Their prices have changed since March 2020. When I forked over $25 I was expecting for someone else to clean my car, however that was NOT the case. I paid $25 for them to run my car thru their drive thru machine (after which it didn't even come out clean) AND THEN I had to vacuum and clean the interior as well. What did I just pay $25 for? I could have done all of that at home for free. The LOWEST possible price if you want someone else to do the vacuuming, interior wipe down and interior/exterior window washing is $99. WHAT????? Nope! Never again! Save your $$ and do it yourself. What a rip off. read more

Oh, so very bad. My experience today: Shame on me, I guess, for not asking if they had a vacuum. I paid for the "upgraded" wash. Go thru the wash, pull to the left, a couple of folks dry off my car. No one touched the inside. Where is the vacuum? They tell me they don't have one, but I can drive over to the OTHER place, a couple of miles away. Really? So, I did, they tell me I'd have to wait in line AGAIN, for a vacuum, and they'd have to charge me, then redact it from my credit card. I spoke to the manager, who didnt stop chewing his meal, to tell me "that's just the process". Im still mad and that was hours ago. So bad. I have a monthly membership for my black 2019 Yukon XL Denali. On Christmas Eve I took my car to Miles Auto Spa off of Royal Oaks and my car was severely scratched from the car wash. There are swirls marls and scratches from head to toe, cover the cover. When confronted, Miles Johnson and the other owners refused to meet and refused my damage claim. Believe the 1 star reviews. The only reason I went to the Bakers Bridge location was because my son gave me $100 gift card there after they put a 12 inch scratch across the hood of his truck. So they gifted him a gift card. I had my car cleaned last night there, I drove straight home in the dark and this morning when I went out to the car it was absolutely filthy. Hair and dirt all in the floorboard still. Dusty on the dash dusty steering wheel. And the seats had not been wiped off. When I called I was told to bring it back. When I got there they said it would be another hour and a half to redo it. I had always ready waited 90 minutes yesterday. I will not ever going back. It was a waste of my $35 on the gift card. New Royal Oaks location Why did I even bother giving them another chance ( tried them 2 yrs ago , bad experience then also ) I seriously don't understand how they're paying the bills keeping these places open I guess people have lower standards for car wash or don't mind throwing away their hard earned money at ( as the name say) "auto spa" I was treated very rudely when I entered the grounds of a supposedly grand opening miles auto spa with no indication of which way to drive I was yelled at that I was going the wrong way my windows down I could hear him saying "no not this way" but his hands are indicating and waving for me to go forward when I explained to him that I had no idea what he wanted me to do because he was indicating verbally one thing and with his actions another he yelled at me and told me what I was doing wrong instead of just listening to my plea for a better communication At that point I froze in shock. So the person I was treating me badly is the manager named Adrian btw . Then when I tried to enter the facility and went to the wrong door once again I was reprimanded by the same person following me ( in a weird creepy manner )that , that was the employee door and I asked "How was I supposed to know that ?" and he said repliedwith asarcastic tone that "Well ,there's a stick right on the door " as he pointed in a Vana White manner making it seem as though there was something wrong with me for not seeing it. The lettering on a was a very dark black tinted door with (black lettering on the door that I could hardly see ) that said "employee entrance" and over to the side was a tiny door for guests to enter which I never imagined it would be the guest entrance seeing that the employee entrance was in a more distinct huge area anyway. He continued to mock me loudly for all the guest . I recorded my follow up Conversation with the other manager that approach to me to discuss the situation about five minutes later much nicer guy appreciate that he heard me out and I also appreciate that he admitted that there were no proper indications where to drive safely on the ground and I suggested that they do not display a grand opening sign on the street because it's not safe to enter without all of the proper indications and he agreed anyway..... Have used both Miles Auto Spa and Miles express in Franklin numerous of times. Went through today at the Franklin location on Royal Oaks and came out and somehow my plastic cover on the bumper was freshly cracked. You can see it's something new due to the flake in paint. Talked to John the manager, he came out and looked at it, showed me the video and said yeah I have no doubt that happened in here. I filled out the paperwork, he took some pictures, I told him I get it things happen and was pleased to know they were going to make it right, I will continue to do business with them and then we left. About an hour later John calls me and now says they think it was prior of going in and is back tracking everything I said. Very disappointed with the service, basically said what I wanted to hear till I left the property and now this. Very poor management. Apparently I wasn't the only one with car damage recently, there were paperwork on the desk of damage claims of rear windshield wiper damage. Just very disappointed If this is how Rocky Crossland values his customers. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. The manager was extremely rude to me and the car in front of me. I have a hard top jeep and the entire top was not washed. Told me it was a company policy not to wash the hood, glass and tops of jeeps. Considering this is a third of the car, I definitely did not get what I paid for. I had the receipt in my had. He grabbed the receipt out of my hand and walked away. Come back and handed me $20 and said "HERE". Then walked to the back of my jeep and took down my license plate and walked away. read more

