Overall, Miles is underwhelming and frustrating. I recently had an 'express interior' service on my car. They left the mat so wet it actually mildewed and stunk up the car. I had the same service on my SUV - the windows came back streaky and the attendant actually told me it would be 4 hours because 'we just don't like doing these' (it took 1 hour for marginal work). At nearly $70 each, it was shoddy work that shouldn't have to be inspected to ensure the very basic details are taken care of. read more

I had the best experience at Miles Auto Spa. I took in my Suburban and they did an excellent job. I don't have little kids and it wasn't very dirty on the inside, but they still exceeded my expectations on making it sparkling clean. The staff is always so friendly and will correct anything they have missed. I'm not sure why people throw a fit about the wait. I've washed my own car and it's taken me an hour to get it to look half as good as they do in a fraction of the time. I love Miles Auto Spa. :) read more

January 31, 2017. $167.98. Worst experience ever. I had to leave and immediately drive to two other car wash places to remove the gunk they left on my car. At the end of my car wash, I asked for the manager or whoever is in charge of quality control to come and look. The first person that looked agreed that something wasn't right... something was fishy. That person got another person (I guess the boss in charge of blowing-off dissatisfied customers) who totally denied the problem WHILE STARING AT IT! Total waste of time and total waste of $167.98. I just paid for the M5 detail service for $119.00 ($130 including tax) and the dash was dusty, no vacuum under the floor and cargo mats and all around every door jam was filthy. Cool Springs, off of Bakers Bridge. Horrendous! Never again! read more

Hi spent $15 just to have the exterior of my truck washed. Their system left me in the wash while they fix the machines. I came out and there were still several dirt spots on my truck. For the same price I could take and will take my truck to a different wash that does everything. read more

Misleading car wash menu. XP2 says it includes tire shine. Wouldn't one think that means that your tires would be wiped with armor-all or something similar. No, that means they wash the tires. LOL, when do you get an exterior wash and not wash the tires too. How is it possible to make tires shine w/o some kind of armor-all? Oh I guess they shine when they're wet. This place was ok, and I mean ok, not that great, the first few times I went there and then they proceeded to do the worst $31 wash job in history. So the manager offers me two free washes. When I go back they treat me like royalty for the first one and of course do a good job. I purposely waited 3 months before using the other so they wouldn't remember me and today they didn't even tell me the truck was finished. They only shined tires on one side of truck, grill was filthy, and they left soap and a several clusters of bugs on the windshield and side windows! Will NEVER go back. read more

If you are looking for a great place to get your car washed in Williamson County then go here. The staff is great, the guys are always attentive and walk you around your car to make sure that everything is done that you needed done. They do get a bit busy but its an affordable price for all of the services they offer. I have not tried the coffee bar but I have helped myself to looking around the shop and a coke. The sitting area is nice and cool, or warm depending on the weather outside and is a nice break from the standard car washes. I also trust the workers, some car washes I hide everything or take it with me. I left money under my seat and the guy actually brought it to my attention! Great place! read more

The wash and interior cleans are always great, and the staff is always helpful- but the XP machine in the drive for express wash is a pain when you just want a quick wash. It is always broken and someone has to come out and deal with it. They need to get that fixed - please! That alone would take it back to 5 stars. read more

I have used this company twice. The first time I found them to be fairly expensive for a premium inside and out cleaning and the wait for was about two hours. The second time they informed me that a standard wash would be a wait of about an hour, so I left. The third and final time I went far a standard wash and waited an hour and a half for my car. This was a simple auto wash and nothing else. When I finally got my car, the guy that delivered it to me acted annoyed when I didn't offer a tip. Miles also purchased an existing car wash in Franklin and renovated it. The previous owner charged $4 for a standard wash. Granted, it wasn't much of a wash and they never even cleaned the brake dust from my wheel rims, however even though this annoyed me, it was however only $4. Now that Miles owns this business, a standard drive through wash is $10 and the result is still the same. That was my one and only visit. Can we not get a decent car wash that will clean your tire rims with the wash without paying $50 for it? There is nothing worse than getting a car wash and driving out with black and dirty tire rims. read more

I was referred here this afternoon by my usual car wash, AutoWash Express, which was bought out by Miles. They are redoing the Cool Springs car wash. I drove up to the automated machine which gave different options for quick washes. There was no explanation what the various Express Washes consisted of. I chose Express Wash 2. When I got the attention of an attendant, he told me what the wash included, stuff I didn't really want. I and was told to drive through and go to the right. I was expecting to have the car towel dried at least, but no one was there. You turn to the right and exit. I need to find a new car wash. read more

Very friendly and courteous staff. Lovely waiting area (fireplace, TV, and chairs that recline). Mediocre work on the interior. Upon inspection when I got in the car, I found the dashboard and console had not been dusted. The rear ire mirror had not been cleaned either. I showed this to my attendant, and he immediately apologized and wiped down all of ignored places promptly. read more

