Richard and David were so amazing, helpful, honest and gave us such a great price for our trade in and our new purchase. We will be doing business with them again and sending everyone we know. They have a great selection of cars too. What you see online is what you get and they don't pay games and don't haggle you.

Ask for Roy! He will take good care of you! Bought my tundra from here and it drives and runs great!

The person helping us with the loaner vehicle was nice and thorough, I forgot their name but very nice. Fernando was our advisor and helped us get that safety recall handled, thank you for taking good care of us. Also because our car is fully wrapped in PPF, he had the guys hand wash it instead of sending through the carwash. Overall experience was top notch. Entire service team seems to be on the same page of providing Lexus style (luxury) service to their customers. Nice teamwork!

Ah well. The account representative that we worked with was nice. I would have been a little happier had he decided not to come in while he was sick (he was sniffling and coughing) knowing that we had to touch things that non-sick people (like myself) would want to be exposed to. Especially with anything account related, touching pens, touching my driver's license.. ahh. I immediately went home and washed my hands and disinfected everything when I went home. Please stay home next time! Overall the visit was okay, he was nice enough and everything was done in a timely matter. I only wished they had more reps so the wait wouldn't have been so long. Also, they only have two waiting chairs! And when we got there it was fully occupied so we spent at least 20 minutes standing around until a group of people moved to one of the available reps. Get more chairs, thanks! I don't mind, but when I have my mom with me, I know she doesn't want to stand for an hour.

I purchased my vehicle from them end of 12/2025. When I purchased they sold me a warranty for a…read moreyear and told me if anything goes wrong, bring it back and our mechanic will check it and the warranty will cover it. Three months later, a couple of weeks ago, the engine light comes on. I contact Jose and he tells me to call the warranty company. I call the warranty company and they say take it to the dealer to do a diagnostic check and start a claim. I let Jose know but he tells me to call his brother Leo, who also was there when I bought the car. Leo keeps telling me to take it to any mechanic and they can start a claim. I take it to one mechanic, he said he's dealt with Protective and doesn't want to deal with them and didn't think any other mechanic would either. He told me go to the dealer that sold you the car, he hasn't even looked at my car, just refused. I took it to another mechanic to get a diagnosis check to see if the issue is even covered because I needed my car fixed and was going to just do it myself. When the mechanic checked it, he said the boot was taped instead of replaced. He said that is very dangerous, he could not believe they sold a car like that. He said the part is only $80 and a quick fix but he told me go back to the dealer, he needs to fix this for free because he should've never sold the car like that, it should've been repaired first. At this point, Jose and Leo do not respond to my texts or call. I contacted the warranty company but they're saying they can't get involved in issues between the dealer and buyer. These guys are not honest and will tell you whatever you want to hear to make sure you buy a car. I do not recommend buying from them.

If you are a person of color do not go to this branch. Please!…read more Take that extra drive and go to another Wells Fargo! I filed an investigation with Wells Fargo HQ and they repeatedly got my complaint wrong saying there was an issue with the hold - time frame! Which that was NOT THE ISSUE AT ALL. They could held my check for a month because I knew the funds were good. My issue is the way I was treated. I was treated like a criminal. She made me feel uncomfortable. She embarrass me in front of other customers and employees. I had my three-year-old son with me and my fiancé. Watch me get investigated by the manager who is racist, thinking that I was trying to cash fraudulent checks. I've never done a fraudulent thing in my life so to be judged by someone and be told by Wells Fargo that she did nothing wrong is disturbing. But I guess this is the world that we live in, it's OK to judge someone by the color of your skin! It's OK to treat someone like they're criminals because they look different than you. So I am telling you if you are African-American, do not go to this branch yes they do have African-American working at that branch to justify that they're not racist. Instead of holding her accountable, letting her take some type of diversity training. They're gonna sit here and try to turn around and say that I had an issue with the deposit timeframe, which that was not the case if you read my previous comment. Wells Fargo headquarters was so busy trying to cover their self did not once think why did I go to another bank signal Hill California was able to deposit the checks in my account with no problem that same day. So if my checks were so-called fraudulent, why did signal Hill take it with no problem but Torrance didn't. That's a question they cannot answer. I am willing to give anyone more details on the situation. Please feel free to reach out because I do not want to see another person of color to go through what I went through in front of their family. Shame on Wells Fargo in Torrance, California.
