My experience with Milea Subaru has been excellent. I have not received my car yet but I wanted to applaud Rich Spaziante's superlative customer service. He gave me a very fair price when I first contacted him. He was willing to do everything via email and over the phone. I did not have to go into the dealership. He has kept me in the loop to let me know when the car will arrive. I contacted a number of dealers and none came close to matching Rich's caring enthusiastic presence. read more

Bought my car last June and things have been smoothe sailing from the beginning - from the start with my sales experience with Chris. He took the time to listen and point out various options and made the paper work easy. Only slight negative was:I would have liked to get more for my trade in. - wouldn't we all?? I'm writing this review for my father who bought his car from Subaru in 2015. He had a problem with a light that came on and he brought it in for service and they took excellent care of him. They fixed the part and he is very happy. Thank you for taking care of my father. I don't have a Subaru, but after hearing about how well their customer service is at this dealership, I will consider Subaru for my next car and will buy it here. This is a review for the Milea Subaru dealership, not its service center, which I have not used. Living in Queens, I physically visited four Subaru dealerships in Queens and on Long Island. Plus, I had email contact with two others on my side of the Whitestone Bridge, and then email contact and phone contact from the Bronx dealership Milea Subaru. Therefore, I had a total of seven dealership interactions. I test drove a Subaru Impreza in Queens, and I decided that it was the right size for my needs, even though I did enjoy test driving the larger Forrester. My first contact from Milea Subaru was from Dezirae Marte, who then put into contact with Sean Colligan, the sales manager of the dealership. Sean emailed me several times, called me on the phone several times, kept me in the loop in every aspect of the purchase from buying to the car's arrival, and he matched and then lowered his price several times from other dealerships that I had been offered. Additionally, Sean offered to pay me for the Whitestone Bridge tolls for my trip. I never expected to shop in the Bronx for a car, but Sean made it possible for me to get, what I believe after doing my research, was a great price. I was surprised I actually travelled to the Bronx, but it was well worth the price and for Sean's sense of honesty, warmth, and patience. I also want to mention Robert Creasy and Nick Reina, who both made the paperwork and warranty information discussions pleasant and quick. After the paperwork, Robert took me out to the car and showed me where all the car's buttons and switches were located, helped me to set up my Bluetooth connection, showed me under the hood which maintenance additions I should be aware of (all yellow colored), explained how the radio and other internet services were present, and informed me that I would be hearing from him in a week. In conclusion, I have to say that Sean Colligan seems like an honest, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident young man who sincerely believes in his product. He was one of the major reasons I decided to buy from him. Other dealerships had V.I.P. programs offering free oil changes and free car inspections, but I decided that Sean and his competitive price and his attention to me and my needs were more important than a few free things thrown my way. I hope this review will help those who are looking to purchase a Subaru. Sean Colligan and his team made the experience much less overwhelming. Buying a car can be a bit frightening and confusing, and Sean helped to make the experience one that was workable and understandable. I suppose many years from now if I am happy with my first Subaru that Sean Colligan will be the first one I contact for a new car! read more

By far one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car. James Beban was extremely professional, informative, and definitely empathetic. My dad and I came in with just one goal in mind, and that was to see how the dealership treated us. Previously we have visited 2 other Subaru dealerships in westchester county and quite frankly treated us as if we couldn't afford the car because we were asking about quotes without a down payment(even though we had one). The customer service was terrible in Yonkers that we decided to just go to the Bronx. It was the best decision we ever made. James was not only friendly but just made us feel like we were at home. We were ready to buy and all we wanted was kindness and respect and James did that for us. I referred my aunt to go there too and she said the exact same thing and she also bought a Subaru! Pretty soon my whole family will be driving Subaru's lol. The only thing I would suggest, is for nick in financing, to learn a little something about empathy. His personality was a little standoffish. Thankfully, dad and I are from the Bronx so we didn't take his little attitude personal but for someone who's not familiar with our persona, it can cause a bad review. I couldn't be happier or speak more highly of Milea Subaru. I was a month out from the end of my lease (2013 Subaru Legacy) and I was deciding between leasing a new Forester or Crosstrek (I love Subaru cars and they are all I have ever driven). I spoke with Jim from Milea Subaru and, simply put, he is wonderful. He was not pushy (as I have found with previous dealers from other dealerships) and was very prompt in answering my many questions and e-mails. I decided on the Crosstrek and Jim was able to help me work out an incredibly fair price on an in-transit Crosstrek. I have been driving my car for three days and so far I am in love with this car! I came in here expecting that typical aura you have get with most dealership but i was blown away by their customer service. The establishment is clean and well maintained. I was greeted by Calvin, a phenomenal salesman. He immediately sat me down and got straight to work. I spent about a total of 2 hours there and I couldn't have been any happier. He did not beat around the bushes and got straight to the point with me. Also gave me a unbelievable deal on my new car. Let me begin by saying I LOVE Subaru. I have experienced service at a variety of dealerships over the years for service, even out of state in an emergency. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience. The service center is rude and unhelpful. While the morning of my service I made a mistake, which I was happy to accept, they then lectured me and allowed other customers to also verbally attack me. ( I cut the line, which I did not know existed.) Instead of explaining there was a line and allowing me to go to the back they told me to move my car to the back of the lot and speak to the service manager. The service manager said they had to check in the other cars. While waiting they allowed a customer to begin yelling at me. I left and will not be back. I will return to the dealership in Queens near where I used to live for service and to continue to lease year after year. Customers make mistakes, it happens, so treat everyone with kindness rather than contempt. Explain how the customer can get to the correct place or explain the process that is happening to ensure everyone is treated fairly and last, never allow other customers to verbally attack each other. I had a really good experience at Milea. Started off by communicating through email. Sean at Milea responded quickly and gave me straight answers and information. Based on that I decided to head over to the dealership. I had a budget in mind, but i knew I wanted a Subaru. James at Milea took me for a couple of test drives and good conversation. I decided which model I wanted, and they confirmed the numbers. They got the deal within my budget (their starting asking price was well below some of the other subaru dealers I had contacted through email). I headed over there on a Friday morning and came to terms by lunch. Truly painless experience (dare I say it was enjoyable?) I would recommend Milea Subaru without reservation.