I made an appointment to get my car full detailed. I was expecting around 300 or so for full detail. They called me back and said that because my vehicle was really bad they wanted to charge me 500 and if I wanted they could do my headlights for 99. I said no I wasn't planning on spending that kind of money. He said let me talk to my detail guy and I'll call u back. He did and said well we could do the inside only for 350 and do a basic wash on the outside. I thought are you suppose to bring in a clean car for detailing. I would have paid 350 for full detail without headlights but I guess that wasn't enough. At least he called me ahead of time instead of getting a surprise when I picked up. Update- of course the owner lies in his response & continues to blame the customer- exactly why you shouldn't give him your business. I have checked other reviews- this has happened to other folks. Customer Beware!! I was REAR-ENDED inside the car wash!!! The lady who hit me had to blow on her horn to get the staff to realize they needed to shut off the washer. When I got outside, the employee immediately told me MILES wasn't liable for damage ("there is a sign out front that tells customers they are liable for all damage"). He also told me it was all MY fault for having had my car in park (ironically, I had put the car in neutral, as he had instructed, right before I was hit). When trying to exit the tunnel, it was obvious that my tires had not been well-threaded into the machine- yes, the employees are the ones who guide you to do this at the beginning of the wash. I had to maneuver my car tires quite a bit (with the assistance of an employee outside of the car) to get out of the tunnel when my wash was done. Obviously, the wash tunnel is poorly supervised. We complained via phone and email. Never got a return call but received an email in which MILES still insisted it was not at fault. Disappointingly, the email was full of half truths. Given the company's reaction (carefully scripted email and immediate proclamation of innocence, we realized that this has likely happened before. We had minimal damage, but MILES' admission of fault would set a precedent, wouldn't it? Exactly why I think this has happened before. I have had my car washed by attendants in the past. There were often times when they had missed spots in the interior and exterior. Annoying, considering the price. Prior to yesterday's incident, I would've given this place 2.5-3 stars. read more

This review is for the new location on royal oaks. If you can't have good costumer service, close your business!! Extremely rude people. I was told that they could not spray the sides of the car because it is company policy. The manager told us that all of the expensive equipment makes this process unnecessary. Well I don't want soap sprayed on a dry car, that is pretty much common sense. The attitude we were given was completely inappropriate. We asked for our money back. What would be better for your business? Either spraying the car or losing a customer for all of your locations. Plus me telling everyone I know not to visit your establishment. I really don't think that your reputation will be able to handle continued bad reviews about your company policies and rude behavior. read more

I went as their 1st customer on 6/18(as I knew from the reviews on the weekends if you go late it would take more time - for me reached at 8.35am and out by 9am) and I got their $23 package(M1) but they told me that does not include tire wheel cleaning so I took that as an ala-carte.I am happy with the wash - but not happy with the wheel cleaning - the wheels had still brake dust, grime in it.I thought they would put some auto shampoo or soap on the wheels and use brushes to clean them with water rinse - but it seems they used some solution and just did wipes.I am not finding any other manual car washes that would provide soap and I can carry brush to clean the wheels properly.I am ok with their wash and vaccum. read more

Brought my VW minivan in for an M1 ($20) carwash. All I really wanted was for the inside to be vacuumed and cleaned out. Be aware- the vacuum job on this carwash package is the most half assed job you will ever get and no surfaces were wiped down. Apparently if you want your seats or even around them vacuumed you need to go with the more expensive option. I did ask for someone to come fix the problem and I was very pleased to have the manager come out and refund my wash plus give me a gift certificate for another wash. That is fantastic costumer service. But, while I believe they did the right thing in correcting the problem, the manager informed me that they don't vacuum in between seats or in any other areas other than where your feet touch. If you want the whole car vacuumed you need the more expensive option. So, for the value of your money go somewhere else. White Bridge road charges $24 (a few bucks extra for the van) and they vacuum everywhere, do your wheels, wipe everything down and you actually leave with a clean car. Thank you for refunding my crappy car wash....I just wish that with all the time spent and frustration (had my 3 year old with me so I couldn't spend another 25 minutes waiting) that I actually had a clean car. Yes, this place will be more expensive than other car washes. It offers services that other car washes don't have, which costs. I don't see getting my car cleaned a chore if I can sit and watch the TVs and relax in comfy chairs. It's a nice place to be for an hour and wait for my vehicle to be cleaned. However, each time I have gone out there have been places where there is still dirt on the outside and inside in clear view. There is grime still on the inside of the rims, looks like they gave it a 5 second wash then left it. I accept that a car wash may not be perfect, and at the majority of car washes places, I would go home and touch it up myself. At Miles I pay for a premium service, I expect the best. I have given Miles a few tries but each time its not as good as expected. Wonderful location and building, let down by work that doesn't live up to the expectation. read more