Before a surgery I wanted to make sure my car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out since I wouldn't be able to do much for weeks. I decided to opt for the most expensive package Miles offers - the M6 - which cost me $250 +tax +tip totaling close to $300. It was a BIG expense, so I expected great results. At first, I was happy because the floorboards had obviously been shampooed, or at least thoroughly vacuumed. I noticed right away there was dust on the dashboard and a few days after the surgery, my fiance was in my car and told me I really didn't get the service I'd paid for. Unfortunately, I realized he was right and felt taken advantage of. There was residue in the cupholders and on the center console, my windshield had smudges and dirt marks as well as the windows, and grime was still up near my license plate. Disappointed to say the least in this service, especially after sinking so much money into it. I wanted to be a return customer because the location is convenient and the interior is so nice, but this will likely be my first and last Miles experience. read more

I'm one of those LA transplants who is used to having a clean car all the time because of the boring 72 and sunny all year so I was having trouble adjusting haha. Until I joined the MILES auto club. Happy member for 5 months now. Whether it's the standard wash or the express detail I'm always impressed with how clean my car comes out. The staff does an amazing job on the wax and hand dry. If I do the interior myself the vacuums are actually strong enough to do the job and they give you all the proper shammies color coded for each surface along with the proper cleaners. I just had my first express detail, not only did they finish earlier than inspected but my car hasn't looked this good inside and out since I bought it off the showroom floor. The detailer even walks you to your car and does a walk around with you before he lets you go. Friendly too! Thank you for keeping my Growler clean even if I do have to bring it in twice week because of the rain. read more

They couldn't fit me in! I asked if I should make an appointment next time and they told me they don't accept appointments that it's first come first serve! Probably the worst car wash I have paid for. I have recently moved to the area and found myself disappointed with this place being my only option other than a quicky drive through, I waited a while before giving in and going here because they already have such bad reviews and I see now why. Not only did I waste my money on the car wash, it also cost me an additional $50 for the headphones that were stolen out of my car here. Worst car wash experience ever. Employees inside just sitting around chatting while my car is in the queue. The owner was just hanging out visiting with staff. Pick up a rag and do some work! They lost my car key then all laughed about how funny it was when it took longer than expected. I'll never come back here again. Just paid $119.00 for an express detail. Save your money and get the regular $19.00 wash. I didn't look at it while there or would have asked them to go over it again. They left some dirt on the quarter panels and on all four rims. The inside was fine but all in all I have gotten the same with the regular wash job and then it depends on luck of the draw. This was my daughter's 2006 Xterra. I truly believe they do a better job on newer high end vehicles. read more

We've been customers for 9 years and have witnessed the same poor management year over year. My husbands cell phone was stolen from his center console ( which he'd used while in line before vacating the car to be washed ). Manager never followed up with me after I made multiple attempts to follow up. It starts with management. We have lived all over the country and this is the worst run car wash we have ever been to. Staff stand around and have no sense of urgency or pride in their job. If the management were out working alongside their staff showing them how it needs to be done instead of hanging out inside then there might be change. As for us we're out of patience. read more

I use the self service and have been for about two years. The monthly payment of like 20$ is worth it, even if you just wash your car twice a month it makes up for itself. People are always friendly and ready to help. read more

Can Jason S. Please add this to his list of places that suck for me? There are limited choices for full-service carwashes in Franklin. The auto spa is right next door to our gym, so we have used it in the past just out of convenience, drop off the car and pick it up after a workout. In the last two weeks my husband and I have brought both of our vehicles to the auto spa for a full inside and out carwash. We never expect much of them, but these last two experiences have convinced us to never go there again. I paid my $36, went out to my car open the door and look down at the floor and it was dirty, just as dirty if not more as when I dropped it off. But the kicker is that the windows are so streaky that you can barely see out of them, especially in sunlight. Add to that my expensive Verizon mobile device charger is suddenly missing! As I sit here writing my review, my car is now being washed for a second time. I bought two gift cards from Costco in order to get the vehicle detailed inside and out. After sitting in line for 15 minutes, I'm informed by the attendant that I could not do the detailing (M5 combo) unless I left it here all day (arrival time shortly before 11). Turned off a bit by this, I ask him for the most complete inside/outside wash given their schedule (M2, $33). Car comes out of the wash tunnel with bird droppings and bug juice all over the car. Front end and the side mirrors look as if they haven't even been touched. Back hatch still caked with dust. Workers then begin wiping it down and one in particular is putting his bare hands all over the vehicle as he is wiping it down, leaving handprints on my black-colored vehicle. No effort was made to knock off the brake dust and as I inform him of such, he says it's an "upgrade" to get the dust off. I then tell him about the front end and mirrors, to which he uses a towel and solution to gently wipe it across, no elbow grease used, doing nothing at all. Minutes later, he presents me with my keys and I refuse my vehicle because the front end is still awful and there was still a mess on the carpets. Then I mention the fact that the rear cargo area was never vacuumed of the dog hair inside, they then say that's another upgrade. I voice my frustration as I was told M2 was a complete inside/outside cleaning and my cargo area is not a separate area of the vehicle. All that being said, it's my opinion that Miles Auto Spa is an overpriced car wash that has no comprehension on customer satisfaction. I spoke with two managers and told them that this was my first and last trip to Miles, to which both of them walked away without an apology. I've now spent an hour and a half here. In that time, I could have done the job myself, paying attention to detail, and came up with a better result. Please, highly consider this review before embarking on a trip here. read more

