), Shawn proceed to visually inspect my car, he then offered $28,500. I mentioned to him I won't be able to sell it till two weeks later on 5/20. Shawn said "no problem, we only have 3 people here, we will remember the offer". On Monday 5/20 I called and talked to Peter to see if they can come up with the price a little bit since carvana offered slightly more, Peter was very polite and said they couldn't. So I proceed to sell it to carvana, but later found out carvana require me to pay for the registration (mine was due in 65 days, carvana requires you to pay for registration if it's within 70 days). Didn't want to go through that trouble so I reached back to Jim's auto on 5/21, Peter then said the market has changed and could only offer me $26,800. I was really hesitant to write a this slightly negative review on small businesses, but you have to hold them accountable for things they say. read more

We spoke to Mike and let him know we'd like to come in for a test drive. He asked when we were coming down so he could pull it out for us and have it ready. When we got there, we saw it on the street, so we parked behind it abs just started looking at it as soon as we got out. Another guy named Peter out and asked us if we were the ones who called and we said yes. He told us the jets were already inside and we could open it up and check it out and then left us alone for a bit. I love that!