Beware of purchasing the gift cards at Costco for Miles. They are not good for anything other than full retail price merchandise. Very embarrassing when you give them as a gift with the disclaimer or warnings. Car washes have been less than satisfactory for the money. Finding a new place to wash my car. Never Again! I've tried, twice, to like this company. I've been to 2 different locations in the last month and have had the same result - I have to go home afterwards and rinse off my car. I don't know what the problem is, but their formula to rinse the car isn't right. I end up with soap still on the vehicle and streaks of dirty/clean. I asked the gentleman today before going thru and he tried to say it was because I wasn't paying to have the car wiped down after going through the machine. Right... Then, when I told him I wasn't buying that, he said it was because the dryers weren't able to blow in every direction so there would be spots they miss. Nah... When I wash my car at home I don't do anything other than let it air dry and I never have a problem like this. Go somewhere else, folks. read more

No interior wash option- honestly for $20 I could have gone to a gas station car wash and whipped the tires down myself.

Had a great experience with the staff. Dre really took care to dry my car with no spots and did an awesome job on my tires. He went above and beyond. My only gripe is that the car wash itself is not touchless and it left swirls in my paint. read more

Great for a drive through wash and dry. Detailing services are subpar and overpriced in both experiences. First time, they did a fairly decent job, but it wasn't worth the $300+ they charged me, and the vinyl shine they put on the trim of my truck slung off onto the paint leaving greasy streaks. Today, went in for inside detail job and regular external wash. Again, greasy streaks from vinyl shine and tire shine left on my paint, wheels dirty, inside still had gunk, and they dinged my door right in front of my eyes! All for the low cost of $75. Not going back for any detail services in the future. I didn't bother with speaking to management, as I'd already waited 2.5 hours for a basic detail service. read more

I spent $40 bucks for the M2 wash. All around not a great experience for me. Lady at the front desk acted like she didn't want to be there. Got in the car and my 4 year old daughter could have vacuumed better. It does not look like they used any armor all either. I won't be going back. Awful! On May 22 2019 I dropped my truck off at Miles Auto Spa in Brentwood, TN to get detailed. At pick up there were black spots across my dash (which were not present at drop off) where finish had been rubbed off. It appears they use a harsh agent that rubbed off the finish. I filed a complaint with Donovan Carpenter, sales manager, who said he would present to owners and I would get a call. Never received a call so I called back on June 21 2019. He said my complaint was declined and they would do nothing about it. read more

This place actually does a really good job. And they don't steal my spare change in my console like most other car washes in the area do. The only downside is everyone goes here because it is so good. That leaves you with waiting for 20-30 minutes for a pretty basic car wash and vacuum. However in the grand scheme it's probably better to have it done well then someone do a crappy quick job. read more

I recently moved back to Middle Tennessee from California and needed a really good car wash. In California there are a plethora of cheap hand-wash services with interior cleaning and Miles was the closest I could find to what I have been used to for the past 4 years. Got the M2 ($34 with tax) and was less than impressed, especially for the cost! Dust everywhere, my mats have places where they "connect" and they weren't put back correctly. The backseat looked hardly vacuumed. 2 stars because they did get the bugs off the front (after a 3,000 road trip this was rough). I went on my lunch break and it took 30+ minutes so OKAY on time, but not a lot of places to sit. Every time I looked up it seemed like all I saw them doing was cleaning the windows. If I ever go back its just going to be the cheapest wash. read more

Pretty satisfied with the car wash I went for the 28 $ service included the interiors. Though it didn't make my car smell great it was a good cleanse. I liked the cleanup done on my interior panels and wheel. Exteriors were spotless and the customer service is great. They know the place well so i got help finding other auto services. I've been here before and they had not done a great job, but today my experience was different. They told me when I arrived that it might take 45-60 minutes but it only took 20 or so. When I got my car, the employee told me to check it and if anything wasn't right, he would fix it right now. I checked it and the car looks great! He also told me to save my receipt in case it rains or snows in the next 48 hours. I'm impressed! read more

Miles is the only place I bring my car to be cleaned and I've had nothing but exceptional service.

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews but decided to try it out after a recommendation by family. I was not disappointed at all! They let me know up front it would take an hour and fifteen minutes (it's one of the first gorgeous days in awhile so it was packed). Not a problem as I went to the gym next door. When I got done at the gym my car was waiting! Everything looked great, except what looked like water spots on the passenger doors. I asked one of the guys about it and he got his sales manager. They told me it was hard water spots probably caused by calcium build up. I used to live by the beach so made sense. He didn't think there was anything he could do but decided to ask the guy who does the detailing (Scottie). He knew exactly what to do and removed it for me! Everyone was so nice and great.
