Which helps to explain why I bought a car in the Bronx. I bought a Honda one year ago and everything went smoothly. The salesman was cool. He wasn't that stereotypical used car salesman so me and my baby daddy left the dealership feeling good. We felt good because we contributed to the economy of the Bronx and we felt that way until recently. My son's father went to Honda to set up a time to get the second oil change promised when we purchased our car. Two oil changes guaranteed in a sign agreement with Bronx Honda when the car was purchased. Well when my children's father went for the second oil change "Honda of the Bronx" tried to renege on the agreement because Bronx Honda doesn't exist anymore. We bought the car when it was Bronx Honda. The Honda dealership in the Bronx is at the same location E. Tremont Avenue is now Honda of the Bronx. As a Harlemite but with roots in the Bronx I'm like really? I'm looking at the manager and I'm wondering if he thinks I'm a fool and that I will accept the change of name of the Honda dealership in the Bronx as a reason to not honor the contract made in good faith. The oil change is not the only contract they tried to renege on. We bought a service contract for $2500 and the manager said no to that too. A lot could be said about this less than savory experience we had but I'll say this we got the oil change but the service contract I'm waiting to speak to a representative at Honda headquarters. In summary I will not buy another car from Honda and as far as the name change: Bronx Honda vs Honda in the Bronx, means panties changed but the pussy still stinks.

You have to contact your sales man and he tells you when to pick it up they don't have a dmv on site to give you the permanent registration the same day. They let your temporary registration expire 2xs and they say they will pay if you receive tickets because of it and don't . You have to file a dmv complaint after 4 months in order to receive the permanent registration. Then the dmv inspector has to get involved after 5 months without a registration. No one answers the phone and there's no manager there's different managers allegedly every time you go or they are no where to be found . I honestly don't know how this place is even open. Take it from me I got my car in April and just now getting my registration in September. I don't care how good the car is don't do it it's not worth it if I would've know this I swear I would have purchased somewhere else

They charged him $778... when I got home and got into my car the same sensor error codes were displayed. The attendant at Honda states that it was a different code this time, that it was my front sensors that were being coded. He also stated that sometimes when you calibrate the windshield sensors you have to calibrate the other sensors because they "talk to eachother." However, this was not done because the code didn't appear when my husband took the car in. Now they wanted to charge an EXTRA $700 to recalibrate the front bumper sensors. I am genuinely ready to purchase a $40,000+ vehicle, and getting basic pricing should not require repeatedly chasing a dealership. I was very interested in this RAV4, but the lack of follow-through has completely turned me off from doing business here.