The manager, of all people, blocked me with a van and then pulled four cars in for people that were willing to wait inside while their cars were being done. Took 2 cars there today. I paid for premium services on both. The first car was an SUV and they never even touched the 3rd row. They were very apologetic and made things right, but paying over $120, I was shocked at the level of detail overlooked. I brought the 2nd car there assuming the issue was a fluke and really wanted the leather to be done on the inside so again paid over $120 total for the leather extraction process. When I got the car back, the seats looked like someone just barely wiped them. I brought the guy over and asked if that was as clean as the extraction service gets them, and he said no, and redid them. I really think the extraction service was never even done because when I got it back a second time, they looked WAY better. They have a few guys running it that know how to handle complaints and do what they can to make things better, but there must be a real issue with finding workers that detail with the quality needed for the money being spent. The only reason I will be coming back is that I bought a 10-pack card. I really hope the management reads these reviews and makes adjustments by the time my card runs out. On the positive side, its a great atmosphere to have wifi, nice seats, a concession stand, and a large TV to watch while you are waiting. read more

I like going to Miles, especially since it is close to my house. But honestly I don't go very often anymore because I can't wait 45 minutes for a simple car wash. I always get the most basic wash because they also clean the inside of the windows. I do not request wheels or any extras. The inside of windshield and dash is literally the ONLY thing I really care about. The last time I went, it only took 5 minutes for my car to go through the auto wash, then another 35 for the vacuuming and "wipe down." Even after looking around the little boutique inside and playing on my phone for about a half hour, I looked out the window and saw the guy still wiping the doorjamb. Unfortunately, the guy who calls out the names was chatting with him, which brought his work to a stop. I walked outside to tell them I needed to go so get on with it, and they finally stopped talking. Then he knelt down to start cleaning one of the wheels, and I told the lot guy I didn't pay for wheel cleaning. He went to check the ticket on my dashboard, couldn't find it and told me that sometimes the tickets blow out when they open the doors so apparently they just default to cleaning everyone's wheels. No wonder this stage takes so long! To top it off, when I drove off, I quickly realized he had not even cleaned the inside of my effing windshield. I imagine there are a lot of hiring difficulties when operating a car wash. I do hope management realizes that respect for the customer's time is a HUGE part of providing good service, and even though they have a LOT of things to do in the waiting room, the long wait is a huge turn-off. A combination of an express lane and some old-fashioned hustle among the employees would bring me back as a customer. read more

Just had the worst experience here. This is the most inefficiently run place of business I've ever seen in my life. Instead of working on the car in the front of the line they work on the one in back. The vacuum and clean the windows multiple times instead of doing it correctly the first time. Also, when my vehicle made it up to the front line they said it needed a little more vacuuming and some other stuff, but they never touched my vehicle again. After waiting an hour and ten minutes from start to finish I got inside my car to find that the inside was still dirty and very dusty. Given they were understaffed the day I went I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 2. The outside of my car was fine. They still had some bug spots but overall good. The issue I had with the service was the inside of the car. The windows still had fingerprints, the leather seats still had dirt smudges from my dog, and the interior was not properly wiped down. Just moved to Franklin and was looking for a good place to get my car washed. Reviewed Miles on their website and it looked enticing. Given this is TN, thought the prices were actually quite high given similar places I've visited in other parts of the country. I chose a $30 package to get the exterior, interior, wheels cleaned, etc. but unfortunately was quite disappointed. Multiple spots missed on exterior of car, wheels not very clean even though this package called for special attention to this area, interior windows left smudgy, and interior surfaces not cleaned. I was clearly disappointed given the price tag. Just not that good of a service performed and attention to detail was clearly lacking. If this was a $10 wash, no problem, but for $30, not even close. read more
