Took the RV out for Easter and hooked it to pressure regulated water to find ice damaged pipes in two separate locations! Arrived at Miles to get an insincere "Sorry, it must have slid through the cracks." Not interested in the least in taking accountability for their incompetence and ineptitude!! If you are looking for a company to purchase/repair your RV, go ANYWHERE else except here. They are only interested in selling you and then moving on!!

The smell significantly impacted our family camping trip and made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. We understand that issues like this can happen, but we were disappointed that the site was rented in those conditions without any warning. We will not be staying here again. The grass was a bit high around our pad. It took me quite a while to find the tank hookup because it was covered in the grass. We didn't have the hookup until the next day because we couldn't find the connection. They had a bath house at the end of the lot and gave the code by email but I could never get the password for the WiFi. There was tubing available at the end of the lot. Sky tubing was the name. It is $15 a person and you have to sign up online they their Facebook page. They said they are open 3 days a week thru the end of August (Friday thru Sunday). There free is river access if you bring your own tube, ‍ surfboard or kayak/canoe. I couldn't find any office in sight to ask any questions. Plus our spot was backed up to the highway, which wasn't a problem but there was no shade at all. It got very hot during the day. Across the street was better though , but when we came there wasn't any other space available. If you want to come here make sure you reserve online because it's usually full if you don't have a reservation. I myself would of liked it better if it would have been a little more room

While inspecting, they saw my refrigerator limit switch was missing, I researched and found this could be a fire hazard, so they ordered the part and installed it. Their rates are really reasonable and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If in upstate SC and need repairs, they're just off I-26 in Campobello. Only downside is on motorhomes, they don't do chassis work, only the coach.

They simply wanted a second opinion--my husband has experience in this area and we both understand the importance of getting a major purchase like this independently inspected. Initially, we asked a sales representative about inspections. He quickly pitched us their own inspection... for an additional $2000. No details, no transparency--just an upsell. When we declined, he told us we could bring in our own inspector, which seemed fair. We left the dealership planning to do just that--and to move forward with the purchase after the inspection. Then, just a couple of hours later, the same sales rep called my son and abruptly reversed course. He told him, in no uncertain terms, that absolutely no outside inspection would be allowed. He claimed it was against dealership policy and there would be no exceptions. That was a huge red flag. Why deny a reasonable, independent inspection on a used RV--especially one being sold as-is? It left us feeling like there was something to hide. Buying an RV is a significant investment, and this lack of transparency and sudden change in policy completely eroded our trust. Unbeknownst to the dealership, my Husband and I are also interested in buying a new RV but will now look elsewhere. Needless to say, they did not move forward with the purchase. If you're considering buying here, I'd urge you to think twice and ask plenty of questions--especially before signing anything. A reputable dealership should have nothing to hide.

Also when we received it back the faucet was stripped and leaked from the top. That wasn't an issue prior. We had to buy a new faucet. Asked them to at least install the new one for us. They only do half the camper for the quoted price? Done. Definitely not using again.
